Enough parking space but have to pay. No other choices

The room facilities are too old, too old, not recommended, the experience is very bad, customers complained seriously, the bed is very soft and can't sleep

Shuttle bus only runs from 10am, is not ideal. Had to taxi to airport.

This hotel is very average. The cleanliness is not up to standard, and the breakfast is below expectations. Overall, it is not a good experience, and I do not recommend it.

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt City South, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. The hotel itself is located in a serene part of the city, surrounded by greenery, which made for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Frankfurt.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, offering a wide range of delicious options to start your day.
However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service, especially from Nataly at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Whether it was assisting with check-in, providing local recommendations, or arranging transportation, Nataly did everything with a warm smile and genuine care. Her professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay truly memorable.

Clean and tidy. Mattress size of twin bed room is small but OK. Buffet breakfast is nice.

Very nice hotel and staff. I was pleasantly surprised given the area we chose to stay in. Place was clean and well kept. I'd wbe happy to stay there again.
Side note: watch out for the corner boys just down the street from the hotel. Scumbags will rip you off if you stop to buy anything from them. - Nothing to do with the nice hotel.

Hotel is dated, but very clean. Our room has wear marks in the carpet, like cat scratches or something...carpet is like Hotels in 70's had. The room is very clean, bathroom has been updated and very nice. Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet is outstanding! The location is a little out of the way, but that is nice except if you want to go somewhere. Taxi ride is 25 Euro each way into town.

Due to delayed flight from Punta Cana on the 27 of June 2024, we were sent to this hotel. Lufthansa paid everything but yet at supper (we came at 17.00h so supper was the only meal we could have) they asked us several times if we are from Lufthansa and checked every bite of food we took 😒. We, me and my wife ate rice, pasta and chicken, daughter 2 years old 1 little cake and son 5 years old drank just one Coca Cola light, no food as well as my daughter. Lufthansa paid 18€ per person, we consumed approximately 25 €. No glasses, tables empty, dirty, no spoons...
Next day we got up at 5.30, me and my wife had breakfast which was extremly rich and good with German specialities but due to bad experience at supper, we ate little, drank 1 coffee and left in 5 minutes, swiftly; we did not have much appetite because of their distgusting attitude at supper; although everything was paid for! The children were still sleeping, did not eat or drink anything, so 0 €! Again we ate and drank for 5-7 € max 8€ , did not take anything with us. At the same time there was a family from Asia, one of the children ate like 7 German cakes and of course much more + drinks and stuffed a lot of food in his backpack, funny, nobody said anything. Maybe because I am white blond, blue eyes, my wife black and children mixed, maybe if I was a refugee with no documents, lying about my age they would treat me better!?! We were also ready to pay in case we would exceed the amount paid by Lufthansa. The staff unfriendly, posh although I speak fluently German, lived for years in Germany studying German and English.
Advantages: The two rooms were clean, nice, good air conditioned, the view of the forest excellent 👌. Great, calm location not far from the airport.

The taxii driver did not do anything, I entered the luggage alone, fasten the seat belts for children and yet at the airport demanded tip; we did again everything alone. Gave him nothing.

Located quite near the airport. Rooms are nice with a refrigerator and Keurig type coffee maker. The location is isolated from grocery and other stores though.
