We stayed here after four month closure, which obviously has affected no. of staff and its restaurant. But their hospitality is high and rooms are always cleaned perfectly.

The location was just what I needed as a stopover from Switzerland, before driving through France to return to the UK via Eurotunnel (following the quarantine restrictions imposed this last weekend). There is easy access to the A6 road. There is cheap local fuel and food shops in the town too. Free hotel parking outside my room, and at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, meant my bikes were safe locked...

Most important things first...everything clean at a fair price. Hotel owner very nice. Breakfast buffet with everything you need. The only thing that I find a pity is these pre-baked rolls that are so modern everywhere. But also because breakfast was great for 7 euros. Other hotels also take 10 to 12 with pre-baked rolls. We will use this hotel again when we work nearby.

We are always happy to go to this hotel. It's familiar, the family is well organized and always in a good mood. The food (Greek) as well as the breakfast are delicious.

Beautiful newer hotel and spa at a peaceful location. Seren surroundings at a small lake having a nearby great beer garden and alp style hut restaurant. Food was good service friendly. Very nice hotel with natural materials. Another positive aspect is the really friendly staff. Due to a traffic jam we didn't make it to dinner in time - but we didn't have to go to bed hungry. Nice stay for one night Room was nuce, clean, perfect for 2 people. Our room had a small kitchenette with a stovetop burner, small sauce pan, and a few other kitchen supplies. It worked well for breakfast but we opted to go out for supper. Overall the hotel was nice. Staff was friendly. And the paid covered parking was acceptable.

Late night check in was a breeze. Parking was easy. Rooms were very nice and modern vibe with a nice common room available. There is a microwave and mini fridge which was also great. Would absolutely stay again.

Stylish hotel in a quiet location directly on the golf course. Service and food were very good.

A really nice hideaway in a quiet and very green area of the Saarland. The rooms are space, the wellness and spa area is new, clean and invites to relax and the different golf courses can be reached in less than a minute. MTB courses and walking tracks are nearby. The furniture in the room looks quite old, but the bathroom was way better. Very cozy hotel with a small lovely restaurant. Freindly staff with a central location and fair prices. I diffently recommend it if you are in the area of Blieskastel!

I couldn't have stayed at a better place. The service provided at the Wendels was exceptional. It really helped that breakfast was prepared in the mornings and the service that was rendered was very tasteful. I like that fact that the room had a DVD player with movies. My room was always comfortable to walk in after a long day of work. I must say this was a very pleasant place to stay.

I typically have no issues with this hotel but this stay lasted 3 hrs the room felt dirty upon walking in so I left to get food and when I came back to shower that was the last straw the bathroom was dirty almost like they forgot to clean it and the toilet was recently used and dirty!! The hotel is located in a less than ideal location if you’re walking or don’t have transportation. I paid for a Penthouse suite and unfortunately the A/C was not working and after being moved to a second room and having the same issue I decided to stay at a different hotel. We have been there many times and every time was perfect. This is pet friendly hotel and our two cats enjoyed quality time with us there very much. All rooms are cozy, nice and very clean. Great staff service and breakfast, nicely decorated. Unfortunately the rooms on the road side are very noisy, trafffic is trough the night due to nextdoor casino. There is no airconditioning so with higher temperatures you are forced to open the windows. They do give you earplugs..
