Friendly and clean rooms. The parking area very big and you don't have to pay for it. You very close to the centrum of the city. The breakfast was good but in my opinion too small. The variety of cheese for example could be bigger or different eggs.
Nice enough place with an old bunker right across the road from parking lot. Wifi was pretty good and ac worked great in room. Bed was comfortable and they have ice avaliable downstairs by front desk
Good location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Only downside was the A/C in the room was not working. Hotel is easy to get to and close to many restaurants.
I'd really like to give this hotel 5 stars because is great in many ways and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately there is always something wrong with my room: the second last time my room smelled of cigarette smoke and whatever cleaner they used to try to get rid of it. Very nice place, crew friendly, good breakfasts, clean room and high standard bathroom ? . Only one minus is too small windows.
Great friendly staff good breakfast. Very easy with the animals with some green areas near by to walk the dog. The rooms are fairly standard but clean and comfortable Over all very easy stop over on a long journey.

The location was just what I needed as a stopover from Switzerland, before driving through France to return to the UK via Eurotunnel (following the quarantine restrictions imposed this last weekend). There is easy access to the A6 road. There is cheap local fuel and food shops in the town too. Free hotel parking outside my room, and at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, meant my bikes were safe locked...
Most important things first...everything clean at a fair price. Hotel owner very nice. Breakfast buffet with everything you need. The only thing that I find a pity is these pre-baked rolls that are so modern everywhere. But also because breakfast was great for 7 euros. Other hotels also take 10 to 12 with pre-baked rolls. We will use this hotel again when we work nearby.
We are always happy to go to this hotel. It's familiar, the family is well organized and always in a good mood. The food (Greek) as well as the breakfast are delicious.

This is a very decent hotel, considering the price! I paid 49 euros per night. This is a really good deal! Most other hotels in the area are either closed or very expensive. The owners are very nice people, and super helpful. You can get help in French, Italian, Russian, English, and German, of course. If you don't like noise, ask for a room that faces the forest. Sehr sauberes hotel und zimmer. Etwas moderner gestaltet. Freundlicher service. Gutes, frisches frühstücksbuffet. Einzelzimmer völlig ausreichend für eine person. Ausstattung mit Föhn/dusche und Waschgel gut.
Service was ok, Rooms were clean and prices are acceptable. And if you ask for a beer at lounge you will get some free snacks also :-).

With the Sengscheider Hof as a Hotel, I am very satisfied. The staff are very competent, the rooms clean for us, the Spa area well equipped.
Hotel room is great, very spacious, bright, and the bathroom is very modern. Location is okay, close to a forest. The Hotel is a Wellness Hotel which offers whirlpool, sauna, solarium and even a Pool outside of the weather gets better. The Hotel works with a therapeut which offers loads of things. I would come back here, but more likely even in the summer.
Comfortable rooms, good Breakfast, friendly staff, very good kitchen, and in spite of the immediate proximity to the motorway, very quiet. Price/performance is right.
