Crowne Plaza Berlin City Centre Ku'damm, an IHG Hotel

Very friendly staff. Always trying to help, even in difficult times of coronavirus.

Nice hotel in a central location on the Ku'Damm. Positive: very good breakfast with live cooking of scrambled eggs/fried eggs/eggs Benedict and omelette, *spa*, very nice pool (26 degrees) and two very good saunas (50 degrees and 90 degrees), friendly staff, fast service at the bar with professional drinks. Negative: too loud due to the ventilation in the building (even on the 5th floor, which is a special silent floor). The music system in the bar (Sonos) cuts out every few minutes, which is really annoying and ruins the atmosphere. Restaurant closed, but the bar offers food. But the prices are absolutely outrageous. A classic tarte flambée for €19.90 or a burger without side dishes for over €20 is a real rip-off. I have attached pictures of the menu. The drinks are also really expensive. There are much cheaper restaurants or bars in the neighborhood. Conclusion: highly recommended for an overnight stay with a pool+sauna and breakfast. Visiting a bar or restaurant is not recommended.

The hotel is really nice,have everything you need. The location is good,close to all the necessary things. It is comfortable in here.

It's our third time staying at this hotel in Berlin. The location is very good and is very convenient for walking and shopping around. The hotel staff are always professional and friendly. They make me feel welcome each time I stay here. The hotel upgraded us to a suite room. Many thanks

Decent hotel! You can tell that the hotel is not the newest anymore, however they still manage to keep it well maintained.
Rooms are clean, lobby area is nice - there's a piano.
Breakfast is great - they make fresh omelets for you!

Swimming pool and sauna can also be used here!

The bar is nice and friendly.
But their biggest asset is the absolutely amazing staff.

My husband took our 13 year old grandson for 5 days because he is learning German and wanted to go. Fantastic hotel. Brilliant staff and the breakfast is amazing. Rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless. Can highly recommend Thank you so much

Centrally located hotel. The rooms are showing their age. Bad lighting in the bathrooms, slightly musty smelling, but clean and spacious. Staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast is fantastic. The gym is good. Did not use the pool but looks nice. I think I prefer a hotel that is close by, but this wasn't a bad second choice.

excellent hotel in the city center of Berlin. the hotel offers comfortable quite rooms. swimming pool and fitness are nice extra's. nice breakfast buffet with large choice.

Excellent hotel , Great front office staff Mr. Jochem and Mr. Mahesh. Near to shopping area . On the downside there is a lady on Front office Celine who always keeps a very grumpy angry face and behaves very arrogant . She should be in put in the inhouse laundry team at backoffice work. She can be best fit there. Not at front office .
