An absolute GEM in the heart of Berlin. Close to everything. Amenities are amazing. Service is great. Spa is relaxing. I loved every bit of this place. Price definitely reasonable. Rooms are super clean! I will definitely make this my #1 choice to stay while in Berlin. Accommodated my family very well. SUPER quiet rooms. The restaurant in the hotel and breakfast was addicting! Thanks so much for a great weekend.

The hotel is centrally located and very nice. This post is to appreciate the staff at the hotel. The concierge Dan Urosev was very knowledgeable, approachable and efficient. He was able to help us with all our unique needs. Melanie Skuras at the front desk was delightful and also very helpful in hours that Dan was not available. The facility and location were very nice, but for me the people made the difference.

First time in Berlin and the hotel itself impressed me. Would definitely come again. Very good service. I was suprised the staff remembered even my name. The room was clean, quiet and felt safe. I slept very well. The hotel breakfast was excellent.

6 years too late, but better later than never. This hotel is really fantastic. They go over and above to please guest and make a vacation more special. The suite that we were upgraded to was absolutely beautiful and featured more space and utility than any other hotel I have stayed at. The staff too are attentive and efficient while being friendly and suggestive to guests who are new to Berlin. 5/5 highly recommended to both business travelers and couples and families alike.

Just one word, Fantastic! Been to Berlin many times and this is by far the best hotel in my opinion. 10/10. We knew it was a great hotel and it still exceeded our expectations. Excellent, kind, helpfull and professional staff. Very good service all the way.

Booked through leading hotels of the world, but no automatic upgrade, early check in or late check out. Rooms are average and parts of the hotel is from the 90s. Good breakfast. Don’t expect to get more if you pay more here.

Absolutely amazing! This is my 4th time staying at this wonderful heavenly hotel! From the crew at the reception to the lounge to the spa to the concierge!!! All an absolute delight !!! Congratulations to the management for this wonderful team! Miss Charito at the lounge and all her hard work and amazing hospitality even though she was all by herself!!! Mr Duster! Mr Yanis at the concierge who was super attentive and helpful! The gorgeous ladies at the spa!!’ Thank you so much from each and every one of you! You guys rock! I cant wait to be back!!! The only little detail that can make this place even better is a better air conditioning! The rooms are perfect! I got an upgrade without even asking! Super comfy bed and extremely clean everything! The location is to die for! It doesn’t get better than this! The breakfast was amazing, the garden at the spa! The gin bar….. !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
