Great location near the Berlin Zoo. Good accessibility to the Xmas markets and the shopping districts on foot. The hotel is lovely. Rooms are probably in need of a revamp. The plug sockets are poorly placed for practical use. Otherwise the amenities are decent and the beds are very comfy. Staff are friendly, however my only complaint would be that they charge 40 EUR for a late check out (considering how much we have spent with this hotel group over the years, we found this to be disappointing). I think that this request could have been dealt with better, as they clearly had the capacity. Overall, I'd return here again.

Christmas City Break to Berlin with 6 Year Old Daughter, Out stay in the Berlin Pullman was excellent.
The room was clean, comfortable and had enough room for all three of us. The Swimming pool was a big attraction for our daughter who loves swimming and made for a nice relaxing wind down to the day after walking the length and breath of Berlin!
The hotel is a short walk to the zoo and bikini mall
This is our second stay and we highly recommend! We will be back again

We visited at the beginning of December. Having paid upfront direct with the hotel on our departure they charged us for our stay again. Having challenged this we were ashore they had refunded this. Two of our party were not refunded and despite contacting the hotel have been ignored with no refund. A week later the others in our party have had more money taken off our card without permission or explanation. Again the hotel ignore all correspondence.
We are currently going through our credit card company to hopefully reclaim our money. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Overall welcoming at reception and room available early and 12pm checkout with facility to leave bags if leaving later. Found concierge a little rude. Asked a question and was he looking over my shoulder and appeared not to care. Did not buy breakfast as overpriced at €35 pp. Small coffee shop across road as alternative. Appears to be more business focused. Easy access by bus and rail

The hotel was conveniently located with a taxi stand directly out front making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were also quite pleasant.
Unfortunately the room we were placed in had a serious mold issue in the shower. When I asked about it, they switched us to another room, but the showers still had significant marks of black mold in the grout of the tiles. The attached photo is the state of the shower upon check in. This is not up to what I have heard is the standard for Pullman brand and therefore I cannot recommend this hotel.

The property is very conveniently located within walking distance to the Berlin Zoo. The pool was a bit colder than what I would like but my son had fun. There are quite a few dining options nearby. Thank you for the great service by the friendly staff.

Room was great, super clean and comfortable. Service is super slow and they don't seem well organized. We spent about an hour between checking on and checking out. The person checking me in somehow thought I was a different person and tried checking me into someone else's room. Then he told us breakfast was included in the reservation, but it wasn't. So they charged us an additional £150 for breakfast. Signing in at breakfast, nobody mentioned an extra charge either, they just handed us a paper to sign with no price on it. I was ready to give a great review until I checked out and they pulled this on us. If you stay here, ask if something costs money before accepting any offers.
Edit: I also forgot that the bellman awkwardly stayed in our room for about 60-90seconds with his hand out waiting for a tip. I did give him one after this but that was the only hotel in Europe that I experienced this in. Just seems like a money grabbing hotel that thrives on corporate business. If you're on vacation I'd strongly recommend to find somewhere with better service.
