Overall welcoming at reception and room available early and 12pm checkout with facility to leave bags if leaving later. Found concierge a little rude. Asked a question and was he looking over my shoulder and appeared not to care. Did not buy breakfast as overpriced at €35 pp. Small coffee shop across road as alternative. Appears to be more business focused. Easy access by bus and rail

The property is very conveniently located within walking distance to the Berlin Zoo. The pool was a bit colder than what I would like but my son had fun. There are quite a few dining options nearby. Thank you for the great service by the friendly staff.

Really enjoyed our two nights at the Pullman.

Lovely looking hotel, very quiet reception area and very helpful reception team. Our room was ready early, even though they were full, which was really helpful.

Room was clean and spacious, lovely view of the zoo. Air conditioning was very effective, especially as it was 32 degrees all weekend.

Small point: I would say that the bathroom grouting could do with a deep clean though.

Nice location, easy to get to the train station and the park and there were some nice restaurants close by - Evin Pizza Pasta was delicious and good value and Enzo's did a great bagel.

We had dinner in the bar lounge one night which was lovely. Highly recommend.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, with several standout aspects.

The breakfast and staff are a solid 10 out of 10. The ladies at breakfast were wonderful, and the team really made us feel welcome. The swimming pool was delightful, and the lady who works there was particularly kind and attentive. The reception was very nice, and the gentleman at the bar was super friendly, adding a nice touch to our evenings.

However, there were a few issues that took away from what could have been a flawless experience. At dinner one night, we didn’t receive everything we ordered, and when I pointed it out, the waitress insisted that I had said something different, which wasn’t the case—my companion also heard the order. Thankfully, the team made it right in the end.

At 3:30 AM, our air conditioning started making loud noises, loud enough that I initially thought it was morning and the Berlin construction work had begun. When I realized it was the AC, I had to turn it off and open the window, which let in the heat and city noise. I reported this and hope that it’s taken seriously. Unfortunately, it cost me a good night’s sleep, leaving me tired the next day.

Although this is a five-star hotel, some details were lacking that prevented it from being one of the best five-star experiences. In the bathroom, everything was set up for only one person—no extra towel for the child, despite booking for a kid. The TV had limited access, offering just a few random German channels. Additionally, there were no slippers provided for the child.

Unfortunately, they are not clear with city tax. Even though in the reservation it says "included taxes and fees", not all of them are included.

We stayed for 5 nights at this amazing hotel. It's much recommended. From the very neat and clean spa, gym and pool area to the rooms.

Although we experienced a minor issue in one of our room, hotel staff (with a shout-out to Nalal and Carlos) went out of their way, acted promptly and made sure everything was resolved. They also made sure to recognize loyalty status with the accomodating features. Also when encountering some mix-up after check-out, a simple email from my side sufficed to resolve and correct the issue. Exactly how it should be. We felt appreciated as customers and shall happily return for a next visit in Berlin.

I am writing this review after staying in this hotel for six days. The location of the hotel is excellent, you can access the best shopping centers within a ten-minute walk, and you can access the zoo in less than five minutes. The treatment of the hotel staff is superb, the room is very clean and tidy, and the room service is done every day, which is wonderful. The swimming pool and gym can be used in the hotel.

Nice hotel and rooms, Nice bar, super swimming pool, we felt relaxed. Special mention to the cleaning staff, who perfectly understand what is the standard of cleanliness in a hotel - thank you ! Large choice at the buffet breakfast except 2 points : small breads are dry, everyday and most of the staff is very nice. Except 2 persons. Please change job if Hospitality does not mean anything to you ! I know what i mean - 30 years in hotel industry, as Accor, except those 2 points our stay was perfect and yes this is a good place with a good staff. Thanks for all.
