Good breakfast, and absolutely stunning room.
There was some initial miscommunication about the checkin. I received confirmation of our booking, but after that we didn’t receive any additional information. I had booked and messaged (during the opening hours) our expected arrival time, as our arrival would be after the opening hours of the reception. Luckily there was an emergency phone number available. At first, the person on the phone was quite adamant that we didn’t have a reservation and he could do nothing for us. Only after I repeatedly told him we had already received confirmation from the hotel, he told us the room was ready and open… Quite a weird experience and not very relaxing when all you want is to sleep. The information about which room was ready for us could have been relayed earlier via the booking messages, that would’ve prevented the stress, and we wouldn’t have had such a confusing phone call.
The electric charging does not work for all RFIDs, ours was denied by the machine.
