Perfect location for when you have to spend the night before or after a ferry ride.
Good breakfast, and absolutely stunning room.
There was some initial miscommunication about the checkin. I received confirmation of our booking, but after that we didn’t receive any additional information. I had booked and messaged (during the opening hours) our expected arrival time, as our arrival would be after the opening hours of the reception. Luckily there was an emergency phone number available. At first, the person on the phone was quite adamant that we didn’t have a reservation and he could do nothing for us. Only after I repeatedly told him we had already received confirmation from the hotel, he told us the room was ready and open… Quite a weird experience and not very relaxing when all you want is to sleep. The information about which room was ready for us could have been relayed earlier via the booking messages, that would’ve prevented the stress, and we wouldn’t have had such a confusing phone call.
The electric charging does not work for all RFIDs, ours was denied by the machine.

Probably ok-ish summerhotel but super-expensive off-season compared to quality/comfort. Charge like a fourstar, oddly rates three, should be two. Stayed at Wyndham in Osnabrück and Clarion Grand in Malmö before/after, both hotels half the price, tripple comfort. Cant recommend to any traveller.

This was one one of our favorite places we stayed at while in Germany. Our room was big and and clean . Very close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I could live in this apartment!!

Great location and easy to find. Very comfortable.
Staff didn't speak very good English but we used a translation app. Breakfast was expensive.

Poor soundproofing in rooms we could here the children in the room above us running and jumping in their room.

My wife and I stayed there one night in mid January. Everything was nice. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, quiet, recently renovated I believe and very clean. The room could have done with one more light by the sofa and a kettle. The buffet breakfast was great, it had everything. The corona safety measures were also very strict. A place to recommend, and as we live in Hamburg, we will certainly return there.
