Loved the food, hated the service. Service just didn't jive with ordering by waitress instead of the app. Oddly pandemic.

Great location, great view, great food but the service staffed wasn't friendly.... Walked into the restaurant we passed 10 wait staff and nobody even greeted us while leaving the same.. If you spend some money on a good meal the least you expect is a friendly goodbye and an invitation to return...

Great hotel, with a wonderful spa. It's literally on the beach and have beautiful window views of the sea. Swimming pool, sauna and massages. The breakfast is simply spectacular and the two restaurants are also worth a visit. The bedroom is very comfortable. In resume, a nice place to relax during the vacation time.

4 nights, positive: the breakfast is really good, negative: the shower doesn't work at all, only suitable for very slim people. The bed ... you roll out, sleep on a hillside, the staff smokes right in front of the window on the ground floor, when I left I had to discuss for 10 minutes that I had already paid for the room in advance. And of course I wasn't asked how I enjoyed my stay ... they don't...

Definitely book a relaxing massage - pure relaxation. Rich breakfast, warm welcome by the landlady. A short walk and you are on the promenade. Good value for money. Between the two houses there is a beautiful terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden, on which the loungers invite you to relax. Very well suited for a short weekend trip to the Baltic Sea.

Family excursion Hansapark with 2 nights in this great hotel. The boss welcomes each guest personally + warmly. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the great wellness area. Next time for sure 😏 Even without a restaurant, this beautiful hotel is highly recommended. The breakfast was great, even freshly prepared egg dishes were served to us.

My wife and our adult daughter spend a few days every year in the house by the sea and are very, very satisfied. A hotel with a family atmosphere, great service and an excellent location on the Baltic Sea beach.

I would not have thought that a hotel with great facilities, a great breakfast and the best location could be topped. But it works: with very caring and nice operators who also have a heart for children. You have made a significant contribution to the relaxation on the Baltic Sea by making us gild every minute. I spent a week in this small, family hotel as part of a seminar and felt very comfortable. The rooms are nice and comfortable, some with a small terrace. The food was indescribably delicious, healthy and very special. The owners and the staff were friendly and courteous, nothing was left to be desired. In addition, the location right on the Baltic Sea beach and close to Scharbeutz is ideal for walks...

Had a nice breakfast in the morning. This place provides a nice view to the Baltic Sea. Prices are very reasonable considering the area. Only negative point is the staff as it wasn't noticing us as guests.

The best kept secret in Scharbeutz. Wonderful hotel, but made even better by the most wonderful staff. The check in, the restaurant staff, the barman, all brilliant. Superb location, great food, and attached to the spa.

Even the though the rooms needed a bit of an update, the service was very friendly and it's very well located. You'll have direct access to the Ostsee Therme and to a private beach (pretty handy in COVID-19 times...). I also recommend the massage. ;)

Loved it, the service was excelent and you get treated like royalty, They have their own strawberry jam and marmelade, the hotel has a shore and a lake for the people staying on the hotel. I would really recommend it, if you are looking for a little bit of a nicer place you should definetly check this hotell out, the rooms were really nice and you get daily cleaning and room service if you want.

Probably ok-ish summerhotel but super-expensive off-season compared to quality/comfort. Charge like a fourstar, oddly rates three, should be two. Stayed at Wyndham in Osnabrück and Clarion Grand in Malmö before/after, both hotels half the price, tripple comfort. Cant recommend to any traveller.

Very good stay there, my room 104 was absolutely the best!Balcony, very bright room. Interior design also the best. Breakfast staff romanian lady absolutely best staff :) I hope I will stay there again anytime :)

Holiday apartments located directly on the beach with parking behind the house. The building is reminiscent of the series 'Praxis Bülowbogen', apartment was nicely renovated, sea view from the bed, super nice ladies at the reception. I found it ideal as a 'solo traveller' with a small child - playground/bike rental/various restaurants nearby.

We have been there for the third time and are always very satisfied! The apartments have been renovated and are well equipped. The price-performance ratio is right! The reception is very nice and can help with many concerns. We will be back definitely.

Wonderful large holiday home in beautiful Haffkrug. We have been there several times with 3 generations and 8 people. Each "family" had their own bathroom and there was enough space for everyone. I booked this as one of the few available rooms in Scharbeutz for our long weekend in the summer. Reading some of the reviews here and on Google made me fear I'd made a terrible mistake but actually it was all fine. I was stressed about the unmanned front desk so made sure to arrive at 2pm hoping there would be someone around. The desk was empty but the keys were in an envelope on the desk so that...

First time here. Railway station is about 1km away. Hotel is in walking distance to the sand beach and most restaurants. Very nice welcoming check-in and also easy check-out. On our way to Sweden we slept here for two nights. Very nice, small hotel with a very friendly staff. We had a spacious room with view over the small lake. Breakfast is excellent but not included. Parking places are available and free. You can also take a dinner in the restaurant. It tasted very nice; great portions.

This is a true pearl close to the sea. If I ever embark on an adventure I will make sure to either end or start my adventure there. Okay, so we did book the suite which was just fantastic and the food was amazing. The place is dog friendly, too
