The room was very nice, with a view of the sea. I really enjoyed the wellness on the first day. I went to the restaurant and ate schnitzel, which was also very good.

One star deducted for the lack of WiFi in our room, and the hotel can't be held responsible for the stolen flip-flops in the hotel sauna. Still, it's a shame that something like that spoiled our stay a little. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

4 nights, positive: the breakfast is really good, negative: the shower doesn't work at all, only suitable for very slim people. Definitely book a relaxing massage - pure relaxation. Rich breakfast, warm welcome by the landlady. A short walk and you are on the promenade. Good value for money. Between the two houses there is a beautiful terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden, on which the loungers invite you to relax. Very well suited for a short weekend trip to the Baltic Sea.

Family excursion Hansapark with 2 nights in this great hotel. The boss welcomes each guest personally + warmly. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the great wellness area. Very nice location, in the restaurant upstairs there is a TV on which sports can be streamed if desired and there is a large selection of drinks. But the selection of food is not huge but it is very tasty. The service and staff are very friendly and willing to chat.

We booked spontaneously and had great days in the historic hotel. We got an upgrade and had a great room with a sea view. The service was super nice and we felt very comfortable. The location is perfect with proximity to the beach and downtown. We'd love to come back.

It's been a while, but it's still worth a good review. We've been there twice for several days, always in the family suite, and were always thrilled. Nice staff, great service, nice location, very close to the beach only a short walk about 100m maximum. The city center is also nearby and also the Baltic Sea thermal baths. My partner and I stayed at the Ancora Hotel for a short vacation, we were very satisfied! :-) The hotel is in the second row, the bus stop and private parking space are directly from the door. It takes a maximum of 2 minutes to walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the city center. The hotel is quite centrally located but quiet. The room was very good, but there is a star deduction because of the very small closet. We almost just lived out of a suitcase. I take another star because of the WiFi that we couldn't use. Breakfast was ok.

The Hotel was really fantastic. As a family and friend with two kids. We booked two rooms. We came in the hotel very early and our room was ready. We didn't wait. Location and service was awesome. It is near also at the beach to take the sun anytime. We will plan again next year. Maybe that time all renovation are finished. 5 star for flamingo.

We were this summer for the 5th time in this comfortable and top located hotel. This time we were again completely satisfied. I only spent a night in the apartment down the street with my cousin. Modern but needing some finishing touches like art on the walls and some basic cupboards in the bedroom for clothes. I have stayed here on 3 different occasions and it remains one of my favorite hotels. The breakfast alone is worth the trip, but the rooms are well appointed and the staff is very friendly. I've stayed in many hotels where they claim to be 5 star but they were lacking in many areas. That's just not the case here and I'm a little surprised at the harsh comments from other people.

Whenever I rate a hotel or restaurant I look at three things: a) service/courtesy I booked a room with seaview. When entering the room I found that it was obstructed seaview. Hence I contacted the reservation and was told that I must have overlooked the comment. I told them, that my reservation clearly mentions seaview. 4 days stay Quiet nice place - next to the beach and restaurants. Clean area. Several shops and restaurants only accept cash? I wounder why. The room were nice and even with a tiny sea view. Be aware of a very hard mattress in the double bed. Not good at all. The single beds had normal mattresses.

There were a few minor inconveniences (not enough toilet paper, hair dryer broken, not enough trash bags) and the staff was slow to fix these.
