Very nice hotel facing the Baltic Sea. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. Excellent value too - we had a suite for €106 per night! We ate at their attached restaurant and the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Went there for dinner and had a table at the terrace with great views over the Baltic Sea. Wonderful dinner. We had a typical Baltic sea dish with braised potatoes topped with cod, chicken, shrimps and mustard dill sauce. We added very tasty steamed vegetables and complemented this with a very nice bottle of white wine.

Excellent, quite location directly on the Ostsee beach. Vacation apartments are roomy and clean; some with water view. Great restaurant/food. Easy and free parking. Washer and dryer available. Highly recommended

We stayed for a good week. Our apartment was spacious, well-equipped, modern and clean, the view was directly over the sea, and if the weather had been better we could have used the small terrace (but with a beach chair!). Only a narrow street separates the hotel from the beach. Our dog was also welcome! I do have one suggestion, however: the handicapped-accessible bathroom has very few shelves, and...

Excellent from reception to departure always a cheerful staff. Vacation what more could you ask for. Clean rooms - apartments, bicycle storage, parking lot. A restaurant is also negotiate and delicious, unfortunately little fish dishes. The connection to the Verkehrswende public transport and train station is not far away either.

Definitely book a relaxing massage - pure relaxation. Rich breakfast, warm welcome by the landlady. A short walk and you are on the promenade. Good value for money. Between the two houses there is a beautiful terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden, on which the loungers invite you to relax. Very well suited for a short weekend trip to the Baltic Sea.

Family excursion Hansapark with 2 nights in this great hotel. The boss welcomes each guest personally + warmly. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the great wellness area. Probably ok-ish summerhotel but super-expensive off-season compared to quality/comfort. Charge like a fourstar, oddly rates three, should be two. Stayed at Wyndham in Osnabrück and Clarion Grand in Malmö before/after, both hotels half the price, tripple comfort. Cant recommend to any traveller.

One star deducted for the lack of WiFi in our room, and the hotel can't be held responsible for the stolen flip-flops in the hotel sauna. Still, it's a shame that something like that spoiled our stay a little. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

I booked this as one of the few available rooms in Scharbeutz for our long weekend in the summer. Reading some of the reviews here and on Google made me fear I'd made a terrible mistake but actually it was all fine. Even the though the rooms needed a bit of an update, the service was very friendly and it's very well located. You'll have direct access to the Ostsee Therme and to a private beach (pretty handy in COVID-19 times...). I also recommend the massage. ;)

Loved it, the service was excelent and you get treated like royalty, They have their own strawberry jam and marmelade, the hotel has a shore and a lake for the people staying on the hotel. I would really recommend it, if you are looking for a little bit of a nicer place you should definetly check this hotell out, the rooms were really nice and you get daily cleaning and room service if you want.

Room climate control non existent The Climate Control of the room was just non existent and the hotel is a bit worn. I would even say that it isn't worth the money that we paid for it.

It's been a while, but it's still worth a good review. We've been there twice for several days, always in the family suite, and were always thrilled. Nice staff, great service, nice location, very close to the beach only a short walk about 100m maximum. The city center is also nearby and also the Baltic Sea thermal baths. Our daughter liked the loft bed best. Highly recommended, gladly again.

My partner and I stayed at the Ancora Hotel for a short vacation, we were very satisfied! :-) The hotel is in the second row, the bus stop and private parking space are directly from the door. It takes a maximum of 2 minutes to walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the city center. The hotel is quite centrally located but quiet. The room was very good, but there is a star deduction because of the very small closet. We almost just lived out of a suitcase. I take another star because of the WiFi that we couldn't use. Breakfast was ok.

The Hotel was really fantastic. As a family and friend with two kids. We booked two rooms. We came in the hotel very early and our room was ready. We didn't wait. Location and service was awesome. It is near also at the beach to take the sun anytime. We will plan again next year. Maybe that time all renovation are finished. 5 star for flamingo.

Sehr entgegen kommendes Personal! In einer med. Notlage wurde umgehend ein Arzt gerufen! Bei med. Notwendig des Abbruchs des Aufenthaltes wurde auf die vereinbarte Rest Zahlung verzichtet. Frühstück sehr gut und hellem, freundlichen Ambiente. Zimmerausstattung sehr gut, nur war das EZ sehr klein, aber ausreichend! Die Lage ist top! Ich komme bestimmt wieder, wenn ich es nicht ausgebucht ist!

Very nice staff, a nice clean room - what more could you want? I would suggest playing subtle music in the background at breakfast to break up the eerie silence. And the TV should be connected to the internet. But that's grumbling on a high level. Anytime again, warmly recommended!
