It is located only 500 meters from the city centre. You can walk anywhere. Staff was very helpful. Room is good but needs a bit refurbishing.

The location of the hotel is very close to the substation, you can reach it either by walking in 10 minutes or by taking the tram in front of it in 5 minutes. The rooms are spotless, and the beer bar on the ground floor is very enjoyable.

Increased prices, reduced service: No room service anymore (except if you expressly order it), while they charge you more. Wasn't clear at all breakfast was not included in my booking, cost me 20€ extra! Usually breakfast used to be included as "default mode", now it seems to be a "special feature" that comes on top. Wanted to use the sauna shortly past 9pm (I had booked the wellness time slot from 7pm to 10pm) - only to be informed that sauna closes at 9pm already, one hour earlier than the pool. All in all: Fairly disappointing (in comparison to earlier stays) – at greatly inflated prices.

I spent 4 days during a seinar in the hotel. Staff was friendly at all times, even looked if there was a charger for my macbook (mine was at home).

The room was clean and nice, I could even open the window to get some fresh air.

Restaurant was good, again, friendly staff, taking care of requested diet without a problem. Food was good quality, no reason for complaints.

Catering during the breaks of the seminar was okay too, coffee available all day.

Very lousy. We stayed two nights and They don’t clean the rooms, not even making beds. Towels smell bad, all of them. Pool service is also lousy.. I would never recommend such a bad service.

Only stayed for a few hours for some sleep on a longer road trip. Nice and clean rooms, comfy beds. Staff very friendly and professional.

Would appriciate better signs where the parking is and possibility to charge electric vehicle.

For a city or Business Trip it fits - the Hotel is already something into the years and could use a modernization. Everything was clean - Breakfast top but quite expensive (if not included).

2 nights in the Dorint was in August in Dresden!
The mini bar is not filled in accordance with the information provided by the hotel management with drinks,
The guest must supply themselves with drinks, there is also no room service.
The General condition of the room and the bathroom leaves much to be desired , carpet very dirty, without shoes is not accessible.
The bathroom could use a disinfectant basic cleaning.
I can't recommend it as a 4-star Hotel.

Very nice Hotel very close to the old town. The rooms are for a 4-star Hotel. The Wellnes area is OK, but nothing Special. The Breakfast is really great :). Staff is nice and the Bar you should visit in the evening. And the price for the performance offered is really fair. Actually, I'd give it like 4.5 stars, but unfortunately not.
