However, sorry to say that the service might not be as good as what you’d expect from a typical star-rated hotel. The reception staff are not very helpful and tend to refuse assistance lol!😮💨😮💨😮💨 This happened to me personally since we had clearly booked a large one-bedroom room, but the receptionist gave me a twin instead and refused to change it without any clear reason. The next day, when I asked another receptionist, they finally switched me to the correct room according to my booking request. Like…🤷🏻♀️ Also at check-out, we asked for help bringing our luggage with a trolley, but the receptionist stated that it wasn’t their job and they weren’t supposed to assist with that. Thanks for being helpless!🙋🏻♀️❤️🩹
Delicious breakfast buffet and a very good staff at breakfast and reception.
Few points to look at for management : staff over caring for breakfast. They stand near the steps to access big breakfast room and are too present. You feel observed while having breakfast and it's not too nice. Scrambled Eggs too cooked and industrial. KO for a 4*
It's close to the city center, but it takes about 20 minutes to walk.
Amenities were provided.
The bathroom was also very spacious and clean.
One thing that was a bit disappointing was that there was no coffee pot, so I couldn't drink warm water or coffee, but it wasn't a big problem.
