Great resort with a lot of fun and activities for kids. Aparments are large, clean and fully equipped. Staff at reception don't speak english at all only german

Note the one day entrance to pool is starting first day after check in. What means 15PM till 22PM only. Next day is 22 EUR adult/15 kids. This information is missing everywhere and makes disappointed

It's an absolutely fantastic family resort, the apartment was so big that I wouldn't mind to live in it in every day life, the food at the restaurant is great, the kids play room is perfect for bad weather days and the whole place is just a few steps away from the slopes and ski lifts

Problem solved in 30 minutes - and that after every baker shop in town told us that it's impossible, we even got a choice between 2 different ones) and the kids entertainment program will give you some time off from parenting

I can't understand the critics. We had a great 3 days in Elldus. I had given my Kidnern and grandchildren for Christmas a stay. We were 5 adults and 2 small children (4 years and 11 months)

You can see how the operator's effort and how lovingly everything is organized. The children were always busy. We had the good fortune to be in a rain and a Sunny day

The beds were comfy though I do think quite a few hotels in Europe, including this one, struggle with the concept of two separate beds as opposed to two separated beds for two unrelated adult males

The bar and restaurant was very pleasant and a good meal and a few beers were consumed. The breakfast was more than typical with hot and cold selections as well as cereals and fruits

Usually, except a very few hotels in which I have stayed, this hotel has a large, comfortable smoking room adjacent to the bar. The rooms was clean and tidy on our arrival

We spent a week on vacation in Oberwiesenthal. The idea of ​​the all-inclusive package is great, we were already looking forward to it. We stayed in the Miriquidi (double room with an extra bed for our daughter)

I really appreciated the kindness of your staff, especially the firendly Ukrainian lady who was really sincere and was always willing to help us with anything, furthermore her Czech language was on point

We came to your hotel as a group of 3 and what one of us appreciated the most was the ubiquity of the constant pleasent smell of soup/food which he had been mentioning repetitively during our stay

The breakfast was great; there was a big variety of fruits, vegetables and bread to choose from. However, I would've appreciated a slightly bigger portion of eggs

Off-season visit with Family. Very Kid-friendly. Enjoyed and felt very comfortable during our stay! We did miss anything.

Everything fitted. Food, drinks, service and cleanliness very good. We had a family room with 2 rooms and 2 very small bathrooms. We have a 100% recommendation.

Small, quiet hotel with a great breakfast. Only the bathroom is very small. But it is due to the architecture. The catering in the Rathaushotel is always great. The surcharge for dogs is quite high at 15 euros per night

Breakfast was OK although very much the same in most hotels these days. Room good but donw miles of corridors. All sorts of facilities which I did not use, pool and so on

Mostly good food, just the place a pain to search, because almost everything is reserved for the guests who come with bus companies. Fitness, swimming pool and Massage

This hotel came as quite a surprise! I booked on line and it said it was 0. I foolishly walked and it must have been 2 miles [uphill]. The hotel itself is huge with 7 floors. Conferences and coach tours I suspect

The dining room had a buffet dinner going on but - as not part of a tour - I was not allowed in. Had a reasonable meal in the bar area with much reasonable wine

Great place to ski and enjoy nature, the hotel is well equipped and has a long history of satisfied costumers.

Very few staff speak English which is a bummer as the place has so much to offer. From family activities to the stunning view, there's plenty to do inside or outside regardless of the weather!

Nice location for a birthday party including bowling. Really good severing and jummy food. Even games for kids were available.

During the COVIT-19 time the hotel was still a nice place to stay. The room had comfortable beds and a large and clean bathroom. In the room was still a TV for watching. I paid for breakfast but it was not available.

The only thing that I didn't liked was that even after me saying that I was leaving at 7AM the reception was not able to tell me that the reception would only open after 8AM to make the payment

So I went to work and had to come back to the hotel to pay losing more than half an hour. But after all I would comeback if I'm ever in the area again

Breakfast nothing special but all fresh and tasty
