Great resort with a lot of fun and activities for kids. Aparments are large, clean and fully equipped. Staff at reception don't speak english at all only german

It's an absolutely fantastic family resort, the apartment was so big that I wouldn't mind to live in it in every day life, the food at the restaurant is great, the kids play room is perfect for bad weather days and the whole place is just a few steps away from the slopes and ski lifts

Problem solved in 30 minutes - and that after every baker shop in town told us that it's impossible, we even got a choice between 2 different ones) and the kids entertainment program will give you some time off from parenting

I can't understand the critics. We had a great 3 days in Elldus. I had given my Kidnern and grandchildren for Christmas a stay. We were 5 adults and 2 small children (4 years and 11 months)

You can see how the operator's effort and how lovingly everything is organized. The children were always busy. We had the good fortune to be in a rain and a Sunny day

Note the one day entrance to pool is starting first day after check in. What means 15PM till 22PM only. Next day is 22 EUR adult/15 kids. This information is missing everywhere and makes disappointed

The cleaning was done over the day. The hotel also dispose of a spa with two sauna and a steamroom, drinks and a resting room for free but also of massages as extra but no info how to book them

Very few staff speak English which is a bummer as the place has so much to offer. From family activities to the stunning view, there's plenty to do inside or outside regardless of the weather!

Nice buffet if you book with dinner included. Sauna, but no swimming pool (usage of the partner hotel's pool is allowed). Game room with ping pong and pool billiards, small but nice fitness room

There is a large car park right next to the hotel. 00 quoted here is a reasonable price. The staff at check-in are always present and happy to answer questions. All of the staff we met over the two days deserve praise

Das Hotel liegt in Unterwiesenthal. Den Ortskern in Oberwiesenthal kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel hat die besten Tage schon hinter sich und ist nicht mehr auf dem aktuellsten

Vom Frühstück über Mittagessen,Kaffee und Kuchen bis zum Abendbrot gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Es wurde ständig nachgefüllt und es hat alles gut geschmeckt. Nur das Waschbecken in den modernen Bad war zu klein

We have spent in June, 14 days in the Panorama Hotel in Oberwiesenthal. The staff was super duchrweg friendly. The accommodation, a Suite in the house A at the back of the output was as requested, very quiet

Small, quiet hotel with a great breakfast. Only the bathroom is very small. But it is due to the architecture. The catering in the Rathaushotel is always great. The surcharge for dogs is quite high at 15 euros per night
