Great resort with a lot of fun and activities for kids. Aparments are large, clean and fully equipped. Staff at reception don't speak english at all only german

It's an absolutely fantastic family resort, the apartment was so big that I wouldn't mind to live in it in every day life, the food at the restaurant is great, the kids play room is perfect for bad weather days and the whole place is just a few steps away from the slopes and ski lifts

Problem solved in 30 minutes - and that after every baker shop in town told us that it's impossible, we even got a choice between 2 different ones) and the kids entertainment program will give you some time off from parenting

I can't understand the critics. We had a great 3 days in Elldus. I had given my Kidnern and grandchildren for Christmas a stay. We were 5 adults and 2 small children (4 years and 11 months)

You can see how the operator's effort and how lovingly everything is organized. The children were always busy. We had the good fortune to be in a rain and a Sunny day

Note the one day entrance to pool is starting first day after check in. What means 15PM till 22PM only. Next day is 22 EUR adult/15 kids. This information is missing everywhere and makes disappointed

The cleaning was done over the day. The hotel also dispose of a spa with two sauna and a steamroom, drinks and a resting room for free but also of massages as extra but no info how to book them

The price-quality ratio is excellent! Spacious rooms, good food in the morning, midday, afternoon and evening, as well as high-quality drinks in the bar. The staff is also very friendly and motivated

Very few staff speak English which is a bummer as the place has so much to offer. From family activities to the stunning view, there's plenty to do inside or outside regardless of the weather!

The small spa area was also inviting to relax. The small but very intense steam sauna is highly recommended

My parents stayed in the beautiful Parkhotel for 3 nights (from January 7th to January 10th, 2025). In contrast to the negative reviews, they were completely enthusiastic. The service was always friendly and quick

The Parkhotel Waldschlößchen is a very cozy hotel with very friendly staff. We had a spacious three-bed room and slept very well in the box-spring beds

The only thing that I didn't liked was that even after me saying that I was leaving at 7AM the reception was not able to tell me that the reception would only open after 8AM to make the payment

So I went to work and had to come back to the hotel to pay losing more than half an hour. But after all I would comeback if I'm ever in the area again
