A scam! The first thing that we heard as we arrived, each person needs to pay 23€ directly. I asked for clarification but there was just a mumble of “it’s on the website etc. you have to pay 23€ more because it’s weekend” my wife and I double checked, it was not! An absolute No-Go! In general, the hotel seems very abandoned. There are better hotels in the near!

Chijoke Family we are so happy and we enjoy every moment of our stay in parkhotel olsberg. Wonderful reception. Best service. I can not wait to go back there. Even because of our 2year old baby they helpen us and make it wel comfortabel for me and my Family.

Came here through holiday auctions. The lady behind the desk was very businesslike, not a nice welcome at the start of your holiday. When we got to the room, no fridge in the room. No ashtray on the balcony, shower makes so much noise that you go deaf. The door in the room leads to the neighbors, so you hear a lot of noise from the neighbors. Breakfast was fine, except for the sandwich with green fluff. This was not for decoration but just MOLD! Contacted holiday auctions to remove it from their database, still waiting for a response. The average age is between 70 and suspended animation.

very outdated hotel, with very small bathroom. we were just the two of us. so in the bathroom also 2 sachets of shampoo. if you wanted more, you could buy sachets of shampoo at the counter. Bar only accepts cash, dinner could be in the room but was not very special, only buffet option which was not much. breakfast was not extensive but sufficient. you also had to pay for an extra towel, as well as for wifi, which also turned out to be very bad. during the day no opportunity to have coffee or the like. all in all a disappointment.

First we arrive at the reception. The woman behind the reception only speaks German (a bit strange if you work in the tourist industry). You have to pay for the wifi that doesn't work (then also get annoyed when I ask for my money back for the wifi). We had a drink here on the terrace and our order consisted of 1 coffee, 1 beer and 1 aperol spritz and we still had to pay 16 something. Oh yeah and when ordering you didn't get a card or anything, probably because you also get to see prices. You don't even have a fridge in the room, so you are more likely to order drinks on the terrace. You have to pay in cash everywhere and there is no pin card in the hotel. The room is old and very noisy. I hear it when the neighbors go to brush their teeth. The surroundings are beautiful and this hotel seems to take advantage of that. It's just so bad you should be getting money to spend the night here. This is really pure scam.

Nice and simple hotel. Food and service is good for the price we payed. Hotel is in the middle of a renovational transizion. The restaurant looks just new. The rest of the hotel is if you step in 1970:). Surrounding ok. Nice for a view days off to injoy hicking.

Lot of available rooms. Diner was below average. Breakfast was decent. The beds were very good. Slept very well. Lot of different facilities. Had a good time at the bar.

I am a difficult guest, I dont eat meat for example; but they did everything they could to prepare some dishes!
Settings are nice, the rooms are splendid and well talen care off, and the staff is super friendly and helpful!

We had a very nice stay at the Park Hotel in Olslsberg. If you like to watch tv you need to Bring your own Google Chromecast then It is like a Five Star Hotel.

Time there is stopping 10 years ago. But all was oke, nice service, breakfast. Easy hotel for undemanding people.
