We stayed at a one room apartment with two elders and two children. The apartment is new and well furnished. Very clean. The location is also very good there are lots of activities available around the park. The hotel is having a SPA with an indoor pool. We will go again .

Amazing hotel, amazing services! The apartment we had was very large, fully equipped, cozy and with an amazing view. Friendly and helpful staff! Thank you for our perfect stay!

We stayed in the apartments that are 300m from the hotel building and we absolutely loved our stay. It wasn't a busy period so parking was available at all times, it was clean and spacious, quiet and relaxing - all we wanted. The pillows do need an urgent update so I recommend getting a pillow from home if that's something that's a deal breaker for you. The rest was great.

We came here for our first experience with Winterberg. A spacious apartment with kitchen and bathroom in a separate room.
But really guys, the bedroom, had no curtain or window cover of any kind. We went back to the reception and they offered us a pair a bed sheets and a do it yourself.
3 days passed and no one came to offer a better solution and score some extra points.
The bed covers where too short as well, so that really made the bedroom experience score 0 points.
The sauna is nice and the swimming pool too! Great experience.
This sum made it to 3 stars and the price to quality ratio is not good at this point. No more avital for our next time in Winterberg

The cleanliness was good and the staff was very friendly. However, the rooms are very clairaudient. Next door with the people in room no. 216 felt like a hostel for party people, very noisy. Therefore it's not fair the price!!

We had a lovely stay here! Friendly staff, very clean and great facilities. We didn't enjoy their breakfast (so I can't judge that), because we had booked an apartment. Swimming pool was great and very relaxing, the apartment was perfect and the location was good! Only downside to the apartments is that they're not located inside the main building, so in winter time it's quite cold to walk to and from the swimming pool. Definitely recommend.

Small rooms and double bed with 2 separate matrasses. Also not too comfortable. Room was very clean. Breakfast was quite good.

Nice hotel, lovely rooms, but 4 stars? Probably due to sauna and pool, which were excellent however no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms and when asked if I can have a coffee at 21:30 in the evening I couldn't as they were already cleaning up in the bar(which is officially open until 2300. Disappointed but we did enjoy our time.

Imagine being stuck in front of the hotel entrance in the middle of the night because your key card doesn’t work and the hotel emergency number doesn’t respond. Imagine the desperation of the person left alone in a foreign country in the middle of the night on the street in winter, without documents and money because you just took your dog out for a 5min walk before going to bed. Well that’s what happened to me and when I refused to pay for that one night I was told that it happens, it’s not their fault and I should pay anyway. Not even an apology. I’m sorry what? 250e for the night you stole my sleep?
