The wellness/pool is nice and clean, great to relax or go for a swim, actually the pool is pretty huge for a hotel pool. The staff is ok, they are not unfriendly but they are also not super authentic or passionate

The breakfast is included in the price and the breakfast is so amazing and have so many varieties and changes every day, you have a sitting options from where you can see sea

I must say I am super impressed with this hotel. It is a bit expensive but its worth all the money

Some are older, meaning the furniture and the amenities in the bathroom could be updated. There I d say a difference should be made in the price, the price comparison between the rooms is not justified

Due to its location, the quality of breakfast, cleanness and service we can recommend this hotel. The hotel of course can do better in some areas, but cant we all :)

We have stayed here two/three times over the years, mostly between Christmas and New Year and it is usually fairly booked

Amazing hotel with incredible food and service. But most outstanding is the Spa building with saunas and pools

The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. Cleanliness, rooftop pool, room and kitchen are excellent. Requests were fulfilled and the wellness staff are well trained and motivated

We only went to their restaurant Toujours and I couldn't be more amazed. It was one of the best flammkuchen I ever ate. From the balance of flavours to the crispy dough and the staff was super friendly.

Hotel with breathtaking sea view, 5 min walk down to the beach and promenade. Had a reasonable spacious and very modern single room: comfortable bedding with 3 (!) different cushions, mini fridge

We were received very friendly. All employees always had a smile on their face. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. The room was clean and spacious. I liked the massage. We have booked again and look forward to it.

The food is very good, but you should be able to come to terms with the concept of returning the used crockery and cutlery yourself to a crockery return

We had 1/2 pension being a rich and varied breakfast and a nice well made buffet for dinner. Nice situated with 15 minutes to the beach and 2 minuts to shopping street. Extremely nice smiling staff ready

Good restaurant offers nice breakfasts and other meals (there are also other restaurants just around the corner). Rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds

The ad said most rooms have a balcony. But when we arrived, in order to have a room with a balcony we had to pay 150 extra. The pool was too cold to enjoy fully. The hotel is in a good location

Good breakfast with local products (sea buckthorn) which charmed us, swimming pool open all year round, good location. A nice gesture at the end in the gift (water and bread).

The rooms are small and outdated. A plus that they had gluten free rolls and bread for me and lactose free milk. However the regular menu had almost nothing I could eat

The food at the very romantic restaurant is very good with helpful staff and smiling. You should definitely book a spa treatment and Sandra with her magical hands could relax my head pain and neck stiffness

We love the hotel staff, who at one time were the only hotel who took us in in the middle of the night after another hotel on the island turned us away. The staff was also super accommodating for our dog

Negatives include the mediocre friendliness of the reception staff, who provided insufficient information about the wellness area, sauna towels that you have to get at the reception (why?), and too little information about the structure of the associated hotels

This area they work on minimal staff but they do not compromise or affect standards. Buffet breakfast was good too

I am very conflicted about this hotel! It has many very good points: a nice spa with pool, whirlpool, sauna. The best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. But there is two big buts: No airconditioner in the room

Perfect location. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Room is comfortable and clean. Unfortunately no Air conditioner. But you can close the curtain during sunny times to keep the room temperature cool.

Spent 3 nights here, very pleased. The rooms are very clean and modern. You can hear any conversation outside through the courtyard, but it didn't bother us too much

The Suite hotel is so great and I can Renommee to. Theresa is a big playhall eher the Kids up froh 2 years can play so mich stuff. The stuff is gern Nixe and help full the Rooms are little bit small but nice

Very nice hotel. Distance to the beach: 2 minutes. The employees are very relaxed, which makes it very easy to switch off and relax. Everything is well maintained and clean. We would like to come again!

The only drawback is parking prices - unfortunately you have to rely on them - otherwise you are only allowed to park for 2 hours on the public road - of course for a fee!

There is an indoor pool that you can use for one hour per room. Simply enter in a list with date and time. Breakfast is rich and delicious. When the weather is nice you can sit outside

Breakfast is included and very good, in the evening or for coffee you can sit at the bar or on the terrace. The staff are all very friendly. One can only recommend Villa Seefrieden

The guesthouse is located directly on the Schmachter See and you are only 5 minutes (700 meters) from the beach. The rooms are well equipped and very clean

I had a good time spending my holidays there for a week. The breakfast could use an improvement though. Sauna room was great. The bed was comfortable.

Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub

We had a great time staying at Rugard. We had a beautiful sea view from a room. It was nice to get a welcoming message on the bag with spa towels and bathrobes, and a small bootle of wine in the end of our stay

We booked the room with breakfast and dinner included, and all the meals we had were good. We stayed in the sauna and pool. We loved the discretion and cleanliness, the saunas are the highlight of this hotel

This hotel is such a treat with beautiful ammenities, fantastic food, friendly staff in. Picturesque location. We travelled around Europe from New Zealand and this was our favourite place real luxury!

I don't 5 star often at all and I have reviewed over 200 hotels and resorts but this one deserves the ratings. Be aware though some of the paperwork says 10am checkout but it is actually 11am
