Great staff, great room, great balcony. The free breakfast was enormous. Everything from sausage and bacon to tons of different breads to eggs to meats and cheeses

Overall, I believe it is one of the best hotels I've stayed at

Very nice, clean duplex apartment with sea views and a small kitchenette. Fresh bread rolls every morning from the bread service

Suggestion on my part: : - it would be very useful to attach felt to the chairs so that they can be moved noiselessly -a potato peeler would be great in the kitchen -a scraper for the shower would be useful in the bathroom so that you can remove the shower walls, as these definitely no longer look nice after a week (limescale)

Very nice facility, very well maintained, just a pity that there was no breakfast in the hotel since last Friday, the guests like myself with my wife and also the families from the holiday apartment will miss that very much

Very friendly and attentive staff. Well maintained complex in a beautiful and quiet location not far from both beaches. Extremely dog-friendly! Furniture in the apartment is a bit old, but functional and clean

Sufficient parking spaces directly at the facility and good waste separation options. Sauna, playroom and fitness room available. We have felt very comfortable here

We needed a hotel with enough rooms for our class reunion on Rügen. The inquiry, the offer and the quick responses went flawlessly. I had a contact person at all times. When we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared

I really liked the modern room, very good WiFi, good TV, balcony, bathroom from Duravit. I recommend booking breakfast. I didn't like the permanently running water in the toilet

There were certainly 4 liters per minute running through - so 5760 liters per day! I didn't feel good about supporting such a waste

The ad said most rooms have a balcony. But when we arrived, in order to have a room with a balcony we had to pay 150 extra. The pool was too cold to enjoy fully. The hotel is in a good location

The rooms are small and outdated. A plus that they had gluten free rolls and bread for me and lactose free milk. However the regular menu had almost nothing I could eat

Modern, beds are comfortable but only two single beds put together… Payed for the seaview room and got a room with almost no view and sun, obscured by large trees

The whole experience was great from the friendly receptionist, the cosy ambiance of the lobby with the candles all over. I got a spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the sea like a mini suite

Amazing 5star luxury hotel on beach front hotel, with an amazing ADD (with very good food, quality and big breakfast choice and offering weekly BBQ), super health and wellness, indoor pool and big Spa (including big beauty saloon and various applications)

The food at the very romantic restaurant is very good with helpful staff and smiling. You should definitely book a spa treatment and Sandra with her magical hands could relax my head pain and neck stiffness

I went in the winter time so not many travelers and it felt like i was in a book. The breakfast could be much better but otherwise cant complain about much else. The bed is super comfortable as well

It was always ensured that enough was refilled. The service staff was very nice and always tried to please every guest. The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of the city and only a few meters from the beach

We were passing here and a space opened up in a fab beach chair so we popped in for a couple of drinks and to admire the view from the terrace. Ended up sharing a delicious club sandwich as well

Review for A-ROSA Kurhaus Binz on Rügen I had a wonderful stay at the A-ROSA Hotel in Binz. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were simply excellent - everything was perfect

I was also impressed by the leisure options. The spa area, the swimming pool and the fitness room were in very good condition and rounded off my stay perfectly

The hotel looks grand and is definitely well located, about 3 mns away from the sea. But the rooms are tiny and not exactly spotless clean. Furniture in the room is definitely an eyesore

My review refers to a “country-style” double room. The rather small room was equipped with very low beds with sharp edges that could establish a risk of injury. There is a lack of storage space for suitcases

The cleaning of the living room and bathroom was perfect. The service was also correct. Noteworthy is the excellent breakfast, the wellness area and the shuttle service from the train station

Good hotel, it's not luxury, but we liked it! There are some reports about rooms with a view on the parking, that must be the smaller rooms. We had a superior room, and it had a nice view

We stayed in an spacious apartment with no sea view but was a stone's throw away from the beach. Very helpful staff as well.

If they could give this hotel more stars, we would gladly do so. We'll definitely be back here in May. PS: We're still here! We had to write a review right away because we're so impressed

A short walk to the beach via a walking path and a green belt. Nearby locations of natural parks for hiking and biking. The surroundings are kept very clean

The spa in the basement was not to big, but enough. The restaurant serves very good food and the breakfast had everything. The women in the the breakfast-restaurant are the best. and so are the front desk staff

This hotel is close to perfect. Great facilities and service above normal. The location could not have been better. The room we got was bigger than ecpected with full equipment

The rooftop bar is very nice, it is decorated in style and has sea views. The personnel is really friendly. Definitely the place to be in Binz.

Lived at Arkona Strandrecidenzen connected to the hotel and only had the breakfast buffet here every morning for a week. It was great!!! We enjoyed it very much

It's a decent hotel, a bit pricey for what you get during high season. The room was clean but dated. The staff is friendly and breakfast is good. The location is excellent, right in front of Binz beach.

Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service

Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub

I don't 5 star often at all and I have reviewed over 200 hotels and resorts but this one deserves the ratings. Be aware though some of the paperwork says 10am checkout but it is actually 11am

We really appreciated the variety of pools and saunas offered, especially at such a relatively reasonable price. Having a kitchenette was also a big plus for us

We can recommend it again and again, we had an apartment and it was not only very clean but also very spacious, even though we were only there to sleep and otherwise just out and about
