Not a real 4,5* star hotel if you can get a room with connecting doors to adjacent room with a little baby crying through the night… In general you feel more like in a holiday resort which may be finw but keep it in mind

Breakfast really great but can be crowded and noisy. Quite far from the beach and difficult access, however great views and location on the (steep!) hill with sea on both sides

The ad said most rooms have a balcony. But when we arrived, in order to have a room with a balcony we had to pay 150 extra. The pool was too cold to enjoy fully. The hotel is in a good location

Good breakfast with local products (sea buckthorn) which charmed us, swimming pool open all year round, good location. A nice gesture at the end in the gift (water and bread).

The rooms are small and outdated. A plus that they had gluten free rolls and bread for me and lactose free milk. However the regular menu had almost nothing I could eat

I really liked the modern room, very good WiFi, good TV, balcony, bathroom from Duravit. I recommend booking breakfast. I didn't like the permanently running water in the toilet

There were certainly 4 liters per minute running through - so 5760 liters per day! I didn't feel good about supporting such a waste

I have had some good food several times, today I had char fillet, it was well cooked, the best fish I have ever eaten.

Room was good, big and spacious. The hotel room we got was very near to beach. Friendly staff, and nice stay. The car parking (You have to pay extra) lot was just behind the building, so very comfortable

Breakfast was good, limited options for vegetarians. But, not a problem, you can be full. Wifi signal was poor in room, and I say, it was not working inside !

What I found really great was that on the one hand we got a table spontaneously and the kids had something to draw so the waiting time (which was not very long) was more bearable

Room was a good size and very clean, and very quiet (though there is an infant school next door and must have been summer creche so occasional shrieks!) Ground-floor room has a balcony that overlooks car park but is fairly screened by greenery and tall trees make it attractive setting

Very nice staff, in the hotel, reception, "Zum Kranich" (especially Mrs. Kaiser in the service) cleaning. The family room was a good size, daily cleaning. The food was varied, fresh and tasty

Location really good, very short walk to beach, with shops all around, supermarket 1 min away and restaurants up and down the road. Short walk to train/bus and to the marvellous steam train station

The view of the lake cannot be quite compared with the Baltic Sea itself, but since it is only 900 m away from the hotel, this is exactly the right place for guests for whom this walk is not an obstacle and who are still looking for peace and quiet to spend the night

If you have any special requests, such as vegan food, simply clarify them in advance by phone. From what I have experienced with the service, they are happy to help you there too

It was very clean in the accommodation. From the reception to the room, including the bathroom, everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good

Located at the beautiful Southern tip of Rügen. Great lounge area that does serve food and drink (limited menu). There’s a handy tiny store that has the necessities for preparing some meals in the apartment

Apartaments are very nice, peaceful area, I can honestly recommend it to big families but also couples. I also liked the extra facilities like sauna, fitness center or the ability to rent a bike 😊

Loved the quiet setting of this place. Our apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Appreciated having somewhere secure to store our bikes and access to the besutiful wellness facilities.

Nice apartments and bungalows are available in front of a scenic little port. Spa/wellness is very clean, it is a great place to wind down a little bit.

Receptionists should know about the best local hiking trail from Sassnitz to Königstuhl, but instead they said “You cannot hike there”. We did in fact hike 8km that day. Not very helpful staff in this regard.

The whole experience was great from the friendly receptionist, the cosy ambiance of the lobby with the candles all over. I got a spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the sea like a mini suite

The food at the very romantic restaurant is very good with helpful staff and smiling. You should definitely book a spa treatment and Sandra with her magical hands could relax my head pain and neck stiffness

You have everything there great service, the best restaurant around is in the cellar (yes the new cook is that good too), the beach is 100m away, if you have kids the playground is just another 100m out the back door

Everything was to satisfaction. Took a bit long to check out, due to only one personal at the reception desk and problems with a card transaction for the customer in front of us.Otherwise all good.

Great food and great service! Until 9b I was never asked if I wanted to start with 2nd gear or wait. The veal was spot on and the side dishes were very, very good. The wine was very tasty.

We were passing here and a space opened up in a fab beach chair so we popped in for a couple of drinks and to admire the view from the terrace. Ended up sharing a delicious club sandwich as well

I’d also hoped to order an ice-cream sundae as the ones others were eating looked pretty good but they needed to pack up for an event. A shame we won’t be back in the area as I would certainly come in again

I am very conflicted about this hotel! It has many very good points: a nice spa with pool, whirlpool, sauna. The best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. But there is two big buts: No airconditioner in the room

Perfect location. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Room is comfortable and clean. Unfortunately no Air conditioner. But you can close the curtain during sunny times to keep the room temperature cool.

I don’t have anything bad to say - which is a really good review. The staff were lovely, so welcoming and helpful. The bedroom was really nice with comfortable beds, and soundproofed walls

The room had dirty walls, the pillows are like a marshmallow and do not sustain a good sleep, the carpets on the hall small smoked tobacco and don’t look clean. The bathroom is great, hot shower and clean towels

An incredibly cozy and lovingly run hotel. The entire breakfast room is very cozy and stylishly decorated. The buffet is delicious and varied. The staff is incredibly friendly

A short walk to the beach via a walking path and a green belt. Nearby locations of natural parks for hiking and biking. The surroundings are kept very clean

You can see how the Germans care about order and especially along the coast near Binz clean and accessible toilet

The spa in the basement was not to big, but enough. The restaurant serves very good food and the breakfast had everything. The women in the the breakfast-restaurant are the best. and so are the front desk staff

Unfortunately, due to the many mosquitoes in the area at the time, I did not want to keep the windows open at night. The atmosphere and the food in the bar/restaurant was excellent, as well as the breakfast buffet

Location is excellent, about 200m away from the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the town proper. The room is big, has it's own kitchenette, dining area and living room with a pull-out sofa bed
