The rooms are old and dirty, there are mold spots in the shower cabin. There were holes on my door because the card reader was taken off.
We were not notified that the reception is only open from 8 to 16 and this caused a lot of problems.
We talked on mobile with the reception to include breakfast which was approved by them. The next day we had breakfast, but the day after the breakfast area was closed and no staff was present. And the last day the staff did not let us have breakfast, even after we told them that it was discussed with the reception(who were not present because of the modified opening time)

Just awful. We didn't even get into the room. Reception left early, and left our key in a safe. The key didn't work. The name on the Key Card was not ours but they had sent us the code. The emergency number did not go through. So we had to look for alternative plans in the middle of the night. I wish I had read the reviews

My overall experience was ok. The room was pretty small and the carpet was very dirty. Thankfully the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was properly cleaned. You could hear the noise from outside very clearly which was irritating when a car-alarm went off a couple a times during one of the nights… The breakfast was ok but could absolutely be better.

I would not recomend this hotel to anyone!
The rooms are very very dirty and loud and the safty is also realy old school.
The staff is rude and incompetent and they just cant get the bills right even, when you advice them.
When you drink the water from the sink, youll also get sik.
Avoid this Hotel if you can!

Stay away from this hotel. Don't book any rooms or you gonna end up in the parking, sleeping in the car. Rude reception staff I spoke with one who doesn't speak English he just hang up the phone on me. I booked 2 rooms and I ended up in the car no-one is here to give you the keys even thou I have mentioned that I m coming between 12 to 1am they didn't bother to wait for us to give us the keys. So stay away

A hotel that hardly stands out. Entrance is not easy to find. Enough parking space in front of the door. The standard room has a connecting door to the neighbors. Very annoying if you have noisy neighbors. In addition, many people with scooters and cars at night who hang out at the parking lot. For one night it's fine, but no more than that

Not so good as expected. For a reasonable price, but a little bit outdated.

Very good value for the money paid (with breakfast) via Booking. Good choice for a break on a long journey. A bit difficult to find, but once you know it's all fine. Good access to autobahn 3.

Cozy, convenient, and inexpensive. We were standing in the room in less than 5 minutes. Clean, with nice bedding and even a free water (a real shocker in Europe). This place is VERY convenient if you are traveling to Vienna from Germany (or vice versa) via Passau. It's only 5 minutes off the autobahn.
