For the price and location i would definitely recommend. Only minutes 15 walk to the Veste Oberhaus, docks and 3 minutes to Passua Hbf its perfect for a night or two. Beds, toliet and shower were clean and comfortable. Bottle water, tea and coffee provided and a great a spot inside where you can leave luggage before collecting key. Plenty of restaurants,supermarket and cafes only around the corner. The only fault, like many of this type of hotel are the entry codes and key collection on check-in, i saw a few people with incorrect or no code and have to call reception for help, specially if booked short notice. They need smoother communication for this issue. On a side note my daughter left her favourite bed teddy in the hotel f8r a few hours after checkout and the lovely staff where very helpful getting her back. A++

In the centre of Passau. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. We had coffe maker in our room.

It tells Self Chek-in Service but you need to call first the hotel for the access code for you to get the key. They didn’t give the access code in advance at-least 2-3 hours prior to Check-in Time so that when you already at the location it is easier for the guest to do Self-Check. What if the customer doesn’t have internet yet. Thankfully the City have free wifi so that it can call for free via internet.

Self check-in and -out. Room could use a tissue dispenser, refill of soap; the Nespresso machine was a nice feature.

Great location and clean tidy rooms with a pedestal fan for cooling. Close to shops and restaurants, but a few guests including us had trouble with the door codes and entry. WiFi advertised but not available (no compensation offered). We sought help 4 times and the response was, at best, rude. Good concept and property, but poorly managed.

We didn't recieved any verification code about the key, we try to call the number posted but not working, we try to call the other number that shows in front of the hotel but it took time for them for answering the phone. We waited 30 minutes outside the hotel, freezing.. Quite disappointed because we're so tired with our 24 hrs flight from Philippines.. 😭😭😭

There was no room cleaning of our room.
The hotel provides a contact phone number to contact in case of problems.
I tried to call that number more than 5 times - no one answered the phone.
I stayed in other self-service check in hotels before, but the service of this hotel is very disappointing.

It was pretty good. The room was small & cozy. Good enough for a single person. But there were no facial tissues in the room. TV was available but I couldn’t find the remote. The rooms come with Coffees & a bottle of water. You can make coffees with the coffee machine inside. Self Check In was super easy
