Mercure Hotel left me very good impresion. The rooms and bathroom were clean, a lot of space, comfy beds, TV, wardrobe. The breakfast were very very good, tasty and filling. We had a balcony in our room and it was just vibes. Staff in the hotel was very friendly. I really enjoyed this hotel.

Extremely noisy, traffic outside is terrible, after 6 am impossible to sleep. No paper tissues in the bathroom, no soap in the dispenser in the shower. Man at check in not very friendly, saved by his lady colleague. Certainly not the best Mercure hotel....

Arrived late at night not very knowlegeable night watch. Parking underground for free. Afordable price.
Comfortable clean beds.
Moldy shower and empty shower gel dispenser.
The breakfast is an extra cost, in my book still worth it.

Ample free parking is available in a secure garage. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal for a motorway stopover. Breakfast was good, and the room was modern and comfortable. Both the Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well. A convenient bus stop is located right outside the hotel, with a direct 10-minute ride to Pforzheim city center. Bus tickets can be purchased from the driver with cash.

Good price/quality but room had som annoying shortcomings such as inadequate curtains letting a lot of light thru. Double bed transmits every vibration from partner.

One of my favorite places to stay when I’m in the area. Rooms are quite small but ok for a couple nights. I think they started remodeling the house but I haven’t been in one of the rooms yet. Breakfast is a must. Very good selection on top of the roof with good sight to the city. Close to the Autobahn is also a plus.

This is a down to earth, very well run hotel, we enjoyed our stay. Price value is really good.

Great location, but not worth the money. Large but very basic room. Good pillows, but rock-hard bed. Outdated shower. However, the most significant issue was the intense heat without air conditioning, so we had to sleep with the window open and were unfortunately awakened by a hedge trimmer (?) outside around 6 am. Although they provided a crib (also very hard) and a diaper changing pad for our daughter, she barely slept because of the heath. It would have been more comfortable to drive straight to the south than to stay here for a night's rest.
