I’ve had a great stay. Exceptionally clean room, powerful shower, comfy bed. The staff have been super friendly. Loved having a fridge and bottle opener in the room! Perfect location in relation to the main train station. Loved the breakfast (yoghurts/juice/cereal/rolls/eggs/cheese/coffee etc). There’s a Rewe and Lidl close by. If you like Falafel/Hummus there’s a great place a few minutes away. There are other restaurants etc close by but can’t comment as didn’t visit them. All in all a great time, thank you!

Hotel is very dated, rooms are not cleaned to a high standard at all. No staff present when they were needed. Originally booked hotel for 7 days, didn’t stay for 7 minutes. Was charged around 700 euros to not stay here.... currently disputing this... hotel not very professional at all.

Really bad service.
The women on reception were extremely rude and, unfortunately, didn’t even understand they were saying something wrong.
Pforzheim is an amazing city, so don’t spoil your impression with the hotel « Europa » visit

Basic hotel with basic rooms and basic furnishing. Fairly clean altogether, but old towels that should have been dumped years ago. The breakfast is worth the 6 EUR, but the room itself is a bit pricey. Even though it's in walking distance to the train station it is very quiet.

it is an unforgettable experience that left behind some very pleasant memories. The cleanliness and the careful way in which the rooms are decorated but also the smile with which you are received here makes you to feel like you're in a 10-star hotel. I am very satisfied and every time I will gladly return.

Quiet location close to the main railway station and the city centre, friendly staff,clean rooms, the buffet Breakfast is very good.

Room was not sufficiently cleaned (hairs on pillows, stains on blanket), bathroom was tiny with a shower with barely any water pressure.
They ask €10/night for a dog, but there wasn't anything for him, not even a water bowl. There's a shisha bar in the courtyard, so there was some late-night noise. They also take up parking spaces reserved for hotel guests.
Friendly staff though, with a nice breakfast.
