The ibis Styles Pforzheim offers reasonably priced rooms. Our room was small but very clean and had a large bathroom. It also had air conditioning, which was a big plus. The hotel has a private parking garage and offers a good breakfast buffet.

Very nice room and breakfast, but the shower is half-open (only glass, no door), so the bathroom gets wet quickly.

Don't book at this hotel.
We had made a reservation via booking. We were asked to pay upon arrival which we did (we checked in on 19.02.2024 at 19:10). We booked the hotel, given that they offer a Garage Parking. After we paid for the room, we were told that their parking lot was full and that we should search for a parking place on our own. We looked for more than 45' and we could find anything. Going to the room now. Entering the room there was a smell, possibly coming from the bathroom sink. I went to the reception and asked for another room since we could stay at the one they gave our due to the ugly smell. We also explained that we need a room with 2 single beds. They told us that they could change the room for us. Furthermore, in the rooms wasn't any slippers and neither provided they one with extra charge. Like how are we supposed to walk from the bath to the bed? Stepping barefoot on the carpet, where we walk with our shoes on??
And let's not forget the ugly smell of the room. 50 minitues after the check in, we checked out. We asked for a refund, since it wasn't our fault that the room wasn't inhabitable. The staff at the reception kept telling us they couldn't do anything about anything. They couldn't provide us with another room, they failed to let us know before payment, that a parking on there garage is limited and not possible for us at the given day and they failed to provide us with any solution. We had a long drive, we got there at 19:10 and we still had to search and go to another hotel due to the lack of cleaning, information beforehand regarding the lack of parking space and inability of the staff to provide us with any solution. We were working the next day and the cost us almost 2 hours of our rest. A full refund is the least they can do, after the hardship they put us through. I don't if we will get it, but it's a matter of priniciple, we didn't stay at the room.
I'm sorry, but you are lying. You never provided us with an alternative room. You said that there's nothing you can do for the smell in our room. It seems to me, that you didn't care about providing a solution, since you had already gotten the money for the room. And that's exactly the problem. The whole concept of owning or working at a hotel, is to provide hospitality. You failed completely to do this.

Great location and value for money! Well kept and clean. Super quiet and comfortable, we’ve really enjoyed our stay.

Last year we booked this hotel for €83 (breakfast and parking included) this year we paid €123 breakfast included + €15 parking in the same period. So together €138!!
In addition, breakfast was more limited compared to last year. Moreover, the sandwiches were not fresh and probably leftovers from the day before.
Very unfortunate for a good hotel with a good location. That is why we won't come back to this hotel.

Friendly staff, hotel still feels very new, we had everything we needed. Price for a room was very acceptable, add a good breakfast buffet with plenty of variety and it’s an ideal location!

Centrally located hotel near Sedanplatz as a good starting point for sightseeing and bars.The Hotel has an underground car park with a moderate fee.

It was a very cozy stay. The location is good, we can easily reach many places in walking distance and enjoy nice city tours. Furthermore, the bed is super, my husband and son all agreed, we haven't sleep so well since long time...😴😊, highly recommended when you have a short stay in the city👍.

Clean room, comfortable bed and tasty breakfast- good hotel to stay for one night. Be aware however that the car park is not finished yet and the spaces a front of the hotel are limited and charged per hour. The hotel offers unsecured parking in the underground public car park 800 yards away and is charging €12 for this service.
The room is pretty small with comfy queen size bed and only one chair to sit on once you are awake. No desk or tea/coffee makeing facilities available in the room. No blinds or sheer curtains on a wall size window and as the hotel is located directly opposite residential block of flats you are fully exposed to onlookers.
The bathroom is small as well and floods easily during a shower.
