Where to stay in Reichenau

We seldomly do online review, but this hotel really deserves it! A great hotel at the shore of the Lake Constanz, with private beach, wonderful kitchen and friendly staff. Really a hotel to recommend for everybody who looks for a calm and relaxing experience!

A great place with view and tasty food We were a group of 16 and came by the boat to have a summer dinner. Unfortunately we had to sit inside, as they don't take reservations for groups. Terrible night sleep. At the beginning of summer temperatures in the room were at 28-30 degrees Celcius (82-86 Fahrenheit) it was impossible to sleep. Terrible. There is no airconditioning ventilation

Great Breakfast, friendly Service. Unfortunately, the Hotel came something into the years. Nevertheless, it has charm and well maintained rooms. The location is perfect - on the lake, quiet.

Very nice DZ in the attic. Clean and very well maintained. Beautiful location on the lake, you can directly jump into the water (which was nice after the long bike leg of yesterday..). I stayed at the hotel with my wife for 2 nights over the weekend to finally have time without children again :) We were really super satisfied. The room was nice and cozy, we had a view of the lake from the balcony, we got our breakfast in the room (another 5 * for that) and we really felt at home. Many thanks again to everyone from the hotel who made this break so nice for us !!!!

A good traditional german hotel ,great breakfast with good food and drink,beer garden ,weather permitted,quiet location,comfortable rooms and friendly staff.Two points to note,english word is not good but you can get by and there is no evening or night life in Reichenau except small cosy restaurants.If you want peace and quiet this is the place.

The Hotel have a great view, great terrace, the food it was not bad, friendly personal, the breakfast it was good , Wi-fi came and go, but the cleaning inside of the rooms needs to have more attention and be improve.

The guy at the reception was so nice and helpful, I wish all hotels had this kind. You get free train / bus around the lake (german side). There is a private beach (no sand) open 24/7, table tennis , giant chess, and kids stuff.

The view was amazing but I recommend this place for families and not couples or groups of friends since there isn't much to do in and around the property. It does make for a good break from the city life though

The hotel exceeds expectations! Design, all in excellent condition, new furniture! The food is good, cleaning every day, beach! For children even has its own programme of evening, children's Playground, respectively, but many families with children! Suggest!!!!

Beautiful place with very good and friendly staff who offer Family friendly Service, an excellent kitchen and a great place to relax.

I liked the hotel overall alot. It's in a beautiful setting, staff is friendly the rooms are modern and clean. We even were upgraded to Suite which is spacious. The only downside is that the room was that modern, that it felt sterile.

Beautiful Hotel in stunning surroundings! In the room we were lacking only a full-body mirror and at the front Desk we would have liked a little more info. The food in the Restaurant is highly recommended, also the Spa area. Overall, very stylish and with a lot of dedication. We will be back.

Pleasant and well appointed guesthouse. Excellent continental breakfasts. No dining here but many good local restaurants.

The guest house is prepared with a lot of care and love. We stayed one night in transit and wished we could stay a week! Stefan has put into practice a good Corona measures concept. Everywhere was clean and in good order. Breakfast was beautiful, fresh good quality ingredients. We were traveling with our baby and they organised little extras to make us comfortable. We couldn't recommended it more highly

The food was fabulous everything was very very clean well maintained and everybody was very friendly

Experience was great. The only remark is that we got a power failure due to the reparation work that are currently doing. For the rest, very cozy and good quality. A bit expensive, but still one of the best quality/price ratio in the area.

Clean, spacey, rooms. A perfect place to relax or have a meeting. Wifi reception is limited in some rooms. Local taxes include unlimited use of public transportation with good connections to Konstanz as well as Radolfszell/Singen

We found the design of the house of St. Elisabeth, which is connected to the convent Hegne and in a modern building, very impressive. We obviously had to get one of the largest and most beautiful room (212) on the first floor. The views of the lake Constance and the island Reichenau stunning. However, the window had to stay because of the noise of the B33 closed at night.
