Very nice hotel, clean,modern! My compliments to staff! Exceptional! very kind, helpful, attentive to guests with allergies, polite! Breakfast buffet was outstanding in quality! I can only recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rooms are clean and proper, views of the front rooms are supernice. We've been here a few times. It's just that recently
the staff at the front desk doesn't behave polite. Twice we've been treated unfriendly. They are not capable to stay cool and they become offensive. It's not acceptable. Next time we're in town we will stay somewhere else. The hotel is nice but if the staff does not understand the basics of hospitality everything else is wasted.

First of all, there is no parking option for your car. The only option you have is to park your car into a public parking place which costs 20 euro per day. (Hotel doesn't give you any discount). Rooms are mediocre, and pillows are uncomfortable, but the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent. Lobby, lounge, and bar are all together. Cocktails are great, but they will be the only delicious think you can ever find in this hotel. Breakfast is super expensive for the service you get. Even fruit juices are not fresh and bought from the cheapest and most tasteless brands. When you get coffee for your breakfast, you pay an extra 8 euro, which totals up breakfast to 26 euro for a single person. (Breakfast was so out of options. Everyone's plates were looking like each other). Don't even try the sweets at the lounge. They sell cakes from yesterday or even from 2 day earlier. SPA service is great, and the hotel location is very good. I don't recommend this hotel.

Great location on a bank of the Rhine river where locals come to swim or have a picnic, great top floor sauna with a superb view, fairly new building with nicely decorated rooms, OK breakfast. It would have been a nearly perfect stay had it not been for repeatedly unpleasant interactions with the front desk staff.

We were there for a convention. Spend 4nights there. Did not eat in their restaurant since it was closee ok monday. But i heard it is one of the better ones in Konstanz.
There is a spa and a rooftop. No bar on the rooftop, but maybe it was the wrong time. :)
A parking is there and it is directly at the river. Beautiful :)

Nice hotel along the Rhine river, walking distance to the old town. Great bar and good restaurant.

*reachable by public Transportation
*free parking areas
*shopping centre on the other side of Street
*helpful friendly Staff. You can't catch any Staff member who isn't smiling 👍
*high quality breakfast with good picked coffee.
*when i asked the staff to take our toddler's precooked food to fridge it-> they send us a minibar in 15 minutes.
*very clean as expected.

* a little bit expensive
* there's no direct Transportation to the popular beaches (strandbäder)... you must change between 2 Buses.
Overall i loved it and i recommed it 😊👍

i stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, very comfy hotel, modern rooms, clean & fresh furniture, the most comfy bed ever during my 30 days travel in europe. very nice welcoming &helpful staff. i wish the hotel will be a global chain! wish them success.

Staff is friendly but not helpful. There are no restrooms in the lobby area. Food in the restaurant is average. Rooms are clean and in good condition.
