Great staff service and breakfast, nicely decorated. Unfortunately the rooms on the road side are very noisy, trafffic is trough the night due to nextdoor casino. There is no airconditioning so with higher temperatures you are forced to open the windows. They do give you earplugs..

Excellent hotel food and restaurant service extremely good. The only downside are the reception staff- very miserable.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel (adults + 2 children) we found the room (junior suite) to be large and specious the service at the reception was very friendly and supportive ! the hotel has underground parking where one can also charge the E-car , very useful ! it is just a little outside the city center (15min drive with bus) but located near a lovely park. so that has its advantages all in all...

We had a great stay in this lovely hotel. We discovered it during lockdown and wanted to go again. We were not disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and we had one of the best meals we have had in a long time. We will definitely be back.

This place has become through years a landmark, a haven of peace. Friendly staff, everything is enjoyable, The restaurant brasserie is exceptional, you are always served cordially and in style. The rooms have warm atmosphere, overall I would say it is one of the best addresses I know as a professional on the road.

Superb location less than 5 minutes walk from the shopping area of the city and the main railway station, my room had a nice view over the River Saar. There is one big problem with this hotel - lack of parking spaces. Only 10 places near the entrance and around 15-20 in garage, but around 100 rooms on the hotel. In garage, some places are very small - see picture. They have additional parking around 800 meters from hotel but you will be charged extra 16 EUR per day. Within walking distance of baunhoff. Staff was kind enough to hold our luggage after checkout as we explored the city for no additional cost. Room was clean and well-kept, though I'm not a fan of carpeted hotel rooms. I like that you need a card to turn the electricity on for the room and the mini fridge is kept unplugged— very eco!

We stayed 1 night with Family and it was a good experience. Location is perfect, just 5mn walk from downtown and 10mn drive to highways. The hotel has a secured parking for 18€/night. Very nice hotel in a perfect location. Right next to the Congresshalle and the pedestrian zone. The underground parking is passable but a bit narrow. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom clean. The breakfast buffet is manageable, but offers the most important things. The staff is always friendly and eager to meet the wishes of the guests.

Good based for Saarbrucken. Room was large and very clean. Lots of rules due to Covid so bar closed, having said that the limited dinner menu was good as was breakfast.

Neat accommodation for some quite days. A bit outside of the city center but if you come by car it's no problem at all. The wellness area in the basement is clean and well done.

This was my second very pleasant stay at the Thriller Hotel. All the staff are very polite, the service is impeccable, the rooms are spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. Separately, I would like to highlight the central, but still quiet place.

Superb value for money, one of the best breakfast / brunch buffets ever. Rooms are also nice, and clean, the mattress on the beds are firm enough for a good sleep. (In the wall between the WC in the bathroom and the beds can be some frosted glass, if you do mind that.)

Nice sized bedrooms with very comfy bed and with the slightly unusual feature of the sink outside the bathroom! Breakfast staff were a bit aloof but the food itself was very good. We had some issues with the lack of air conditioning which we thought we were getting as advertised on website. We will avoid here in August again until ac is guaranteed.

No AC, but it is totally fine, great breakfast.

Very cozy and right in the center of Saarbrucken which was very convenient. For the price of the hotel, I was surprised to find mold in different areas of the shower and dust in areas of the bathroom in particular which took away a great experience. Hopefully the mold experience gets fixed

I love this cosy hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful and overlooking a quiet little street. There were lots of breakfast options including a lovely egg dish which they could make for you! Everything was clean and overall it was very modern! Would defiantly go back!

Great value for the price! Very clean and centrally located. The breakfast is ok, but nothing special, e.g. you only get soft-boiled eggs, no other warm dishes. WiFi is decent and easy to set up, also if you have multiple devices.

Nice business hotel with comfy rooms, 24/7 reception and parking. Every morning breakfast, you choose what you want to eat. After breakfast you can also prepare coffe "to go".

Great room, very spacious and clean. Staff were excellent and helped where possible. We had car trouble when we tried to leave and the staff were great! They tried helping to start our car and when that wasn't possible they called the mechanics for us.

We only visited the restaurant - so I can't comment on the hotel. Fast and nice service, very good food, reasonable prices. Very pleasant: the clear menu! The proverbial agony of choice does not disappear, but you can also be sure that only fresh food is served here. Gladly again.

Good hotel but not easy to find if you don't use a GPS. Quiet place to stay for sleeping. Takes 10 minutes by car to the center of Saarbrücken. There's a good and cheap Total gas station near the hotel.

Nice hotel right in the heart of Saarbrücken. Short walk to the station and right in the city center. The breakfast buffet area is cozy and the ladies running it exceptionally friendly! I loved their home made woodruff jam. When I asked whether I could buy a jar to take home, they gave me one for free! Definitively have a taste!

Really nice hotel for the price. The rooms are a little small but it's a great price for being right in the middle of downtown Saarbrücken and you can walk to just about anywhere in town. They have an agreement with the q park Beethoven to get you free parking if you stay here as well.

Nice and cosy hotel. Yes it smells a bit cigarette in the corridor but an hotel cannot be responsible for having piggy clients. The guy at the reception is just old but he smiled at me like my old grandpa used to even if I can barely speak German.

Room are clean and comfortable. Only downside I saw was that while showering water would flush down very slowly so I was always standing in water but that is only a small problem.

Splendid! Clean environment, lounge music and friendly staff. No loud noises from the street and perfect for small business meetings. Only the coffee was not so good I've to admire. The furniture is chilling and the tables are giving enough place to work and be creative. Will come again!
