Stayed here for one night while visiting friends in the area. Easy and efficient check-in, very friendly and helpful staff; despite a late check-in, I was still offered full choice of the menu for an evening meal

Superb, will use again and highly recommended. Very clean, great off street parking and friendliest staff you could imagine. Room was immaculate and quiet. For once, everything worked perfectly too

We dined twice in the form of a delicious buffet and twice with a served 3-course dinner. In the basement there is a swimming pool (I did not use) and toilets as chic as you only find in a 5-star hotel

The hotel has both a swimming pool, which is usually pleasantly quiet, and a sauna, steam room, and relaxation room in which guests can chill after their sauna! There is also an outdoor, semi-covered relaxation room, which could perhaps do with a coat of paint before springtime! The relaxed ambience, friendly staff, pool and wellness area, plus the almost-central, but quiet location make this my hotel...

Decent enough stay and a nice swimming pool for unwinding after a day of being a tourist. The breakfast is more than excellent. The only complaint is the somewhat lacklustre attitude of the front desk personnel

However, the pool opens at 8am and if you’re a business traveler like me, I simply didn’t have the time to take a swim that late. Overall, this was a disappointing hotel stay

The elliptical is a squeaky, wobbly piece that I would consider a safety hazard and shouldn’t be there. The hotel has a pool and wellness area which looks nice

Check-in and checkouts are quite late which is great, there is no stress of having to get up super early to leave. The pool is also open all day, from 8:00-22:00, we went in the evening and it was completely empty

Very good at the price. Nice swimminh pool, decent breakfast, perfectly comfortable. It is a bit dated, but I dont mind that.wifi worked and the staff were friendly l eniugh. Short walk to the makn square.

The rooms are somewhat basic and the furniture looks a bit tired, but everything is clean and comfortable. The sauna and pool are great and a big bonus after a long day travelling

They have a nice sauna as well. Breakfast is nice, there are some vegetarian options but I didn't see anything vegan (maybe just some cucumber and tomato but that's not a full breakfast)

A great Hotel in the charge of the 80s. Everything was clean and the people at the reception left the spa area on for 30 extra minutes for me

Next to the Goldene Bremm. Also a good pit stop traveling to France. Friendly personal. Decent rooms. And a pool during summertime! Breakfast with some local influences...

Stayed overnight on our way to Austria room was great comfortable beds with light duvet, shower over bath plenty of hot water. Breakfast was extensive with full English and continental offering

The hotel staff is, as always, very friendly and accommodating. Simply a top-notch hotel. This time, the room was so-so in terms of cleanliness. But otherwise, it's a nice, centrally located hotel.

There were lots of breakfast options including a lovely egg dish which they could make for you! Everything was clean and overall it was very modern! Would defiantly go back!

We had no problem getting parking! There was no hair dryer in the room and there was only one roll of toilet paper 🙈 Room was clean! Price - performance is right!

Very friendly service and good prices

We used the Spa Facilities (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, plunge pool, hot beds, feet therapy basins, showers, sun room) which was a DELIGHT that is well looked after and clean! The restaurant is GREAT! I would suggest booking a table in advance as it is a popular choice in the area

The Hotel is a Wellness Hotel which offers whirlpool, sauna, solarium and even a Pool outside of the weather gets better. The Hotel works with a therapeut which offers loads of things

We booked massages which were amazing! The Hotel is located in a quiet area as it is a just outside of the CIty-Centre. The breakfast was well catered for

I stay here every time I come to Saarbrücken. The privileged room I booked this time was very good and very cost-effective. Drinks and snacks are provided, the room is large and the bed is comfortable

I came to this city on a business trip. It borders France, and the hotel is in a very good location in the city center with a particularly nice environment. There are beautiful views of the river.

The reception, the hotel and the rooms has interior design that's not too posh, modern or cold (souless). Instead, it just hit the sweetspot of being able to feel like home. I'm always looking forward to my stay

The location is excellent, near the train station, less than a ten-minute walk. The environment is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The front desk staff are friendly and polite

Overall, it was a good experience, but unfortunately, the hotel's WiFi had problems during our stay, with no internet for almost half the time (we checked in on Friday, the internet was down Saturday morning, and it wasn't fixed when we checked out on Monday)

This hotel is an unexpected gem

Anti covid measures were in place, such as a screen at reception, hand sanitizer at reception , members of staff wearing masks most of the time, one way system to get to the restaurant for breakfast with mandatory use of gloves (which were provided on entrance, to be wore straight there after having used the hand sanitizer) and masks to be used when getting food at the buffet

The only things to improve are being clearer on the parking situation ie you need to book parking when you reserve the room ; being clearer on covid measures taken eg signs were mostly in German; the floor in the room was a bit dated and worn out; it would have been good to have a fridge in the room

The baby cot was of good quality and so were our beds. Breakfast was exceptional, with good quality products, a wide range of choice and quick service. Members of staff were helpful and polite
