This is a very nice hotel, spotlessly clean and with a pleasant atmosphere. Staff are courteous and obliging. Unfortunately it is outside the city centre and can be difficult to find. I hope to stay there again.

People are warm and friendly! My stay was flawless from the arrival in the airport and the day that I left. The breakfast during the weekends are awesome! The room is clean and spacious

Very comfortable and accommodating rooms. The staff is very sweet, and the property is less then a $10 taxi ride to the main center. I will be back.

Modern and clean hotel, easy to find at a good location. The rooms are very spacious, well maintained and clean. Personnel is very friendly and supportive. Spacious parking, both outside and inside

However we arrived by electric car and the reserved (working) charging point is inside the garage. We weren't informed so we couldn't charge during the night, which was a problem the next day

Also there are e-Steps available for easy transfer to nearby restaurants or shops. During the evening the garage is closed, which is good

I stayed in this hotel for work. I had a basic room. Friendly, clean and warm hotel. I have been very satisfied.

There were lots of breakfast options including a lovely egg dish which they could make for you! Everything was clean and overall it was very modern! Would defiantly go back!

Great value for the price! Very clean and centrally located. The breakfast is ok, but nothing special, e. you only get soft-boiled eggs, no other warm dishes

I love this cosy hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful and overlooking a quiet little street

Perfect for a business stay when visiting Saarbruecken. Large rooms, free parking and an excellent breakfast.

Good service and comfortable stay

Good hotel but not easy to find if you don't use a GPS. Quiet place to stay for sleeping. Takes 10 minutes by car to the center of Saarbrücken. There's a good and cheap Total gas station near the hotel.

it's very cozy and not much expensive. France and German border is just one km away. there is a mc Donald's, dönner shop and pizza restaurant is near by

there is one bus stop just in front of hotel where get bus to hauptbahnhof. there is Edeka and Aldi just 1 km away

Check-in and checkouts are quite late which is great, there is no stress of having to get up super early to leave. The pool is also open all day, from 8:00-22:00, we went in the evening and it was completely empty

Has had better days but is still well located, has spacious and tidy rooms for a fair price. A complete breakfast too. The pool is recently renovated and more than ok

They have a nice sauna as well. Breakfast is nice, there are some vegetarian options but I didn't see anything vegan (maybe just some cucumber and tomato but that's not a full breakfast)

A great Hotel in the charge of the 80s. Everything was clean and the people at the reception left the spa area on for 30 extra minutes for me

I can highly recommend this place for people who look for a nice overnight stay while working in Saarbrücken

We had no problem getting parking! There was no hair dryer in the room and there was only one roll of toilet paper 🙈 Room was clean! Price - performance is right!

Very friendly service and good prices

We used the Spa Facilities (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, plunge pool, hot beds, feet therapy basins, showers, sun room) which was a DELIGHT that is well looked after and clean! The restaurant is GREAT! I would suggest booking a table in advance as it is a popular choice in the area

The Hotel is a Wellness Hotel which offers whirlpool, sauna, solarium and even a Pool outside of the weather gets better. The Hotel works with a therapeut which offers loads of things

We booked massages which were amazing! The Hotel is located in a quiet area as it is a just outside of the CIty-Centre. The breakfast was well catered for

With the Sengscheider Hof as a Hotel, I am very satisfied. The staff are very competent, the rooms clean for us, the Spa area well equipped.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel (adults + 2 children) we found the room (junior suite) to be large and specious the service at the reception was very friendly and supportive ! the hotel has underground parking where one can also charge the E-car , very useful ! it is just a little outside the city center (15min drive with bus) but located near a lovely park

Excellent 4S Hotel. Service in the restaurant and hotel was exceptionally good. Food quality at the French brasserie is worth a detour. Very cosy setting. Location offers parking. A park in front of the hotel.

This place has become through years a landmark, a haven of peace. Friendly staff, everything is enjoyable, The restaurant brasserie is exceptional, you are always served cordially and in style

The breakfast is very standard and could be, in 2023, litlle better with some Pancakes or hot meals in addition to the ones proposed. In short, a very good deal for a break but not for a 2/3 nights sstay

My only complaint would be the garage parking - very secure, but it's very small and the parking spaces were a real squeeze to get into and out of with a larger car

Within walking distance of baunhoff. Staff was kind enough to hold our luggage after checkout as we explored the city for no additional cost. Room was clean and well-kept, though I'm not a fan of carpeted hotel rooms

We stayed 1 night with Family and it was a good experience. Location is perfect, just 5mn walk from downtown and 10mn drive to highways. The hotel has a secured parking for 18€/night

The interior is stylishly decorated, a contrast to the rather run-down and dreary concrete 1980s exterior. The room had a fridge, which I liked - no minibar, sadly

However, I realise that there isn't much that the hotel can do and there are many other parking options available nearby, due to the city centre location

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast is particularly nice with a good variety of both sweet and salty things.

While spacious, the one assigned to us was on the ground floor facing the road (keep your blinds closed) and unevenly heated (in the heat of the summer, aircon only reaching one bedroom, and a portable fan was put in the other)

Friendly and welcoming staff! I'd rate it ok if you're in transit through the city (as it was the case for us), but would consider similarly priced options closer to the city center for an extended stay

The hotel offers a free buffet breakfast and a free pass for transportation with which you can travel almost the entire city. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially the reception staff

The Intercity Hotel is almost centrally located, near to the banks of river Saar. Also it is walkable distance from Saarbrücken Bahnhof

The hotel is pretty clean and well maintained, cozy ambiance, good room service as well. There is a restaurant, Bistro Lounge, and Bar

All necessary information is written in both English and German language, even staff members speak both Languages

It‘s InterCity, so you know what you get. Good value for the price you pay! Good location right next to the Mainstation.

Anti covid measures were in place, such as a screen at reception, hand sanitizer at reception , members of staff wearing masks most of the time, one way system to get to the restaurant for breakfast with mandatory use of gloves (which were provided on entrance, to be wore straight there after having used the hand sanitizer) and masks to be used when getting food at the buffet

The only things to improve are being clearer on the parking situation ie you need to book parking when you reserve the room ; being clearer on covid measures taken eg signs were mostly in German; the floor in the room was a bit dated and worn out; it would have been good to have a fridge in the room

The baby cot was of good quality and so were our beds. Breakfast was exceptional, with good quality products, a wide range of choice and quick service. Members of staff were helpful and polite

This hotel met our expectations, based on the description and the price. The hotel was very central yet in a quiet road. The room was big, clean and quiet (we asked for a quiet room)

Superb value for money, one of the best breakfast / brunch buffets ever. Rooms are also nice, and clean, the mattress on the beds are firm enough for a good sleep
