The location was good. Hotel was just 10 minutes away from the main square train station was also 11 minutes staff were good. They allow the checkout upon request. It’s a good location And good hotel.

So clean. Suoer clean hotel and room , great value, large room, friendly staff. Located on the edge of Saarbrucken but close to city centre. Easy to find, parking across the road. Not much amenities close to the hotel but great for a one night stay whike travelling.

You wouldn't expect such a beautiful hotel in this location. Everything about it was wonderful. Very clean, Big room, modern bathroom. Service was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was very nice.

No face tissues no microwave or water kettle, for 3wks stay no Towel change.

Me and another 5 friends stayed there on April 4 2012. What can I say, it shows a 2 star hotel at the entrance but let me tell you, I have been many places and usually a 2 star is a 2 star, but for this one in particular the stars do not make justice! It is impeccable, looks and must be new, it is extremely clean and modern throughout, starting from the rooms and all the way down to the dining area...

It was hard to make sure I was at the correct location because the Hotel sign is just a poster on the store front window. Once inside, the staff was helpful, and the room was very nice and comfortable. The location is very walkable to the main square and events I attended.

An AMAZING hotel with awesome staff and convenient to walking around town. Parking is great right around the corner. They have an amazing bio breakfast at a GREAT price. This is a family run hotel for over 50 year and they are super friendly! We highly recommend!!!!

While spacious, the one assigned to us was on the ground floor facing the road (keep your blinds closed) and unevenly heated (in the heat of the summer, aircon only reaching one bedroom, and a portable fan was put in the other). The location was just what I needed as a stopover from Switzerland, before driving through France to return to the UK via Eurotunnel (following the quarantine restrictions imposed this last weekend). There is easy access to the A6 road. There is cheap local fuel and food shops in the town too. Most important things first...everything clean at a fair price. Hotel owner very nice. Breakfast buffet with everything you need. The only thing that I find a pity is these pre-baked rolls that are so modern everywhere. But also because breakfast was great for 7 euros. Other hotels also take 10 to 12 with pre-baked rolls. Nothing too good and too bad just an average hotel.

I've been staying at Mercure Hotel Saarbrucken City multiple times for business. The hotel has the right balance of clean and cosy. The reception, the hotel and the rooms has interior design that's not too posh, modern or cold (souless). Instead, it just hit the sweetspot of being able to feel like home. I'm always looking forward to my stay.

We had great time. Parking is too much expensive especicialy that its not in city center. Breakfast is great.

Decent hotel outside Saarbrücken, it's a bit older, but still pretty nice. The breakfast was quite good, lots to choose from! Getting to downtown Saarbrücken was also not too bad, takes about 10 minutes, but finding parking is another challenge

Nice hotel built in the 80s with elegant lobby. Unfortunately, it was built before regulations for barrier free accessibility came to place and wouldn’t really be usable by anyone in a wheelchair. There is a flight of stairs to get from the street to the reception and there are steps in the dining area.

Superb value for money, one of the best breakfast / brunch buffets ever. Rooms are also nice, and clean, the mattress on the beds are firm enough for a good sleep. (In the wall between the WC in the bathroom and the beds can be some frosted glass, if you do mind that.)

Nice sized bedrooms with very comfy bed and with the slightly unusual feature of the sink outside the bathroom! Breakfast staff were a bit aloof but the food itself was very good.
