You wouldn't expect such a beautiful hotel in this location. Everything about it was wonderful. Very clean, Big room, modern bathroom. Service was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was very nice.

No face tissues no microwave or water kettle, for 3wks stay no Towel change.

The hotel staff and facilities are wonderful. The hotel is close to any point you need to reach in downtown Saarbrücken. Were pleasantly surprised and impressed with our stay and will most certainly stay there next time.

Splendid! Clean environment, lounge music and friendly staff. No loud noises from the street and perfect for small business meetings. Only the coffee was not so good I've to admire. The furniture is chilling and the tables are giving enough place to work and be creative. Will come again!

We only visited the restaurant - so I can't comment on the hotel. Fast and nice service, very good food, reasonable prices. Very pleasant: the clear menu! The proverbial agony of choice does not disappear, but you can also be sure that only fresh food is served here. Gladly again.

Unfortunately could be better. The rooms are early 80's and even the refreshment of the rooms didn't help a lot. Rooms are clean the owners very nice and the food in the restaurant below very tasty.

Stayed here in July 2018 for 10 nights. I booked the single room with shared bathroom but was upgraded to the single room + personal bathroom. I arrived late to Saarbrücken so by the time I arrive the hotel (8.00pm), the reception was closed. Pedestrians helped to call using the German instruction on the door so I could access my key. Rooms are a bit dated and if you are looking for more luxury you should skip this hotel. Parking spaces can be difficult to find in this neighborhood.

It was good for the night. Everything was clean and well presented, the only drawback was it is old and in need of renovation. Location is perfect; right in the middle of the city. Room is alright, clean well equipped, but the commode is weird with a very different placement of the drain hole. Service is fine and the breakfast is ordinary.

We have been there many times and every time was perfect. This is pet friendly hotel and our two cats enjoyed quality time with us there very much. All rooms are cozy, nice and very clean. You can enjoy an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the breakfast table is also very rich and varied.

Great staff service and breakfast, nicely decorated. Unfortunately the rooms on the road side are very noisy, trafffic is trough the night due to nextdoor casino. There is no airconditioning so with higher temperatures you are forced to open the windows. They do give you earplugs..

We had a lovely stay at the hotel (adults + 2 children) we found the room (junior suite) to be large and specious the service at the reception was very friendly and supportive ! the hotel has underground parking where one can also charge the E-car , very useful ! it is just a little outside the city center (15min drive with bus) but located near a lovely park. so that has its advantages all in all...

We had a great stay in this lovely hotel. We discovered it during lockdown and wanted to go again. We were not disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and we had one of the best meals we have had in a long time. We will definitely be back.

It was a very nice hotel, very clean and easy to access from the motorway. The staff were very nice and helpful, easy self check in and a great variety of food for breakfast. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was the fact that we got charged for parking, which wasn't a nice surprise. The additional cost wasn't mentioned when we booked the room. The hotel is located in a less than ideal location if you’re walking or don’t have transportation. I paid for a Penthouse suite and unfortunately the A/C was not working and after being moved to a second room and having the same issue I decided to stay at a different hotel. The room (and staff) was aesthetically pleasing, unfortunately the room was just too hot to handle.

The hotel is in a great location, mere minutes from the train station. In spite of this, my room was quiet. It was easy to get to everywhere from there.

I typically have no issues with this hotel but this stay lasted 3 hrs the room felt dirty upon walking in so I left to get food and when I came back to shower that was the last straw the bathroom was dirty almost like they forgot to clean it and the toilet was recently used and dirty!! When I went to get my refund I was told that I had to pay for 1 full night even though I stayed for less than 3
