Overall, I was happy. The bathroom was new with a large shower. What I was missing were towel rails at the head of the shower, you had to step out of it to dry off. What annoyed me, however, was that my breakfast table, which I had for two days, was suddenly reserved for another gentleman, and I was assigned a cat table with a pillar in front of me. More than a good hotel! We had a 3-day package "Romantik" half board and included a candlelight dinner. And a welcome cocktail (with 4 courses). My wife and I have visited this hotel twice in 7 years and we were very satisfied each time 😁. The service is good, the food is delicious and includes a good selection (half board). Hello, we were in Wernigerode for the first time to visit the annual Oktoberfest with friends. The pension is in a very quiet location, but still centrally located so that you can reach the very beautiful city center in a short time on foot.
