Rooms are clean and updated but very small for family of 3
We were offered free upgrade. Very friendly staff
Very good location , 15-20 min drive to the city
Beautiful outdoor area and terrace.
Kids friendly, there is nice outdoor play set
Keep in mind parking is very limited, they have another parking area underground but paid, i got free parking with reservation but still they only allowed me to use the limited spots parking and said i have to pay for the underground one !

"The information on booking for this hotel does not match the actual details. When booking a room online, the information may not be accurate. Additionally, the night receptionist could not address these discrepancies. I definitely do not recommend this hotel."

I spent one night here while passing through Stuttgart, and booked the Waldhotel with no real expectations (other than clean and comfortable) as I had a busy schedule.
It turned out to be an exceptionally lovely stay - the room spacious, with a large bathroom and separate shower, and a balcony overlooking a green space and forest. I ended up lingering with coffee on the balcony the next morning before checkout, and wished I had more time to do so. I didn’t have a chance to try the onsite restaurant, but it looked to be quite attractive and busy at lunchtime. The bar off the lobby was a nice spot for a drink before setting off for the evening.
If I find myself back in the Stuttgart area, I know where I’ll be staying.

The accommodations at Waldhotel Stuttgart are satisfactory, offering a decent level of comfort and basic amenities. While the rooms are clean and functional, they lack any standout features or luxurious touches. However, the service provided by Chris, one of the hotel's employees, is exceptional. Chris goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay, demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and a keen attention to detail. His exemplary service significantly enhances the overall experience at the hotel.

The Wald Hotel, is located in a forest. It is peaceful and a very harmonious place with good energy. The facilities are overall good, the service is excellent, most professional and customer orientated. Of particular note was the apprentice Miriam Wallinger, she was always smiling, helpful and caring, she made my stay very pleasant. The key factor in any business are the staff.

Pleasant Stuttgart hotel in quiet surroundings approximately 10 kilometres from Stuttgart Airport. Very welcoming reception team and good location for meetings and other receptions. Rear beer garden is relaxing and a great place for a cold German beer after a long day travelling!can recommend and plan to return sometime soon.

Wow, beautiful place. I am only here for one night on business travel and wish I could stay longer. Tennis, spa, sports, so much to do here. Beautiful lobby, lounge and restaurant. Plenty of outdoor space, a play area for kids. Located in a nice secluded area, perfect for getting away from it all.

Beautiful Hotel, something off the beaten path. With the public transport easy to reach, the kitchen was not quite so satisfactory as regards the price-performance ratio in 2014 ( kitchen was under renovation, maybe that's why)

What a wonderful location for a Hotel!
Just as I was hoping for a cosy gutenTee with a piece of cake on the beautiful terrace.
Now, the tea water was not really hot, the cream for the tea, and was probably assumed to be.....What a pity, the quality you'd expect in the first Moment, unfortunately!
