Good hotel but if you drive a big car, there is o parking place for you... only on the street..

Really cosy beautiful room. The surrounding area is very quiet which we loved. Also really good connections to the trains. Have no complaints really, would go again.

The service was friendly and the room was really clean, the bed for our kid was prepared in advance. Our dog, a labradoodle, was allowed in the hotel as well as in the restaurant for breakfast.

It’s cheap and clean. That’s good. In my opinion, the breakfast wasn’t worth the cost. There are minimal outlets even in a four person room. We had to buy a power strip and extension cord.

Good and clean room. But the checkin is a challenge. After a long day of driving, having to figure out their digital self-checkin system wasn’t something I enjoyed. Having people at a reception just works so much easier.

The location of this hotel is pretty good, not far from the U-bahn/S-bahn station. However! The front desk of this hotel does not store luggage, so please consider it if you need to store luggage.

Toilet was fixed to wall and sagged and groaned when i sat, didnt feel comfortable fully sitting Corner room, good size. Ac did not work, outdated furniture. Door needed to be slammed to latch closed

I had higher expectations for this hotel and i feel that it made me more frustrated with the experience. Not four stars - the price was pretty low which should have been a warning, everything costs extra once you arrive

50 euro per day per person! It is close to public transport, our window faced the tram which could be quite noisy, especially when we opened the window (which was necessary during the day due to the lack of ac)

Not a big deal, but it created many small hassles. Maybe they have a good reason, but I don't understand why Covid prevents them from having staff at the front desk 24 hours. There was also no breakfast because of Covid

The only thing that I would say is a negative is if you are a light sleeper because you can hear people walking up the stairs and housekeeping starts around 8:30 am
