Really amazing staff and great place. Rooms need ACs though and even the Panorama Suite heats up too much! Would be amazing to see those installed!

This hotel was beautiful at some point I am sure. It looks like it hasn't been updated in at least 30 years. The staff in the bar was very very slow at taking orders and then at preparing the drinks, and not all of them were friendly. On check in, ask for at least one more pillow each, because your head will hit the (old) mattress when you lay down.

The place is fancy with good quality room. Food was tasty, the bus stop is quite far and no regular buses to the close one.

Nice rooms, simple but modern. Also very clean, shower powerful. The breakfast was so-so, but not bad either.

Pretty German styled hotel built on top of a hill. Architecture from 90's is breathing from everywhere but after all is is a really nice place with kind service. But beware not all of the employees can speak English, so make sure to check out some basic words and phrases in German. Rooms are small but cozy, pool and SPA also new and reconstructed.

Nice hotel. Rooms are nice and the view is nice. The cocktails at the bar are the worst I've​ ever had though. But I'd say that's the only down side.

Suhl sounds like a good name for an evil wizard. The best hotel stay I've had in ages. Nothing fancy, but everything just worked as it should. You need your chip to work the lift. That slowed me down a minute but i am not a smart man.

Young boy, I am stranded here because I had a flat tire. Price performance is okay but not great. I don't know when my bathroom mirror was last cleaned in my room, but maybe too high standards for you who knows. When you took a shower there were still any names on the mirror that you could see about the condensation / steam that of course makes me think how clean the rest is ... One should definitely...

Big room and many things to do close by. the only thing bothered was the restaurant, the food on the cart was wayy too salty and cheap offerings (in a bad way)

Went to Suhl to research my famìly history All the staff at hotel and townhall and Church where every helpful. Hotel had recent upgrades and good rooms . The rooms all have working air conditioners which seems rare in Europe. I would recommend this hotel .

Stayed here 1 night for work purposes, staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Food in the restaurant was very nice and all good prices. The room was very clean and had everything you needed

Really good location if arriving to Suhl by train as it is right in front of the station. Breakfast is nice and simple with fruits available. Room was nice and spacious, wish there was AC but those are rare in Germany.

Nice hotel with good service. Good food in the restaurant. Free ironing of shirts for business guests which was a very good surprise.

Very nice accommodations. Love the pool. Right in the middle of everything. Food was great. Alexandria provided excellent service for lunch.

Room was clean and tidy. Interior is up to date. Personnel was friendly and professional. Price was fair. They have a own parking lot.

A hotel that fully met our expectations. Nice big room, very good breakfast and an excellent dinner, top notch. The chef deserves praise. As almost everywhere else, there is no refrigerator in the room, but you can get cool non-alcoholic drinks for free, great. Water is important. Easy to find the hotel. Friendly staff. Room is big enough and clear. Breakfast is is good. Kitchen is good (lovely medium-rare ribeye). Gym needs to be refurbished, I suggest to change the old unmaintained cardio machines. Was good to be here.

The oldest inn Suhl,s. Family friendly and great food. Well-known cuisine with Thuringian dumplings, rabbit, sauerbraten, duck or roulades. Pre-ordering is absolutely fine. Nothing is thrown away here. Sustainability as it should be. 👍

Came by with our MTBs and spontaneously decided to have a drink in this tavern. Although the patio was full, the landlord cleared a small bench for us and put a small table next to it. Concerning the restaurant: Sadly my order was not listened to. I ordered without cranberry sauce and a salad without dressing, it came with sauces. Other than that the food was alright, a bit salty, but that's often with German food.

Nice rooms (the pillows were a bit of a joke: more like medium sized baby duvets), nice food, friendly service. A bit noisy if in a room facing the road (very popular with bikers, which was also why we were there). Free range chickens, ducks, geese, a friendly pig, goats and sheep. Dogs welcome at €10 per dog per night.

Really good hotel at reasonable price. Clean room, free WiFi, friendly staff. We had our meals elsewhere due to a meeting we attended, so i cannot say anything about meals.

Everything impeccable. Booking and access via code lock worked great. Coffee and cocoa from the machine was delicious. Good location to downtown. The trains could not be heard on our side, although the tracks are very close. Only four stars because the room was too dark for us. Dark gray walls and not much light. Stylish but not that practical.

everything was great! very clean, warm and quiet rooms! beautiful interier! you kann do everything through the internet and chekin any time even in the midle of the night because you take the keys from the box outside the bilding!
