Incredible hotel! Restaurant was very good and the service was elegant--perfect for a special occasion. Standard room was modern and had a nice balcony. Sauna and pool were small but clean. The private spa was truly a luxurious experience. Location was great for the train. This place was an amazing base for us to ski/snowboard in the surrounding areas.

An adorable hotel in a modern style. The reception desk and the entire staff are attentive and very friendly. They also check stuff for you if you have questions about where to go in terms of hiking and bus connections. You get a small smart TV in the room that even has the ability to watch Netflix. Very modern feel, the place just opened. Some parts are still under construction and some services are still not working as expected, may need a few more months to get everything working perfectly.

Service for cleaning room atrocious almost non existent. Did not leave towles, bed made but looked like it had not been made. Front desk service not much better. Staff uninformed of Hotel poloceis and services.

Location of the hotel is great. Right at the lake with a private beach. Breakfast is great and the personnel is helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and well kept.

Nice breakfast, however drinkwise there isnt much. Hotel rooms seem old but is comfortable. Heating system is old.

I loved this hotel. The rooms have a great view, the lounge and restaurant is wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. 2 thumbs up!!!

Even tripadvisor rating was low i enjoyed a one night stay here. Rooms were small yet clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very comprehensive and i found all i was craving for :-)

It was ok. Food was great. Room temperature was pretty cold the first day and the water wasn't hot, but it got better the next day (after we mentioned it). No soap in the bathroom. Pillow and towels smelled smoky/not good. Easy reachable with public transportation.

Not expensive, so if you're looking for cheap place to set out from, it's about ideal. The only minor issues I've noticed were: 1, the attic rooms get rather hot on warm summer days; 2, the mattresses were far too soft for my liking; 3, they dont really speak English, the young man spoke some English, but the old lady didn't, as for the others I suspect it to be somewhere in between. Other than that...

Very nice and big Hotel, placed in the Middle of the Woods with a very nice View. They have also Wellness Area. The Stuff was very nice and the Rooms clean. It's also not so far from the Titisee. There is a Road trough the Woods and we walkt about 15-20 Minutes. I recommend it.

Hotel room and bathroom very clean, good and comfortable. Great view from balcony. However, food was disappointing.

Great place to have an amazingly good weekend or even more days ;-) . Perfectly placed near the lake. The staff were humble and friendly. The bartender was great. The swimming pool and sauna was fun. The restaurant was amazingly good. I would come back again. A little bit costly i guess, but i think it is worth it. Note : they don't accept AMEX

Wonderful experience! The cuisine is marvelous and staff very friendly, competent and conscientious. Rooms have a beautiful view and kept in excellent state. The private beach on the lake provides a secure way to enjoy the fresh water lake.

Wonderful hotel near the lake. We loved the modern room and spacious balcony. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Parking is conveniently situated next to the hotel.

I haven't been to Titisee in almost 50 years. So a lot has changed since than. Most importantly, I could stay in one of the best hotels there. A warm welcome at the reception, everything explained and a generous room and balcony overlooking the lake to follow. Everything was well set up, thought through and appointed. A gorgeous gem in a romantic area. Great accomodations and an absolutely top notch spa facilities for guest use. The sauna, infrared room, steam bath, salt bath, dip chamber etc etc, 2 pools and a floating dock on the lake. Just wow. This is the only place to stay on the water and it is gorgeous

We only ate at their restaurant, and were we happy to have stopped here?!?! There is a wonderful view over Lake Titisee and a very relaxed atmosphere. The food was delicious and service friendly. Amazing hotel - great location, great views, lovely people and nice pool. We stayed in the holiday apartment and its size and layout was perfect for us. We could opt into breakfast and dinner if we wanted, but the local village and nearby lake town of Titisee has lots of options too. Would recommend

Nice stay at Sporthotel, this was our second time. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Accommodations are too, nice and big swimming pool, sport and play room as well. Breakfast is good, staff helpful and friendly. I would just miss a lift to rooms for arrival and departure with luggages. Prices are also reasonable up to be. We will come back for sure.

This is a haven for walkers. The surrounding area is stunning. The views on clear days are truly spectacular. You can see the alps . Also the feltberge . With eye you can just see the cable cars going up and down this hill.

Absolutely beautiful hotel here at Titisee right in the opposite of the train station. Very cosy and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful. Though check in starts at 1500h, they checked us in early at 1130h because we were cold (it was very cold, -1°C, when we arrived). The hotel is really cozy and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. The wellness area normally is not working and one should request them to start the sauna whenever he wants to use it. The pool was not working at all. Breakfast is good but it needs more variety. The red black forest card is a big bonus.

Very pleasant place and clean. The staff was unusually sensitive and helpful. To give some examples: One of us wanted the Soya milk for the coffee and they arranged it, they gave us a small refrigerator which helped us a lot. They kept the room clean tidy every day. They even folded our children clothes. Breakfast was excellent- varied and fresh.

Beautiful location in the middle of nowhere with lots of hiking trails nearby. The room are small and dated, especially the bathroom. The food is decent but not exceptional, but the breakfast buffet was very nice. Overall a bit expensive for what it is though.

Although off the beaten path in Waldau, this is a wonderful, luxurious hotel in a beautiful setting. Wonderful rooms and a fantastic kitchen in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

The room is HUGE, and the meals are great. The service is very kind and there was a sauna on the same floor as the room's.

At first, we were disappointed that we were given a studio uphill from the beautiful house pictured here, but soon found out that it was a new elegant and spacious room overlooking the lake with our own terrace. Stunning terrace with lake views, perfect for a lunch or coffee and cake. We had regional cheese and ham - and cheese spätzle...it was the perfect lunch!
