I can't even imagine summer because there is no A/C in the room so you need to open windows - very bad pillows. They disappear as soon as you put your head on them

Bedrooms, restaurant, terrace, spaces for children and teenagers, every place is cared for and well prepared. The playground garden is simply fantastic! Super recommended, worth the money it asks for

Outside of corona regulations it would have been more fun. Now kidsclub is closed, swimming pool as well. Personal is very polite and friendly. Restaurant has good options for food and drinks

The room is fantastic and the staff is really helpful. For some reason the heating is turned off though it's still really cold outside. It is truly family friendly as advertised

The place has everything it needs. The buildings are quite old style, thought very tidy with decent renovation. Our apartment was spacious to host a family. Little kitchen is there as well as all necessary amenities

Homemade wine and beer are really really amazing! One downside is the road to the hotel, there is no pedestrian way and construction works are ongoing still. Distance to the beach is around 1km

I have a top holiday apartment from Hotel Kaliebe, nothing is missing. Fantastically quiet, pure relaxation. Bread roll service was great and food in the hotel in the evening

Not in a hotel, but in a holiday apartment. This was clean and had everything you need. If you have any questions, we could call anytime

Bread rolls could be ordered for the next day and then hung on the door in the morning. We also rented bicycles for a few days

I can recommend Usedom Bike & Suites Hotel in Karlhagen, especially for families with young children. We had nice scenical bike routes along the island and the beaches are very clean

A 3-star accommodation, comfortable and clean. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, rooms were not cleaned, but we were asked everyday if anything was needed

The beautiful sandy beach is located approximately 50 meters from the reception/check-in area. A small playground is also on the property

Went there for drinks on New Year's Eve and had a blast. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the drinks were great as well.

The food was very good and plentiful, regardless of whether it was breakfast or dinner, it was always very tasty, parking spaces are also available and the one to the beach is only a few meters away

Parking for the car directly at the hotel or a little way away. It's a 1-minute walk to the Baltic Sea. It's only a few minutes' walk to the pier

Very clean and a friendly staff

Rooms are really old, carpets are dirty. The toilets are really small for a „4 star hotel“. The sink in the toilet was on top of the closet and you need to pull it to the side if you want to use the toilet

Dinner was good and someone came at breakfast and asked you what sort of hot drink you wanted rather than you having to fiddle with one of those rubbishy machines that now infest most hotel breakfast rooms

We decided to stay overnight - our choice of accommodation was the Usedom Palace Hotel Zinnowitz, a five-star hotel with tradition in a top location. We had called the Palace Hotel shortly before and informed ourselves

The house made a very well-kept and clean impression, a thing that continued in the room. Our room was kept in different light blue tones, this ranged from the wall & ceiling colours up to the interior

To visit Zinnowitz was a right decision, because already on the way there it became visibly quieter and when we arrived in Zinnowitz it was really contemplative

We have moved into a beautiful, large, clean, lovingly furnished room on the 2nd floor. The sauna in the house is rated with 5 stars. clean and ideal for rest and relaxation. The staff is friendly and courteous……

Great food and great service. Ordered my steak medium rare and got it medium rare, also the portions where quite big. Neat and comfy.

Very nice hot breakfast. Great bar at the hotel. More-less okaish internet with occasional hiccups. Netflix was able to function though. A small fridge in the room.

Stayed here for three days while visiting Peenemunde. Modest clean rooms, good included breakfast, and a short walk to the center of town. Zinnowitz is an interesting small town off-season

We had a great room for our family with 2 children (1 and 4). There was a travel cot for the youngest and a cot with fall protection for our 4 year old. Breakfast was excellent and we had a great view of the water

The food was great, the service as well, when we paid we were shown the bill and then the device was placed on the table to pay and we were told what to do (same procedure as when paying in the supermarket)

One evening we ordered food in the restaurant and a waiter walked back with me to bring us the food. I would give 5 stars if the price were a little cheaper and the room facilities a little better

However, there was a star deduction because the non-alcoholic drinks are quite expensive at € 3. The alcoholic drinks, on the other hand, are on average at 4

Unexpected beautiful place, small town with romantic centre and technically interesting bridge. Close to known site of Peenemuende museum and other Usedom locations. Great base for cycling.

Had a great stay, room was surprisingly quiet for being next to a somewhat busier road. You don't really hear the cars driving past. Room had air conditioning too. Would stay here again.

A perfect place to stay with a big and renovated room ! And a parking for the car and so quiet !!! Warmly people too and a Netto supermarket nearby ! Perfect to stay !!!

We didnt stay here but ate at the restaurant. Pricey but very tasty and good portions. Both my wife and I had the house fish dish (3 different fresh local fish with fried potatoes)

Level of service and professionalism of Hanse Kogge Team in all areas ( Front Desk, Breakfast, Room Service, … ) to be rated outstanding. Travelling a lot this was more a five star stay from service level perspective

We had the meat platter for two and a couple of sides. It was more than enough for the four of us and was in every way delicious and well prepared. The service was attentive, efficient and delightful

Our children ate from the childrens menu. They were very accomodating to our fussy little one. Both thorougly enjoyed their meals. Friendly staff and quick service

Hotel was ok ,time was stop in 2000,,tv was only Germain,no English , France,even Polish Chanel ,when Germain guest arrived in Poland,they expect Germain TV ,but in Germany was only German ,no international Chanel pls think about this,room was clean,spa no bussy on this time ,wellness was super ,only big problem is naked people in spa ,it's illegal ,hotel supposed to inform guest,also in the season...

Somewhat larger hotel with a nice spa, decent storage for bicycles and battery charging possibility. A few minutes walk from the beach.

Strongly recommand, nice place in relative price. Sauna, pool, fitness. Close to sea. Perfect.
