From the reception to the cooks and waiters, up to the entertainers, all the workers are professional and friendly

I can't even imagine summer because there is no A/C in the room so you need to open windows - very bad pillows. They disappear as soon as you put your head on them

Bedrooms, restaurant, terrace, spaces for children and teenagers, every place is cared for and well prepared. The playground garden is simply fantastic! Super recommended, worth the money it asks for

The food was very good and plentiful, regardless of whether it was breakfast or dinner, it was always very tasty, parking spaces are also available and the one to the beach is only a few meters away

Parking for the car directly at the hotel or a little way away. It's a 1-minute walk to the Baltic Sea. It's only a few minutes' walk to the pier

Very clean and a friendly staff

Rooms are really old, carpets are dirty. The toilets are really small for a „4 star hotel“. The sink in the toilet was on top of the closet and you need to pull it to the side if you want to use the toilet

We have moved into a beautiful, large, clean, lovingly furnished room on the 2nd floor. The sauna in the house is rated with 5 stars. clean and ideal for rest and relaxation. The staff is friendly and courteous……

Great food and great service. Ordered my steak medium rare and got it medium rare, also the portions where quite big. Neat and comfy.

Very nice hot breakfast. Great bar at the hotel. More-less okaish internet with occasional hiccups. Netflix was able to function though. A small fridge in the room.

Stayed here for three days while visiting Peenemunde. Modest clean rooms, good included breakfast, and a short walk to the center of town. Zinnowitz is an interesting small town off-season

English is not as widely spoken here as in the large cities, but you'll get by

We had a great room for our family with 2 children (1 and 4). There was a travel cot for the youngest and a cot with fall protection for our 4 year old. Breakfast was excellent and we had a great view of the water

We had a great stay. Very delicious breakfast buffet.

The food was great, the service as well, when we paid we were shown the bill and then the device was placed on the table to pay and we were told what to do (same procedure as when paying in the supermarket)

One evening we ordered food in the restaurant and a waiter walked back with me to bring us the food. I would give 5 stars if the price were a little cheaper and the room facilities a little better

However, there was a star deduction because the non-alcoholic drinks are quite expensive at € 3. The alcoholic drinks, on the other hand, are on average at 4

Hotel was ok ,time was stop in 2000,,tv was only Germain,no English , France,even Polish Chanel ,when Germain guest arrived in Poland,they expect Germain TV ,but in Germany was only German ,no international Chanel pls think about this,room was clean,spa no bussy on this time ,wellness was super ,only big problem is naked people in spa ,it's illegal ,hotel supposed to inform guest,also in the season...

Somewhat larger hotel with a nice spa, decent storage for bicycles and battery charging possibility. A few minutes walk from the beach.

Strongly recommand, nice place in relative price. Sauna, pool, fitness. Close to sea. Perfect.

Standards were very good. Swimming pool really refreshing after whole day of bicycling with my family. The place is very nice and peaceful. The only thing lacking is english language in the reception..

The apartments are furnished to a high standard, including sauna, whirlpool and fireplace, as well as large balconies on most apartments. Access to the coast is through a small forest (approximately 5 minutes on foot)

Great apartment, very well equipped. We stayed for a week in autumn, loved the fireplace and sauna. For children you can order children's equipment. You can also order breakfast, but we did not have it

Rooms are clean and spacious, also well arranged with "spa basket" ready to take into spa area. Loved the sauna and pool with zen area where everyone relaxed after swimming

The most smiling and helpful personel. Very Nice golf courses and super food. The rooms we enjoyed very much. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We had a great stay, the service in the restaurant was sometimes slow and the interior design is somewhat outdated - but that´s just a personal preference. The location is fantastic and the offers for kids are great

Were here from November 12th to November 14th, 21st. The rooms are nicely decorated and modern. Breakfast is plentiful and we didn't miss anything. Swimming pool was enough for a couple of puffs

Off season, so the restaurant is empty. But the Zanderfilet, which they allowed me to have with broccoli and grilled salad side without question, was absolutely delicious

I had the best time in every aspect. The view was great, and most of all, I was able to relax in the sauna and pool. The breakfast was also satisfying, with classic German options.

A very good hotel, but the point deduction is due to the inconsistent handling of smoking on the breakfast terrace and balconies. Smoking was permitted on the terrace during breakfast at certain times

Very nice and quiet hotel in the middle of the town. We were there with our 2 kids and we were one of a few families. Mostly elderly people so we had most of the pool and spa for us self.

As a result, smokers and non-smokers sat about 1 meter apart, despite the non-smoking table. It was also impossible to sleep with the terrace door open, as smoking was permitted on the balconies

This was extremely unpleasant for non-smokers. For this reason, the hotel is not recommended for non-smokers!

The half-board is still okay, but it has been better

But the quality at the hotel restaurants was generally good. Despite being on the beach, there was no availability of beach blankets/towels, though of course they’d be happy to sell you something out of the gift shop

Probably still is… 😎 I had a bike with me. There’s a secure “corral” to store it in, but it took me a minute to find it the first time. The steakhouse that’s a part of the hotel was good

And plenty of those big basket things to rent where one can sit in… though I really don’t understand that. Back in the room, if one stepped out onto the small balcony, the Baltic was visible to the left

Someone else was standing right behind me with the same complaint. The front desk was apologetic, offered towels right then, and everything was of course ok the next day, so no major problem

The little wellness area is nice and not overcrowded, but you could also use the way bigger sauna area in the partner hotel. The big benefit of the breakfast is that it is open from 7 to 12!

Great hotel with a great view of the sea. Great service and very friendly staff. We were very comfortable. We find only 25, - per night for a dog is a lot. You don't even have a dog blanket in your room.

Will be back this year. The quality is just as good as it was 3 years ago. Rooms are very tidy and clean, breakfast is plentiful and good, the staff is very friendly. Price performance fits.

Have been here for the third year now. Many kinds of rolls and bread. Many types of cheese and sausage. Yogurt and a great selection of fruits. The rooms are very nicely decorated and are very comfortable and clean

Are satisfied, the suite is spacious, I booked the fridge and parking space in advance. A TV in the bedroom would be nice 😁

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Usedom, no problems. Clean, really good staff, and a great location. I can walk along the beach in both directions. I wrote about my experiences on the island in Black and Paper

The bathroom was very small, with no bath, just a shower. The room was very clean, the heating was good and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was large, with a huge range of options and it was good quality

We went there for dinner with two small children aged 4 and 6. We had no reservation - every other restaurant seemed to be closed due to vacation - neither were we guests of the hotel and it was december 22nd

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very welcoming. Our room was large, with an outside balcony. The room was at the back of the building, so the view wasn't fantastic

Our highlight is the winter garden, where you can see the sunset and enjoy a warm environment to end up the day around a family game, a book and or a drink. Highly recommend, also for elderly and young couples 🤘

Located at the beautiful Southern tip of Rügen. Great lounge area that does serve food and drink (limited menu). There’s a handy tiny store that has the necessities for preparing some meals in the apartment

Apartaments are very nice, peaceful area, I can honestly recommend it to big families but also couples. I also liked the extra facilities like sauna, fitness center or the ability to rent a bike 😊

Loved the quiet setting of this place. Our apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Appreciated having somewhere secure to store our bikes and access to the besutiful wellness facilities.

Nice apartments and bungalows are available in front of a scenic little port. Spa/wellness is very clean, it is a great place to wind down a little bit.

Suprisingly , we have 3 russian ones !!?? Now , to have russians channels in an offer is not only a matter of politics , it is a matter of taste

The history of the hotel is fascinating, going back almost 150 years, but everything is very modern. The spa facilities are extensive, although we only used the rooftop sauna and solarium

They do not get many English speaking tourists in this part of Germany, but we did not have any communication issues before we arrived or during our stay

Strandhotel Heringsdorf is a wonderful hotel overlooking the beautiful beach on the Baltic Sea. The owner and staff made us feel very special

There were certainly 4 liters per minute running through - so 5760 liters per day! I didn't feel good about supporting such a waste

The ad said most rooms have a balcony. But when we arrived, in order to have a room with a balcony we had to pay 150 extra. The pool was too cold to enjoy fully. The hotel is in a good location

Walking street near the beach

I travel extensively internationally. This was one of THE best equipped rooms and facilities I have experienced anywhere. The location is excellent for walking,shopping and the beach
