Weimar, Goetheplatz 2 🧭 Map
We had a lovely stay at the hotel. We enjoyed the hotel and Weimar in general. We took a larger room, which was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Exceptional breakfast. Great value.
A physically beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Weimar. The staff were very helpful and made good dinner recommendations. We liked it!
I basically write this review to complain that the fitness room is total crap, but except for that it was a nice stay. Not my style of deco but the comfort was there and the breakfast was delicious. If it had been two people in the room, it would‘ve lacked a space to comfortably open the second suitcase.
We had a good sized with balcony and air conditioning which found the high temperature (30°+) quite challenging. Nevertheless it was welcome. There was a nice sitting space in the room which might have benefited from a little more light in the evening. Spacious bathroom, plenty of hot water. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet excellent. Ideal situation for exploring Weimar. Very...
This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff are absolutely wonderful and kind, which made our stay so comfortable. A beautiful building, in a great location.
Stayed at a very spacious Junior Suite with "town view". We liked the slight nostalgia of our rooms and felt the historic ambiance of this special place. The staff had been incredible attentive and we noticed that several of their guests were addressed by their names, indicating a true hospitality. We travelled over the the Easter period and indeed, the entire hotel had been decorated accordingly in...

Weimar, Belvederer Allee 25 🧭 Map
Very unfriendly, very aloof. The hotel's decor is somewhat reminiscent of the GDR era. The beer from the vending machine could only be removed with considerable force.
The room is clean and tidy, the scenery outside is as beautiful as an oil painting, breakfast must be ordered, it is delicious, opposite the hotel is a super large park, the scenery along the way to the city is so beautiful, I will stay in this hotel next time I go to Weimar
Clean, neat, polite, reasonable price. The price for parking is 13 euros per night, a bit overpriced.
The outside environment is very quiet
The room is a standard double room, very clean! There is a big park outside the hotel, and it is great to take a walk and enjoy the scenery! It takes more than 10 minutes to walk from the city center, and through the big park is the city center. The ground in the city center is paved with stones, which is quite simple and elegant. I highly recommend staying in this hotel when you come to Weimar
Facilities: average Hygiene: very good Environment: nice and quiet Service: ok

Excellent dinner and breakfast
Lovely hotel but far from town centre but otherwise excellent. Nice welcoming bar - good value prix fixe restaurant
Easy and fast check in and check out
A good and quiet hotel to stay!
I didn’t find a tea and coffee machine in the room, and the refrigerator didn’t work either. Otherwise, I liked it here.
Easy pkg, good rooms and clean

Trip: 31.08-01.09 Very nice hotel with a great location in the city center, right by the park. The staff were very friendly, and everything was very clean. I was traveling with Teddy, and they had prepared a dog bowl for us, which we really appreciated. The Restaurant was exceIlent. I had booked through Booking.com, but unfortunately, I was no longer able to leave my review. However, it was important...
I havent often come across this kind of costumer service and hospitality in germany. This hotel is exceptional both for location, cleanness, facilities and for their hospitality.
I really highly recommend here , very nice room very clean , especially the Chih lady receptionist ~ she is very professional and sweet ~ I really enjoy here
nice location, clean and spatious rooms
The hotel is wonderfully situated at the entrance of the UNESCO-listed Park an der Ilm. I was particularly impressed by the spa facilities, which included a Finnish sauna and steam bath. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The room itself was spacious, and both the room and bathroom were impeccably clean. However, it's worth noting that being part of a large...
Great hotel, modern and elegant, well located for many tourist sites, lovely staff, good breakfast if slightly pricey. It has proper bathrooms (the bathrooms at two other "premium" hotels I stayed at in Germany just had glass doors and walls). Would happily return to the Dorint.

Weimar, Freiherr vom Stein Allee 3a/b 🧭 Map
My 2nd time here and still like it very much, rooms are nice but the beds could been more comfortable and cleaning on some places like wallsockets needs improvement. Breakfast very good, good coffee as well wich is not that often one finds in Germany unfortunately. Great location in a calm neighborhood near the park and only 15 min walk to the center. Parking and should it be full it is easy to find...
A great hotel with resonable prices and free parking!
Very good customer service , . . . What I love most about Art Hotel is their breakfast food and it is very affordable
Really nice place, very friendly personnel. Breakfast was very good and great value. Will stay again!

A fantastic hotel to stay at. Everything is five star quality yet the price is very fair and only match a three star hotel. A home away from home in a wonderful city, Weimar. Highly recommended, worth a journey on its own merits. Thank you for four memorable days. Will be back.
I don't usually write reviews. But this little one "Schmuckstück-Hotel" is something very special. It was planned as a residential building from which the Weimar cityscape with formative architect Rudolf Zapfe was planned. This character has been preserved and further developed so that you can immediately feel as if you have come home as soon as you enter the building. The breakfast is very varied...
Great hotel, great staff, central but very calm, phenomenal convenient beds. Great breakfast.
Really really loved this! The hotel is perfect in so many ways! The location, the interior, the service, the hygiene, the service, the breakfast, cofee, afternoon cake, the garden, the parking lots, the atmosphere, the little play room for children, the roomservice etc. Everything is so newly renovated. Would definitely recommend you stay here and Weimar is such a nice town with many lovely restaurants
The best place to stay in Weimar. We wanted to get away for a few days for a very low-key 54th birthday celebration, and the Weimar location fit the bill perfectly. It's ideally located, within walking distance from the center as well as a variety of restaurants and shops. Hotel has recently (2019) been fully refurbished. It has been done very well. The room was incredible (garden-apartment) and the...
A beautiful and lovingly restored hotel, situated just a short walk from the center of the old town. Breakfast was varied with many options to choose from. We enjoyed the large sauna after a day of sight seeing! We will definitely be back!

Weimar, Markt 19 🧭 Map
The room was a little small, but that makes sense because it is an old building. The service was great, especially for someone who doesn't speak German. There was a Christmas fair right across the street, which was so fun, and there were so many options for great food within walking distance. Also, there was super easy parking as well.
We stayed for 3 nights and it is a good hotel in a good location. We had planned to stay at a different hotel in Weimar but left after finding the room had bugs. The Elefant was slightly more expensive but the jr suite was very comfortable. The bed was very comfy and they have foam cervical pillows that were great for us. Er slept well. Breakfast was good with many choices, decent coffee and fresh...
Fantastic location right on the main town square and next to Bach's former residence. Rooms are wonderful, staff is very accomodating. Restaurant was very good and the overall experienced was all very high quality. Needless to say, a hotel with a great deal of history as well definitely worth staying in!
The hotel is much larger than it appears from the entrance and the public areas are nicely decorated and maintained. Drink prices in the bar are reasonable and breakfast choices are very good but expensive. Our superior room was large and furnished in keeping with the hotel and nearby Bauhaus principles. The town itself is spotless and a wonderful place to spend a couple of days.
The location of the hotel is very convenient to visit the old town of Wiemar. I was in town for two days for work and had a great stay. The room is large and comfortable. The coffee maker was very nice and made good coffee, it was restocked during room cleaning. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit small for the hotel. On the second night when I returned to the hotel after dinner...
