Radisson Blu Hotel in Erfurt

After checking in, they informed us that the water would be turned off overnight. That information was not shared with us prior to our arrival, so we had to cancel and find a new hotel on the spot. Very inconvenient.

When we entered our room, the water bottle on our desk was empty. As I took the empty bottle back to reception, the receptionist thanked me for bringing it to her attention but did not care to give me a full bottle of water. She insisted that this was the job of room service the next day.
The WiFi did not work in our room.

If I could give this hotel a .1 star, I would! This is a poor excuse for what they call a hotel. The WiFi is almost not existent! There’s not enough space in the room to turn around or put a suitcase. Absolutely zero room in the bathroom the even put your toothbrush. The staff told me that the air conditioners no longer work in the rooms and haven’t for a while. I will not be staying here again, especially for the price you pay for a so called hotel room! Completely disgusted with the place and the staff!

I do agree to pay the premium price but at least get "standard" staff.

The employees let us wait during 15 minutes while talking to each other !

They didn't refill my shower hell and shampoo. I asked in reception about including my breakfast when i checked-in and they didn't do It. Restaurant employees and food are good... Reception and cleaning is not
