The location and the views are excellent (if you happen to have a room on the right side). The staff was friendly and allowed us later checking out without any problems. Breakfast was quite ok, nothing to complain about. Room arrangement was little weird with the walk through bathroom but one can live with it. Overall a good experience, and not terribly expensive during the week day. I would stay here again.

After checking in, they informed us that the water would be turned off overnight. That information was not shared with us prior to our arrival, so we had to cancel and find a new hotel on the spot. Very inconvenient.

We had a fabulous junior suite, a comfortable, good-sized room. However, there was no privacy for the bathroom area.

Wonderful hotel, just a few steps away from the old city. The sauna with the view above the rooms of Erfurt is really amazing. The only thing I have to blame is the absence of air conditioning in the rooms. We stayed during one of the warmest days this year with 36oC and the night was really difficult.

When we entered our room, the water bottle on our desk was empty. As I took the empty bottle back to reception, the receptionist thanked me for bringing it to her attention but did not care to give me a full bottle of water. She insisted that this was the job of room service the next day.

If I could give this hotel a .1 star, I would! This is a poor excuse for what they call a hotel. The WiFi is almost not existent! There’s not enough space in the room to turn around or put a suitcase. Absolutely zero room in the bathroom the even put your toothbrush. The staff told me that the air conditioners no longer work in the rooms and haven’t for a while. I will not be staying here again, especially for the price you pay for a so called hotel room! Completely disgusted with the place and the staff!

I do agree to pay the premium price but at least get "standard" staff.

They didn't refill my shower hell and shampoo. I asked in reception about including my breakfast when i checked-in and they didn't do It. Restaurant employees and food are good... Reception and cleaning is not

Its not what you are expecting. Lower service than non-star hotels. Stayed there for a week.

These review has to read it the manager and the CEO .. i called today on 18.12.2023 at 18:02 pm to make a reservation. The rude employee i asked her to speak in English then she claimed that will forward it to her college and she hanged up the phone i called after 5 times she hanged up again!!! Please check if you have employees that capable to answer the phone. This is the second bad experience with this hotel and never againnnn!
