Very beautiful hotel located at the marketplace just vis-a-vis the beautiful town hall. Very quiet. Super friendly staff everywhere in this hotel. Very nice and big rooms (we booked comfort category) with direct view to the marketplace. Very good breakfast. The only we missed was a coffee machine in the room. However, there is probably not a better place to stay in Wernigerode. We also booked a welcome package with sparkling wine, chocolate, and fresh fruits, which is very recommended. We will definitely come back.

Stayed during a festiniog travel holiday to the Harz mountains railway. In central Wernigerode. Could not fault anything about the hotel a great experience. Breakfast buffet great. Evening meal in restaurant. Good value and good food cost approximately euro 38. Half liter of local beer would happily return.

This hotel cost all penny that you paid for it. And breakfast do good to loose it. Easy underground parking from hotel. Staff is professional and friendly Rooms is clean and quiet.. Highly recommended Town is perfect.

Visited the restaurant only. Variety of options to choose. Tried the drinks there. Ice coffee was not that good, okayish. Other two alkoholfrei drinks were good!

Great location and lovely quiet room. Breakfast at later times was a bit sad - lots of empty trays and no pancakes or eggs. Get down early for a good range!!

Lovely rooms, spacious,clean and comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was very good ,their was a good selection of food. Staff very welcoming.

I have stayed here a few times when I visit the area. The hotel is clean and the service is friendly and professional. I ate at the restaurant one night and appreciated the vegan options on the menu.

Ringhotel is situated in the center of the City Wernigerode. Not far away from all visiting points of interest.
I felt very comfortable and well supported, from the first contact by phone till the check-out. I learned know very service-oriented and engaged employee, had a delicious breakfast. All about I enjoyed my stay very much.
