Beautiful hotel with a castle view from the room. Everything is within walking distance. Rooms are very clean and staff is lovely and polite. Gets a bit loud since it's situated next to a fairly busy road but it's not a big deal. We rented the family room with kitchenette and it was nice and spacious. Highly recommend.

Very tasty cuisine! The food is at the highest level! You can book a room and celebrate any event there! The hotel is located in the city center near the railway and bus station.

We spent a long weekend here and were very happy with the hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the place. After a few meters you are in the pedestrian zone. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and functional. The only criticism is that the curtains don't provide any real blackout and it was quite bright in the room at night. The hotel is almost on the pedestrian zone. The staff was great. We spent a wonderful week. The price performance ratio is very good. With the guest card you can actually leave the car behind. The bus connections are well organized. We would like to come back because we haven't seen everything yet. We would like to thank the nice team again.

Nice spot of nature if you’re nature lover and would like to run away from stress. The staffs gave me the feeling that they love their job and love to serve you. We have the Honeymoon room and I love it! Stayed during a festiniog travel holiday to the Harz mountains railway. In central Wernigerode. Could not fault anything about the hotel a great experience. Breakfast buffet great. Evening meal in restaurant. Good value and good food cost approximately euro 38. Half liter of local beer would happily return.

This hotel cost all penny that you paid for it. And breakfast do good to loose it. Easy underground parking from hotel. Staff is professional and friendly Rooms is clean and quiet.. Highly recommended Town is perfect.

Great sauna and nice staff. The apartments are comfortable and spacious but some of the furniture is a bit shabby which feels strange. Breakfast was ok, not exactly great but that might be due to the times. (COVID)

This is a nice small hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is a typical small hotel breakfast. Good thing is that you can use your invoice as a ticket in Wernigerode buses. I would definitely stay there again. And they also have a sauna in the hotel but I didn't try it.

Charming building right below the castle, at the entrance of the Old Town. Very welcoming employees. Free parking lot. Amazing breakfast. Only remark would be that the rooms in the 'new' aisle are a little bit small if you have luggages. Otherwise, for a weekend in Wernigerode, I highly recomment the Hotel Fürstenhof!

Qaint and romantic hotel. Stable wifi and easy parking. Rooms a bit old but adequate for the price. The check in closed at ten when we visited so call ahead if you're running late. Very friendly staff. Great free breakfast

Nice place in historical building. Provides great view on castle which is on top of the hill. Historical centre is in 5min by walk. Friendly staff. Finnish/Turkish sauna included in the room price.

Very idyllic location. Right on the edge of the forest, not far from the old town of beautiful Wernigerode. Parking spaces in front of the residential bungalow. Very well-kept indoor and outdoor areas. The landlords live in the neighboring property and are available for questions or individual solutions. Highly recommended!

The house is so cozy and lovingly furnished. The location is perfect. Central and not far from the city center, but still outside of every bustle on Zillierbach. We have visited many cottages and apartments, but this warm hospitality of the family Baumgarten has us so excited. We love to come back. Hello, we were in Wernigerode for the first time to visit the annual Oktoberfest with friends. The pension is in a very quiet location, but still centrally located so that you can reach the very beautiful city center in a short time on foot. Everything is very clean and the landlords were very nice. We would book the pension again at any time.

Well we have to say it was one of the nicest vacation rentals we've ever had. The apartment itself is very well maintained and very well furnished with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The owner very courteous and very helpful would also get things if you noticed what should be missing in the apartment. The location of the apartment is excellent, you can easily walk to everything. The reception was very good, I was able to order in advance the dish i wanted to have for dinner and the time for dinner, and I was able to have the dish divided in two for me and my girlfriend (which is not well seen in other hotels, I must say). The hotel is in a very idyllic location right next to the forest. Pure tranquility. The staff is super friendly, the rooms very clean. Unfortunately, the restaurant looks very cool and therefore not very cozy. Our breakfast was varied, only we didn't like the rolls, but this is a matter of taste.

We were from 24.09. until October 1st 2021 there. It was a wonderful time in this hotel, service, food, cleanliness and friendliness, everything was perfect. The location for hiking is great. We will definitely spend our vacation there again. 👍
