Nice property, close to the train station and to the marktplatz.

These people are mere criminals. Our office manager accidentally booked this hotel in the wrong city. Paid 2000 euros in advance. She cancelled in time, but due to the ‘special rates’ the reservation cannot be cancelled. They just took our money while we did not use the reservation and even admitted they booked the rooms for other people.

The hotel is located within a 10-min leisurely walk from the train station and within a vacinity of various sights. It has a charm of its own and boasts some very welcoming and accommodating staff. There were quite a few features to note: clean sauna, unexpectedly free fridge bar contents, interesting decor. On the other hand, the room was on a small side and I kept bumping into bed corners (I am rather petit lady). Besides, there was a raised threshold at the entrance into the bathroom and I stumbed my big toe against it just to see a sign on the bathroom door - mind your step:)

My Wiesbaden-based employer chose this hotel for me, for a recent (January 2025) stay for business meetings and I loved it! For most US-travelers, you may find the rooms a bit small but honestly, it's the perfect size with the perfect combinations of offerings (your own single-serve latte/espresso machine, large screen, extremely comfortable bed, great bathroom facilities, etc.). I loved my stay here. The staff, as with most places in Wiesbaden speak great English when you can't remember your German ;-) and they're very welcoming and accommodating. I love that they offer - and encourage! - the ability to NOT have your room cleaned every day...saves on resources and time for both parties involved. I was able to spread out and not have to worry about the staff needing to clean around my stuff, and it's a waste of resources to do so. HIGHLY recommend this place. My only "rub" and not sure it's every room, but because I'm sure the bathrooms were updated somewhat recently, there's a step up into them. They do have a sign on the bathroom door, but until you're used to it, you may be like me that rammed my toes into the step and broke one of my toes...oh well, "user error" ;-) Love this place and hope to come back on my next visit. Close to the train station, and to the extensive walking mall and many restaurants and shops.

I still remember the very welcoming staff! The Golden Age of Hollywood theme worked well, subtle and classy, not gaudy, just right. High ceilings, huge bathroom, all the modern amenities, comfortable bed. Clean, fresh, quiet. Overall very good feel. And the breakfast was very good too. One nice surprise was that the fully stocked minibar drinks and snacks were all complimentary.

What a wonderful old hotel with fun, modern renovations. The breakfast buffet was extensive and varied and the staff helpful and friendly. It was a perfect location in downtown Wiesbaden--shopping, the Kur Park and Kurhaus, the ****** were all within easy walking distance.

The exterior of the hotel was amazing, and a great location right on the edge of the old city Wiesbaden. The interior decoration was from the 1950s and 60s Hollywood, and is tastefully done. The restaurant smelled amazing (but we had already eaten). We had a standard queen - the room and bathroom were nothing special but decent. We woke up in the morning and realized the sheets were dirty though. There is limited parking for 15€ a night. Overall, not bad, but maybe check the room first!

Only criticism I have is that there is no street level elevator so you have to lift your bags up many stairs

A Gem inside Wiesbaden
I planned a 3-night stay but only stayed 2 nights, because I had family in town and stayed with them the 3rd night. The hotel was immaculate and the receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My room was very spacious, quiet and had all the amenities I needed. I wish there were more English TV channels but I landed on one and it was fine. I opted for the eco-friendly service so my room didn’t have to be cleaned each day. But I saw the cleaners outside my room throughout my stay. And all common areas I frequented were pristine. The hotel is a stone’s throw from the train station as well as the downtown area, which turned out to be super convenient! If my journey ever returns me to Wiesbaden, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.
