I just wanted to say how grateful I am for the kindness and warmth of the young lady who was working in the breakfast room yesterday morning. She was not only incredibly helpful, but also genuinely friendly.

We had such a lovely chat it made my morning feel even brighter. Sometimes, it’s those small, sincere moments of connection that really stay with you.

Her attitude and energy were a perfect start to the day. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and cared for!

I had a great stay at Staycity in Heidelberg. The hotel is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The room was more like a mini apartment – it came with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and a full set of plates, glasses, and cutlery, which made it super convenient for a longer stay.

It’s also located very close to the main train station, which made getting around incredibly easy and convenient.

The reception area has a nice bar and plenty of lounges and seating areas, giving the whole place a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Everything felt new and well-maintained.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, flexibility, and a modern feel while visiting Heidelberg.

I would rate 10/10. It is the best option to choose as this is in the center of the city. Just outside of the hotel you will can get into to the bus and tram. Heidelberg main station is just 5 mins walkable. Rooms are very clean and hygiene and especially the reception service is amazing. They are always polite and tries to help you. There was one girl from the reception named Paula , she is very polite , patience full, helping nature and she is the best fit there. Thanks Paula for all your help. So finally I would suggest this is the best hotel you can choose in Heidelberg.

Stayed for a night. Located near the Central Train Station about 20-30 mins walk. The rooms are spacious, clean and had enough amenities. The Bed is heavenly! I dozed off immediately to sleep. The Air Condition system is really a plus!

Buffet style of Breakfast is good too, with a lot of varieties to choose from. Staffs are nice, helpful and tourist friendly.

The only thing i didn't liked was, my bed and the bed of my friend had only one provided pillow which were too thin... didn't bother to ask for extra just because we were just there for a night.

Overall will choose again to stay here. Try it too.

Nice rooms, clean place. Need more help because they do the front desk and bar.

Very spacious, clean & comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and convenient private parking option.

It is a little far to walk to old town. Public transportation or taxi would be needed. If you drive your car to old town, you need to arrive by 10am to get parking spaces in P11, P12 and P13.

Nice hotel spacious clean rooms and decent breakfast. The check-in and check-out process was easy and fast.
