This was a very pleasant stay! The rooms are large and has a little kitchen and Nespresso machine. Which was very convenient if you got something from the supermarket.
The location is also great with a 450m walk from the train station and just over 1km from the main attraction of Heidelberg.
The place was tidy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay here!

I just wanted to say how grateful I am for the kindness and warmth of the young lady who was working in the breakfast room yesterday morning. She was not only incredibly helpful, but also genuinely friendly.
We had such a lovely chat it made my morning feel even brighter. Sometimes, it’s those small, sincere moments of connection that really stay with you.
Her attitude and energy were a perfect start to the day. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and cared for!

I booked a suite here and I was upgraded for free to a suite with a balcony. I only booked this hotel because I had read online that the ac was functional and you could adjust it here by yourself which is true, but the AC/Klima does not work here. I had the AC/Klima on full blast and my room was hotter than outside (outside was 19°c) in the evening.
The suite itself was big and the balcony also.
Service is very friendly, but I do not think I would come back here. There are better hotels in the area

Super clean and convenient (5min walk to Heidelberg Central Station/10 min to flixbus boarding point)! Enjoyed the 3 nights.

Good for the railway. A trek on foot to Aldstadt but there is tram 22 at the bridge. If you have money and eat meat, have dinner at Heidi’s two blocks up. The main issue with the room was not working out how to operate the hobs or extractor after 15 minutes of trying. Thankfully I could use the microwave instead.

I had a great stay at Staycity in Heidelberg. The hotel is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The room was more like a mini apartment – it came with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and a full set of plates, glasses, and cutlery, which made it super convenient for a longer stay.
It’s also located very close to the main train station, which made getting around incredibly easy and convenient.
The reception area has a nice bar and plenty of lounges and seating areas, giving the whole place a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Everything felt new and well-maintained.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, flexibility, and a modern feel while visiting Heidelberg.

I would rate 10/10. It is the best option to choose as this is in the center of the city. Just outside of the hotel you will can get into to the bus and tram. Heidelberg main station is just 5 mins walkable. Rooms are very clean and hygiene and especially the reception service is amazing. They are always polite and tries to help you. There was one girl from the reception named Paula , she is very polite , patience full, helping nature and she is the best fit there. Thanks Paula for all your help. So finally I would suggest this is the best hotel you can choose in Heidelberg.
