We have been to Willingen several times, but for the first time in this hotel.
First of all I would like to highlight the great hospitality. Other hotels can learn a lot from this!
The rooms are large, nice and clean. The bathroom is okay, not very big.
Breakfast and breakfast room are great. Because there are only 11 rooms, it is nice and cozy.
Price performance is excellent here! You can definitely book a room here.

Very nice Hotel Garni. The rooms are more modern than the outside of the hotel suggests!! Delicious breakfast. The host is very accommodating and friendly.

Very good from the first contact to the farewell. Honest and friendly, nothing fake. Child-friendly and warm.
Great room, completely renovated.
The breakfast is sensational. Huge selection, fresh, plentiful and regularly refilled. The breakfast room is also modern and lovingly furnished.

Beautifully located and very well maintained. An excellent breakfast with fresh regional products. Very friendly reception. Extremely friendly hosts.

Very nice hotel in a good location next to the town centre.
The slopes are easily reachable in a few minutes by car.
The owner is very kind and also available for suggestions on how to get around.
I arrived after the check in time and we found everything well organized in the external safe complete with a parking map, there is also the possibility of contacting them.
Excellent and plentiful buffet breakfast.
One star less for the room simply because booking showed modern furnishings

A very nice family-run hotel. It was very clean everywhere and you always had a nice conversation.
The breakfast was sensational, there was nothing missing. Very tasty rolls and a large selection of bread too. We would stay here again.

We stayed in the 6-person apartment, which is across the street from the hotel, located on a stream.
It is nice and warm, cozy and very comfortable. (nice sofas)
You won't be bothered by traffic, because all windows insulate well.
The welcome is very warm and friendly, exactly what you want when you arrive from a trip.
Breakfast is delicious and extensive!

Excellent treatment of the Meier family, all members of whom made a sympathetic, correct and helpful impression. When booking we asked for a room at the back because of the traffic. expect traffic noise at the front as it is quite a busy road. That was arranged and turned out to be a good choice, although we had to go on the 2nd floor, so about 35 steps up. The breakfast was very extensive and tasted excellent. We would have liked the start time of 8.30 a.m. half an hour earlier, but you also have to take into account their time of preparation, approx. 2 hours... Please note that the nearest public car park is about 150 m away, where you can park for free with a parking ticket from the house. It is possible to unload and load luggage in their driveway or on the other side over the footbridge to Stryckweg.
Cons: nothing really. Perhaps a somewhat cramped breakfast room, you are quite close together. Matter of timing, make sure you arrive on time.

I stayed here after a long, tiring day of hiking and felt very well looked after. Although I was only passing through, the service was sensational and the entire Meier family was super nice. The rooms are newly renovated and I can warmly recommend the breakfast. Top!
