Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are of good size and cleaned daily. Sauna and swimming pool are a good addition that can make your stay more pleasant, too bad they close at 22:00

Amazing hotel to go to! Great service and rooms are nice and big (we had a family room). Dog friendly! Forest and great walking routes are very close by. Would reccomend a family room with breakfast

We chose for the familyroom since we wanted some extra space for our dog. When we entered the room there stood a drink and food bowl, food, candy and a dog bed. Breakfast was good, but didn't give really much choice

This hotel in Üsseln is close to the village of Willingen where you can go skiing. The hotel knows 3 buildings next to each other with different types of rooms and views

But in winter have swimming pool is really nice for kids !! Not much hotel around there have swimming pool! For this , I advise this is a wonderful place for you to rest. A pool and sauna!! Wonderful!

One side the rooms have a really nice view, unfortunately the ground floor had the parking in front of their window. Plenty parking, no EV charging available at hotel

Excellent hotel. Well organized. Friendly and high qualified staff. Acceptable prices. Close to skiing, walking and other sport facilities. My wife and I have stayed in this hotel 7 times, with much pleasure.

Good size room. Helpful staff. I like the bathroom which has a separate toilet. Only wished they served Asian food as options. Their German food was bland and salty.

Friendly staff and very good food. There are enough sun loungers by the pool. Sauna and indoor swimming pool restricted to people. Rooms 1 and 2 exposed to noise from slamming doors that lead to the sunbathing area

Rooms were a bit older but clean! Staff was very nice! The food portions were a bit small after hiking. I was rebooked here from the Waldhaus am See, which was a big detour on the hike on the Rothaarsteig

1 point deduction because we had to get out of the sauna on the third evening at 8. because the lady wanted to call it a day. Even the boss comes by personally and asks about your well-being

Today after four nights I unfortunately have to say that the black hair in the bathroom is still in the same place in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was great and we'll be back

location is excellent for some of the best hiking-trips nearby, hotel is clean and staff is friendly, the food is amazing!

Quiet hotel a stone's throw from the greenery, you can start going on some picnics right from the hotel. Otherwise Willingen is a couple of minutes away by car. Good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms

Location is excellent. Very secluded and it is pitch black dark in the middle of night. Breakfast arrangement is very good sand the staff is helpful as well.

A bit remote from the bars in Willingen. We called a taxi because we were simply too comfortable to walk. But it is quiet at night, there is a pool and sauna. Rooms are clean, safe, TV and balcony available

The ski facilities were within easy access and the area is quiet and pleasant for walking, which we also enjoyed. The hotel hosts are very welcoming and helpfull with our requests as well

The rooms in Hotel Hochheide have a Nice view, plus the center of the city is nearby. Also the public transport is very accesible. The swimming pool is at walking distance. Overall its a Nice hotel.

A very nice hotel with good service and great food. Although the wellness area is advertised to be very big, it is mostly resting area. There are 3 saunas and a sudatorium. The swimming pool is good, but not very big

And the fitness area is quite dull but enough for a run or a quick work out. All in all a good place to stay in a great central location

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip for the company, very nice staff made us welcome and the rooms extremely large and nicely furnished. Breakfast was enjoyable lots of choices.

We booked 2 houses next to each other - this was approved but ignored when we arrived here. The houses had a high standard and the lake was very nice

Nice, family run hotel in Usseln about 4 kilometers from Willingen. Breakfast is included and (apparently) sometimes a buffet style dinner. However as we were visiting, that wasn’t the case

The room has a kitchen which can be booked at an additional € 10 per day. As the oven didn’t function properly, hotel staff offered to help us out by cooking our oven dishes in their own oven

As we stayed there for my birthday, the owners very thoughtfully decorated our breakfast table with lovely flowers and we were served a complimentary glass of German champagne

The comfort room we booked was outdated in terms of decor but the size of the room, the view and the very comfortable beds more than made up for that

It’s little things like this, that I find extremely important and we will definitely come back!

Very nice hotel, nice staff, nice owner. Rooms are clean and there's everything you need. I even had a little refrigerator in my room for 1 person. Lovely relaxing bath, sauna and infra red cabin

The "MeineCardPlus" gave free access to attractions in the area (Nord Hessen), free access to some cable car's, public travel and many more (documented in leaflet) local attractions

Breakfast fresh and nice, great cheese and meat, the jams are very nice as well. Diner was outstanding, very tender pork, very well seasoned, friendly service

Just came here to have some lunch with my family, had soup and dessert and it was absolutely delicious! The presentation of the food was very pretty and the taste was very good. The waffles are also recommended!

The food was great, everything freshly prepared and served in a friendly manner! A rich breakfast buffet with very good coffee and a nice selection of tea. Very friendly service, we felt completely comfortable

The location is very nice and quiet. The only drawback, however, were the rooms. The style is retro and everything is very old. The door frame to the bathroom is already pretty soft due to moisture, etc

Nice hotel with nice staff 😊 but it's also getting a little old, a few things in the room/bathroom need to be replaced. Water in the swimming pool and whirlpool was rather cold.

The location is great if you plan to make a trip here for skiing or walking purpose it is great. good WiFi too. The room we had was great it was a slight bit dated but great in another aspect

We have been to Willingen several times, but for the first time in this hotel. First of all I would like to highlight the great hospitality. Other hotels can learn a lot from this! The rooms are large, nice and clean

I arrived after the check in time and we found everything well organized in the external safe complete with a parking map, there is also the possibility of contacting them. Excellent and plentiful buffet breakfast

Good, nice and a lovely place! Nice clean rooms! Breakfast is verry good! Definitely a place to go again if we're around! They will help you figure out a plan for the day if you want! And you get a plus card then you can do a lot of things in and around Willingen for free or for less👍👍

Everything very stylishly furnished and super clean. My personal highlights were the very good breakfast buffet and the private spa. The hosts were of course very nice too. This is how you wish for a relaxing holiday

Behind the hotel there is a beautifully landscaped garden with seating by a stream. You can quickly walk to the center of the village, where there are good shops and restaurants

For hikers and bikers, there are endless routes with different levels of difficulty to choose from in the immediate vicinity. A guest card also offers good offers. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to others

The whole city is fully booked due to the festival and yet you feel really at home in the hotel because it is located in a side street and thus you are somewhat isolated from the noise on the main street
