The fridge in our room was incredibly loud and barely cooked down.

Great location (by car), walking distance to low key slopes. Service can be improved, everything is quite confusing and unclear, dinner was sold out by 5pm. Breakfast is ok, beds are too hard but overall the family room is roomy and comfortable.

Amazing hotel to go to! Great service and rooms are nice and big (we had a family room). Dog friendly! Forest and great walking routes are very close by. Prices are a bit higher. Would reccomend a family room with breakfast. Breakfast has a lot of options and is very fresh everyday.

People who works there all very very nice. Nice swimming pool! Just room little old 😂 but price is fine. Around 10 minutes to the town . If go to ski , it’s not far . But in winter have swimming pool is really nice for kids !! Not much hotel around there have swimming pool! For this , I advise this is a wonderful place for you to rest . A pool and sauna!! Hotel is a bit dated but still fine. Room was clean, swimming pool and sauna unfortunately not very clean. One side the rooms have a really nice view, unfortunately the ground floor had the parking in front of their window. Plenty parking, no EV charging available at hotel.

This hotel in Üsseln is close to the village of Willingen where you can go skiing. The hotel knows 3 buildings next to each other with different types of rooms and views. We chose for the familyroom since we wanted some extra space for our dog. They are so dogfriendly. When we entered the room there stood a drink and food bowl, food, candy and a dog bed. I would love to give 5 stars but it’s the little details missed that really leave me unable to do so. I have never encountered a 4 star hotel which doesn’t contain a single iron to freshen up your clothes. No laundry services available on site unless you want to practically double the price of your stay for laundry service. But on to the good. Rooms were a bit older but clean! Staff was very nice! The food portions were a bit small after hiking. I was rebooked here from the Waldhaus am See, which was a big detour on the hike on the Rothaarsteig. Who does not hike a recommendation!

A bit remote from the bars in Willingen. We called a taxi because we were simply too comfortable to walk. But it is quiet at night, there is a pool and sauna. Rooms are clean, safe, TV and balcony available. Breakfast delicious.

Great hotel. It is about 2.4 km from town (10 euros) by taxi or on foot. We have never had such a quiet hotel, although there were also groups there. Modern well equipped rooms in the center of town

Sehr nette Besitzer und zuvorkommende Angestellte. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Beim Frühstück ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir konnten auch später anreisen, als wie üblich, und es wurde uns auch noch spontan ein Tisch im Restaurant reserviert. Pool und Sauna waren ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir werden definitiv wieder buchen.

Food is simply awesome. We are the vegetarian guest and chef took extra care for us to cook specially for us. Nice Drinks

I am a difficult guest, I dont eat meat for example; but they did everything they could to prepare some dishes! Settings are nice, the rooms are splendid and well talen care off, and the staff is super friendly and helpful!

We had a very nice stay at the Park Hotel in Olslsberg. If you like to watch tv you need to Bring your own Google Chromecast then It is like a Five Star Hotel.

Time there is stopping 10 years ago. But all was oke, nice service, breakfast. Easy hotel for undemanding people.

Nice hotel in Willingen close to everything you need on business trips as well as for vacation. Perfect buffet breakfast with everything you would like to have. Close brewery is also fine. One cons is that rooms are are not so modern, sometimes with the minor defects. But still with everything you need when you have to work, including teakettle. Review written after 10+ stays there.

Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are of good size and cleaned daily. Sauna and swimming pool are a good addition that can make your stay more pleasant, too bad they close at 22:00. Choice of food during breakfast is good and of good quality. Overall a very good hotel where I will gladly go back to!

The hotel situated next to the forest, beautiful area with a nice view. The wellness and the massage is perfect, we definitely go back in another season. The staff is really kind, the breakfast is one of the best we had in Germany. They accept dogs!

On the fourth day we had to depart early for a family emergency and the hotel charges us for the remaining stay at 90% according to their terms of sale. The hotel is very nice and quiet, has both a pool and a sauna for the adults and a games room, a rabbit hutch and lots of play options around the hotel for the children. The staff and owners are nice and accommodating. There is a place for e-bikes inside and there is a lot to experience nearby. Hikes, bike tours, the Skywalk Willingen and the summer toboggan run are just some of the possibilities....

We were in the hotel from 02.01.24 bus 06.01.24. We had half board. The operators are great and great people. Every wish will be fulfilled if possible. The breakfast and dinner were simply great, keep it up. We felt very comfortable there as a family, children are still treated like children here and the little one really enjoyed it too. We selected the hotel because of location and our pleasant stay 2 years ago. The hotel has spacious parking. Our room had a spacious terrace with furniture, nice seating area and well equipped, practical bathroom. Breakfast is absolutely excellent and staff is efficient and friendly. We will be back.

We liked the hotel. The food was great, the staff were great. Unfortunately, the place itself doesn't have that much anymore. But the area there is really still beautiful. The only point of criticism is the perfumed smell in the hallway to the rooms.

Good service. But very unpleasant that you pay EUR 70 per adult for their New Years Evening Buffet. And all drinks are excluded and cost Double the price than what it would normally cost in any German restaurant. The drinks (and water!) were even more expensive than in the center of Amsterdam in a club on a Saturday night. Not correct if you have already paid EUR 140 as a couple for an average buffet...

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautifully designed and arranged, very comfortable and well equipped, rooms were large and we very much appreciated a proper "boxed" double bed in the living room, my son felt like a king :) It was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent, we couldn't ask for anything more. The parking spot was just behind the building, next to the garden...

As part of Schlagerstern Willingen we had a twin room with breakfast for 108 € per night. The price is really justified. The whole city is fully booked due to the festival and yet you feel really at home in the hotel because it is located in a side street and thus you are somewhat isolated from the noise on the main street. - Breakfast was very rich and everything was fresh and delicious - Room Clean...

Very good hotel, extremely friendly staff and also a delicious and rich breakfast in the morning. Bowling alley and the small pub are also very good for spending the evening. WLAN connection should have been more stable (maybe a password could help for hotel guests) and the shower was unfortunately a bit too narrow. But still a clear recommendation and worth every penny.

Very nice staff, delicious breakfast and everything was neat and clean. The beautiful pool provided a lot of fun for both of our teenagers. The sauna was also great, after a few hours of mountain biking in this beautiful area. The room was spacious and fully equipped. In one word: this is a must!
