Good size room. Helpful staff. I like the bathroom which has a separate toilet. Only wished they served Asian food as options. Their German food was bland and salty.

I would love to give 5 stars but it’s the little details missed that really leave me unable to do so. I have never encountered a 4 star hotel which doesn’t contain a single iron to freshen up your clothes. No laundry services available on site unless you want to practically double the price of your stay for laundry service. But on to the good. The restaurant and service there was prompt and professional...

Everything was sorted and they understood my family situation. We did not get the chance to go when planned, but we will definitely consider it for the future.

Nice hotel in Willingen close to everything you need on business trips as well as for vacation. Perfect buffet breakfast with everything you would like to have. Close brewery is also fine. One cons is that rooms are are not so modern, sometimes with the minor defects. But still with everything you need when you have to work, including teakettle. Review written after 10+ stays there.

Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are of good size and cleaned daily. Sauna and swimming pool are a good addition that can make your stay more pleasant, too bad they close at 22:00. Choice of food during breakfast is good and of good quality. Overall a very good hotel where I will gladly go back to!

Very good food. Reception was very nice. Friendly staff. 1 point deduction because we had to get out of the sauna on the third evening at 8.40 p.m. because the lady wanted to call it a day. Even the boss comes by personally and asks about your well-being. All in all a good hotel. thanks

Rooms were a bit older but clean! Staff was very nice! The food portions were a bit small after hiking. I was rebooked here from the Waldhaus am See, which was a big detour on the hike on the Rothaarsteig. Who does not hike a recommendation!

Great location (by car), walking distance to low key slopes. Service can be improved, everything is quite confusing and unclear, dinner was sold out by 5pm. Breakfast is ok, beds are too hard but overall the family room is roomy and comfortable.

Amazing hotel to go to! Great service and rooms are nice and big (we had a family room). Dog friendly! Forest and great walking routes are very close by. Prices are a bit higher. Would reccomend a family room with breakfast. Breakfast has a lot of options and is very fresh everyday.

People who works there all very very nice. Nice swimming pool! Just room little old 😂 but price is fine. Around 10 minutes to the town . If go to ski , it’s not far . Hotel is a bit dated but still fine. Room was clean, swimming pool and sauna unfortunately not very clean. One side the rooms have a really nice view, unfortunately the ground floor had the parking in front of their window. Plenty parking, no EV charging available at hotel.

This hotel in Üsseln is close to the village of Willingen where you can go skiing. The hotel knows 3 buildings next to each other with different types of rooms and views. We chose for the familyroom since we wanted some extra space for our dog. They are so dogfriendly. When we entered the room there stood a drink and food bowl, food, candy and a dog bed. Breakfast was good, but didn't give really much...

Very nice hotel. The things i like are, The dinner, The food, The kindness of the employees, Everything is very clean. The things that i do not like is the elevators they feel uncomfortable(not very safe), Some parts of the building look like an liminal space. In conclusion it is a very nice Hotel but some tiny things can improve.

The hotel situated next to the forest, beautiful area with a nice view. The wellness and the massage is perfect, we definitely go back in another season. The staff is really kind, the breakfast is one of the best we had in Germany. They accept dogs!

The hotel is located on a great location, rooms are clean and spacious. We had a reservation for eight days. On the fourth day we had to depart early for a family emergency and the hotel charges us for the remaining stay at 90% according to their terms of sale. When we called a couple of hours later to see if it was possible to finish our vacation we we're told that the hotel was booked and if we wanted...

I've stayed here for almost 2 weeks. It is a lovely hotel with nice staff. They take care about everything. Just one thing they can improve is the speed of the guest WiFi, but this seems to be a issue in almost every hotel. Will go there again soon.

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip for the company, very nice staff made us welcome and the rooms extremely large and nicely furnished. Breakfast was enjoyable lots of choices.

A very nice hotel with good service and great food. Although the wellness area is advertised to be very big, it is mostly resting area. There are 3 saunas and a sudatorium. The swimming pool is good, but not very big. And the fitness area is quite dull but enough for a run or a quick work out. All in all a good place to stay in a great central location.

Very cute hotel a bit outside from Willingen City Center. The rooms are clean just a bit oldschool.the have a small wellness area with sauna and whirlpool. Breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay. The appartment was very modern, very clean and very spacious, with all the amenities in the kitchen and children friendly. The breakfast was abundant and very nice, with varied fresh fruits, several kinds of bread, eggs made on demand, etc. The ski facilities were within easy access and the area is quiet and pleasant for walking, which we also enjoyed. The hotel hosts are very welcoming...

We selected the hotel because of location and our pleasant stay 2 years ago. The hotel has spacious parking. Our room had a spacious terrace with furniture, nice seating area and well equipped, practical bathroom. Breakfast is absolutely excellent and staff is efficient and friendly. We will be back.

We liked the hotel. The food was great, the staff were great. Unfortunately, the place itself doesn't have that much anymore. But the area there is really still beautiful. The only point of criticism is the perfumed smell in the hallway to the rooms.

A 4 star well run hotel. Without complaints. The room was ideal, clean and with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Good service. But very unpleasant that you pay EUR 70 per adult for their New Years Evening Buffet. And all drinks are excluded and cost Double the price than what it would normally cost in any German restaurant. The drinks (and water!) were even more expensive than in the center of Amsterdam in a club on a Saturday night. Not correct if you have already paid EUR 140 as a couple for an average buffet...

Bit of a boring hotel. Ok for families as rooms are quite large and designed with extra beds to accommodate a family. Small swimming pool with a sauna available. Swimming pool water was quite hot when we arrived. More than what you would expect in a children's swimming pool. Decoration inside the hotel and in rooms looks very outdated. Bathrooms are painted in green and looks quite atrocious. Drainage...

Nice, family run hotel in Usseln about 4 kilometers from Willingen. Breakfast is included and (apparently) sometimes a buffet style dinner. However as we were visiting, that wasn’t the case. But although Usseln itself is quite small, it has several restaurants in walking distance. The comfort room we booked was outdated in terms of decor but the size of the room, the view and the very comfortable...

Have been a guest at this hotel several times. Breakfast very rich. Rooms are not the most modern but satisfactory for a long weekend. The cleaning of the rooms needs improvement. Otherwise we are satisfied and took advantage of the HP offer for the first time. Highly recommended! Quietly located. The disadvantage is far from the beaten track, but there are taxis for the way back. ;))

Quiet hotel a stone's throw from the greenery, you can start going on some picnics right from the hotel. Otherwise Willingen is a couple of minutes away by car. Good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms

A bit remote from the bars in Willingen. We called a taxi because we were simply too comfortable to walk. But it is quiet at night, there is a pool and sauna. Rooms are clean, safe, TV and balcony available. Breakfast delicious.

Great hotel. It is about 2.4 km from town (10 euros) by taxi or on foot. We have never had such a quiet hotel, although there were also groups there. The rooms were very clean with a balcony (privacy is absolutely given with a view of nature) The breakfast was very rich and tasty. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und die Auswahl an Kaffee ist hervorragend . Wer gut zu Fuß ist kann laufen, da sich der Weg ziemlich in die Länge zieht.. Ansonsten rein ins Taxi. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich!!!

Wir als Biker fanden es super, dass das Hotel direkt an der Bikestrecke gelegen ist. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Frühstück war ok, gute Küche auch für abends.

Just came here to have some lunch with my family, had soup and dessert and it was absolutely delicious! The presentation of the food was very pretty and the taste was very good. The waffles are also recommended!

The hotel is very nice and quiet, has both a pool and a sauna for the adults and a games room, a rabbit hutch and lots of play options around the hotel for the children. The staff and owners are nice and accommodating. There is a place for e-bikes inside and there is a lot to experience nearby. Hikes, bike tours, the Skywalk Willingen and the summer toboggan run are just some of the possibilities....

Very nice hotel. The food was great. Large selection at breakfast. Dinner was freshly prepared and the portions were large enough. All the staff were very very very friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit old but it didn't bother us. Nice and clean pool and sauna.

We were in the hotel from 02.01.24 bus 06.01.24. We had half board. The operators are great and great people. Every wish will be fulfilled if possible. The breakfast and dinner were simply great, keep it up. We felt very comfortable there as a family, children are still treated like children here and the little one really enjoyed it too. Very good hotel, extremely friendly staff and also a delicious and rich breakfast in the morning. Bowling alley and the small pub are also very good for spending the evening. WLAN connection should have been more stable (maybe a password could help for hotel guests) and the shower was unfortunately a bit too narrow. But still a clear recommendation and worth every penny.

Very nice staff, delicious breakfast and everything was neat and clean. The beautiful pool provided a lot of fun for both of our teenagers. The sauna was also great, after a few hours of mountain biking in this beautiful area. The room was spacious and fully equipped. In one word: this is a must!

I spent a weekend with family. Very nice hotel in a good location next to the town centre. The slopes are easily reachable in a few minutes by car. The owner is very kind and also available for suggestions on how to get around. I arrived after the check in time and we found everything well organized in the external safe complete with a parking map, there is also the possibility of contacting them....

Fantastic hotel! We stayed in the 6-person apartment, which is across the street from the hotel, located on a stream. It is nice and warm, cozy and very comfortable. (nice sofas) You won't be bothered by traffic, because all windows insulate well. The welcome is very warm and friendly, exactly what you want when you arrive from a trip.
