Great location, close to ski parks. Ample public parking available. Slightly overpriced.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a week-long vacation in October, and I must say that the service was exceptional. The rooms were not only beautiful but also impeccably clean. A special thank you goes to Bania for her invaluable help and kindness during my stay!

Good size room. Helpful staff. I like the bathroom which has a separate toilet. Only wished they served Asian food as options. Their German food was bland and salty.

I would love to give 5 stars but it’s the little details missed that really leave me unable to do so. I have never encountered a 4 star hotel which doesn’t contain a single iron to freshen up your clothes. No laundry services available on site unless you want to practically double the price of your stay for laundry service. But on to the good. The restaurant and service there was prompt and professional...

Very good food. Reception was very nice. Friendly staff. 1 point deduction because we had to get out of the sauna on the third evening at 8.40 p.m. because the lady wanted to call it a day. Even the boss comes by personally and asks about your well-being. All in all a good hotel. thanks

Rooms were a bit older but clean! Staff was very nice! The food portions were a bit small after hiking. I was rebooked here from the Waldhaus am See, which was a big detour on the hike on the Rothaarsteig. Who does not hike a recommendation!

Very clean rooms. Attention is paid to hygiene. Friendly staff and very good food. There are enough sun loungers by the pool. Sauna and indoor swimming pool restricted to people. Rooms 1 and 2 exposed to noise from slamming doors that lead to the sunbathing area. Very uncomfortable. Today after four nights I unfortunately have to say that the black hair in the bathroom is still in the same place in...

The fridge in our room was incredibly loud and barely cooked down.

Great location (by car), walking distance to low key slopes. Service can be improved, everything is quite confusing and unclear, dinner was sold out by 5pm. Breakfast is ok, beds are too hard but overall the family room is roomy and comfortable.

Amazing hotel to go to! Great service and rooms are nice and big (we had a family room). Dog friendly! Forest and great walking routes are very close by. Prices are a bit higher. Would reccomend a family room with breakfast. Breakfast has a lot of options and is very fresh everyday.

People who works there all very very nice. Nice swimming pool! Just room little old 😂 but price is fine. Around 10 minutes to the town . If go to ski , it’s not far . But in winter have swimming pool is really nice for kids !! Not much hotel around there have swimming pool! For this , I advise this is a wonderful place for you to rest . A pool and sauna!! Hotel is a bit dated but still fine. Room was clean, swimming pool and sauna unfortunately not very clean. One side the rooms have a really nice view, unfortunately the ground floor had the parking in front of their window. Plenty parking, no EV charging available at hotel.

This hotel in Üsseln is close to the village of Willingen where you can go skiing. The hotel knows 3 buildings next to each other with different types of rooms and views. We chose for the familyroom since we wanted some extra space for our dog. They are so dogfriendly. When we entered the room there stood a drink and food bowl, food, candy and a dog bed. Breakfast was good, but didn't give really much...

We love everything!! From the breakfast to the bedroom...the swimming pool, sauna area and spa are amazing!! We can only recommend ❤❤

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip for the company, very nice staff made us welcome and the rooms extremely large and nicely furnished. Breakfast was enjoyable lots of choices.

We haven't been sleeping in the hotel but went to the bar to eat and the food was delicious! Also, hot chocolate I had was a lot better than in the UK. Hotel looks splendid! Would love to stay in as a guest! Really something to see and experience! Lovely staff as well!

The hotel situated next to the forest, beautiful area with a nice view. The wellness and the massage is perfect, we definitely go back in another season. The staff is really kind, the breakfast is one of the best we had in Germany. They accept dogs!

Bit of a boring hotel. Ok for families as rooms are quite large and designed with extra beds to accommodate a family. Small swimming pool with a sauna available. Swimming pool water was quite hot when we arrived. More than what you would expect in a children's swimming pool. Decoration inside the hotel and in rooms looks very outdated. Bathrooms are painted in green and looks quite atrocious. Drainage...

Nice, family run hotel in Usseln about 4 kilometers from Willingen. Breakfast is included and (apparently) sometimes a buffet style dinner. However as we were visiting, that wasn’t the case. But although Usseln itself is quite small, it has several restaurants in walking distance. The comfort room we booked was outdated in terms of decor but the size of the room, the view and the very comfortable...

Have been a guest at this hotel several times. Breakfast very rich. Rooms are not the most modern but satisfactory for a long weekend. The cleaning of the rooms needs improvement. Otherwise we are satisfied and took advantage of the HP offer for the first time. Highly recommended! Quietly located. The disadvantage is far from the beaten track, but there are taxis for the way back. ;))

Quiet hotel a stone's throw from the greenery, you can start going on some picnics right from the hotel. Otherwise Willingen is a couple of minutes away by car. Good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms

A bit remote from the bars in Willingen. We called a taxi because we were simply too comfortable to walk. But it is quiet at night, there is a pool and sauna. Rooms are clean, safe, TV and balcony available. Breakfast delicious.

Great hotel. It is about 2.4 km from town (10 euros) by taxi or on foot. We have never had such a quiet hotel, although there were also groups there. The rooms were very clean with a balcony (privacy is absolutely given with a view of nature) The breakfast was very rich and tasty. The coffee machine was simply better than in some cafes The staff is very friendly and definitely caters to every request...

Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und die Auswahl an Kaffee ist hervorragend . Wer gut zu Fuß ist kann laufen, da sich der Weg ziemlich in die Länge zieht.. Ansonsten rein ins Taxi. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich!!!

Wir als Biker fanden es super, dass das Hotel direkt an der Bikestrecke gelegen ist. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Frühstück war ok, gute Küche auch für abends.

Just came here to have some lunch with my family, had soup and dessert and it was absolutely delicious! The presentation of the food was very pretty and the taste was very good. The waffles are also recommended!

Modern well equipped rooms in the center of town

Sehr nette Besitzer und zuvorkommende Angestellte. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Beim Frühstück ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir konnten auch später anreisen, als wie üblich, und es wurde uns auch noch spontan ein Tisch im Restaurant reserviert. Pool und Sauna waren ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir werden definitiv wieder buchen.

Just 10 minutes outside of a ski area (Neuastenberg) - family friendly, super service and fabulous staff! Pool and sauna were lovely as was the breakfast buffet.

Buffet here was good and the Menu was awesome. staff is extremely friendly in the Restaurant especially with kids. Very proffessional and elegant. After Radisson, this is our next best hotel.

Small rooms and bathroom, but verry good wellness and friendly staff. Staid here for 5 nights and the buffets were excellent every day.

The country house changed hands in autumn 2021. We stayed here in August 2022 and it was AMAZING. The accommodation makes a renovated, fresh, clean and modern impression. The contact with the landlady is super relaxed and uncomplicated. I would particularly like to highlight the rich and lovingly prepared breakfast. To name just a part of the buffet: there are fresh rolls, black bread, common sweet...

We were recently on site. Cozy accommodation, great service and very dear owner, which was available before arrival with advice and deed. Finally, the very balanced breakfast is still highlighted in the fireplace room. Highly recommended to escape everyday life. Top and gladly again!

I don't understand what various people write here. Absolutely contemporary, neat and clean guesthouse for a small price. Breakfast was also great. The host was extremely personable, friendly, uncomplicated. After the reviews here, I was a bit skeptical at first, but that has completely vanished into thin air. I would love to come back, also with the whole family. Have nothing to complain about.

A bit hidden next to a hotel. No reception staff, the key was in a safe deposit box, code sent via text message. Clean but noisy room. Only saw a female employee at the otherwise good breakfast.

We were in Willingen, quite spontaneously, for a short trip of just one night and only booked the hotel room the day before our arrival. The code for contactless check-in arrived via email in good time before 3 p.m. The location was great, very central and still quiet. Since the house is located on the "mountain", you had to drive up a hill to the parking lot. There was a drinks fridge on the ground...

Arrived today. Room on the ground floor with a terrace and just wonderful. Clean, "without* mold in the bathroom!! Great! We will definitely come back here again. Thanks to the cleaning staff for making such accommodation possible for us! Room 12

Well-located small hotel in the middle of Willingen. Breakfast sufficient and tasty. Rooms need a bit of renovation here and there, but comfortable. Contact the host by email or telephone, which I didn't find so nice when I arrived. I would have been happy about a personal reception, but that's my opinion. You are very careful about the times when you arrive, as the door to the key safe was locked...

Großes Zimmer Gutes Frühstück mit schönem Ausblick

Wij hadden een apartment achter de hoofdaccommodatie. Die was schoon en ruim. Wij waren met zijn zessen en er was plek genoeg. Er is een ruim opgezette woonkamer en twee ruime slaapkamers. In de woonkamer was ook een slaapbank die prima ligt.

Good Location, but not exaktes central. Great Breakfast Buffet. Friendly Family staff. Rooms and Furniture were New, kitchen appliances were New and quality was okay, kitchen Equipment was a bit scarce. Overall Impression was good, but some where lacking in Details.
