A very beautiful and serene atmosphere for all sort of hideouts and relaxation activities. Perfect for group and individual outings with large conference halls and restaurants to accommodate large numbers. It is worth every cent spent.....I will recommend anyday.

Few weeks ago we are staying at Sauerland Stern Hotel. We want to describe our experience just with one word : Fantastic ! We found this hotel just by random searching through the google map. We were looking for a hotel close to the ski piste. Sauerland Stern Hotel was at walking distance. During our stay there was a child playground, they called it : Kinder-Eldorado. This was perfect indoor playground...

although it is a big hotel, you feel very welcome, and it is a very nice location close to ski piste, and the hotel has nice accomodation like swimming pool, spa and kids room. Food is perfect!!

Old fashion furniture in the rooms , and could here every movement and noise in the rooms next to me. Location and views are amazzing

Arrived without a booking and was able to get a family room. First room they gave us was not made up. Second room they gave us was dirty gooey stuff on wardrobe, splashes up the walls and around the light switch .No coffee or tea. Housekeeping came and said, they had lots of parties. He said he would report it. Cleaned the marks stocked the coffee and left. For the price of the hotel, this is not...

I had the pleasure of staying at the **Sauerland Stern Hotel** during the **BGHW Sifa Fortbildung**, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel offers a rich buffet that caters to everyone's preferences, including vegan and vegetarian options. The spacious and beautifully designed rooms provided a comfortable stay. The attentive staff and the variety of amenities made my visit truly enjoyable....

The hotel is very beautiful and clean the serves is very nice they clean your room everyday. There also is a pool, sauna and a gym. So you don’t have to get bored.

This was an extremely amazing Stay ! Everything was fantastic, wished I'd had more days to stay.💗

Overall the hotel is good, with good facilitées. The issue is with the staff with an employee being rude, unpolite, showing agressivity and not respecting privacy. I felt in danger ! I had to raise the case to my lawyer.

We stayed for three nights! We had a great room, we enjoyed the breakfast and the location of the hotel was perfect. We also had dinner one night. The portions are big, but in my opinion the food here was not really special. Price/quality was fine. However the staff was really nice and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Modern well equipped rooms in the center of town

Sehr nette Besitzer und zuvorkommende Angestellte. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Beim Frühstück ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir konnten auch später anreisen, als wie üblich, und es wurde uns auch noch spontan ein Tisch im Restaurant reserviert. Pool und Sauna waren ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir werden definitiv wieder buchen.

Very nice hotel, nice staff, nice owner. Rooms are clean and there's everything you need. I even had a little refrigerator in my room for 1 person. Lovely relaxing bath, sauna and infra red cabin. Biker friendly hotel. Neat rooms and friendly service. Also not unimportant..... a decent jet of water from the shower :-)

As always, I ate very well. Above all, great importance is attached to the composition of the dishes. As a beer drinker, I get my money's worth here. After you have arrived, you always come here.

It's a great place to stay for a motorcycle vacation to the Sauerland. The owner is very kind and helpful.

A location worthy of Germany with nice staff and a restaurant ready for instagram photos. The town is like as to welcome tourists. If you stay at this hotel, don't worry about parking because the hotel has numerous spots including parking for charging electric cars.

For a room over €200 per night and rated 4 star, we expected the bathroom to have at least more than just a 3in1 shower gel. Wi-Fi did not work too until issue was brought up to reception, which only an additional set up instruction was given. Pillow was typical cheap with no support kinda German pillow. Unfortunately, we were allocated a room with adjoining balcony whereby cigarette smoke entered...

We had a wonderful stay! Everybody was so friendly and kind. Fabulous Germany hospitality. Reception took perfect care of us at check in and helped us with anything we asked or needed, nothing was too much for them. My dietary needs were perfectly taken care of by the chef. A lovely hotel, with wonderful breakfast and excellent pool and spa, right in the middle of town. It suffers a little from old fashioned decor but you can just choose to see that as charming.

we chose the newer 2-room apartment in the photo, we were assigned an old but well-maintained one.Good location .The service and reception were nice. Alot of old people stayed in the hotel, which bothered us a bit. The bar was very small. The breakfast was good, average. We spent a long time choosing a hotel in Willingen, but this one disappointed us a little.

We selected the hotel because of location and our pleasant stay 2 years ago. The hotel has spacious parking. Our room had a spacious terrace with furniture, nice seating area and well equipped, practical bathroom. Breakfast is absolutely excellent and staff is efficient and friendly. We will be back.

Very good hotel, extremely friendly staff and also a delicious and rich breakfast in the morning. Bowling alley and the small pub are also very good for spending the evening. WLAN connection should have been more stable (maybe a password could help for hotel guests) and the shower was unfortunately a bit too narrow. But still a clear recommendation and worth every penny.

Very nice staff, delicious breakfast and everything was neat and clean. The beautiful pool provided a lot of fun for both of our teenagers. The sauna was also great, after a few hours of mountain biking in this beautiful area. The room was spacious and fully equipped. In one word: this is a must!

Bit of a boring hotel. Ok for families as rooms are quite large and designed with extra beds to accommodate a family. Small swimming pool with a sauna available. This is a true family hotel and apparently dating back to medieval times. The hotel is a maze of corridors and connected buildings. We stayed for 1 night in a very sizable room (w/o kitchen that comes at an additional 12.5 E) . The room has a nice bathroom, a balcony , a couch and yes a TV set. There is a bar in the hotel but that was closed during our stay, as was the restaurant. There is a breakfast...

Nice, family run hotel in Usseln about 4 kilometers from Willingen. Breakfast is included and (apparently) sometimes a buffet style dinner. However as we were visiting, that wasn’t the case. But although Usseln itself is quite small, it has several restaurants in walking distance. The hotel is very nice and quiet, has both a pool and a sauna for the adults and a games room, a rabbit hutch and lots of play options around the hotel for the children. The staff and owners are nice and accommodating. There is a place for e-bikes inside and there is a lot to experience nearby. Hikes, bike tours, the Skywalk Willingen and the summer toboggan run are just some of the possibilities....

Es war absolut alles top und ohne Einschränkungen weiter zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer mit Bad war super sauber, die Betten sehr bequem, das Frühstück fantastisch und sehr liebevoll angerichtet, Caro und Lotti schmeißen den Laden super, sind immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich quasi wie zuhause nur mit mehr Service ! Toll ist auch die hoteleigene Kneipe, in der man Abends noch...

As part of Schlagerstern Willingen we had a twin room with breakfast for 108 € per night. The price is really justified.
