Great location (by car), walking distance to low key slopes. Service can be improved, everything is quite confusing and unclear, dinner was sold out by 5pm. Breakfast is ok, beds are too hard but overall the family room is roomy and comfortable.

Amazing hotel to go to! Great service and rooms are nice and big (we had a family room). Dog friendly! Forest and great walking routes are very close by. Prices are a bit higher. Would reccomend a family room with breakfast. Breakfast has a lot of options and is very fresh everyday.

People who works there all very very nice. Nice swimming pool! Just room little old 😂 but price is fine. Around 10 minutes to the town . If go to ski , it’s not far . But in winter have swimming pool is really nice for kids !! Not much hotel around there have swimming pool! For this , I advise this is a wonderful place for you to rest . A pool and sauna!! Hotel is a bit dated but still fine. Room was clean, swimming pool and sauna unfortunately not very clean. One side the rooms have a really nice view, unfortunately the ground floor had the parking in front of their window. Plenty parking, no EV charging available at hotel.

This hotel in Üsseln is close to the village of Willingen where you can go skiing. The hotel knows 3 buildings next to each other with different types of rooms and views. We chose for the familyroom since we wanted some extra space for our dog. They are so dogfriendly. When we entered the room there stood a drink and food bowl, food, candy and a dog bed. Breakfast was good, but didn't give really much...

Very nice hotel. The things i like are, The dinner, The food, The kindness of the employees, Everything is very clean. The things that i do not like is the elevators they feel uncomfortable(not very safe), Some parts of the building look like an liminal space. In conclusion it is a very nice Hotel but some tiny things can improve.

Nice, family run hotel in Usseln about 4 kilometers from Willingen. Breakfast is included and (apparently) sometimes a buffet style dinner. However as we were visiting, that wasn’t the case. But although Usseln itself is quite small, it has several restaurants in walking distance. Have been a guest at this hotel several times. Breakfast very rich. Rooms are not the most modern but satisfactory for a long weekend. The cleaning of the rooms needs improvement. Otherwise we are satisfied and took advantage of the HP offer for the first time. Highly recommended! Quietly located. The disadvantage is far from the beaten track, but there are taxis for the way back. ;))

Quiet hotel a stone's throw from the greenery, you can start going on some picnics right from the hotel. Otherwise Willingen is a couple of minutes away by car. Good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms

A bit remote from the bars in Willingen. We called a taxi because we were simply too comfortable to walk. But it is quiet at night, there is a pool and sauna. Rooms are clean, safe, TV and balcony available. Breakfast delicious.

Great hotel. It is about 2.4 km from town (10 euros) by taxi or on foot. We have never had such a quiet hotel, although there were also groups there. The rooms were very clean with a balcony (privacy is absolutely given with a view of nature) The breakfast was very rich and tasty. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und die Auswahl an Kaffee ist hervorragend . Wer gut zu Fuß ist kann laufen, da sich der Weg ziemlich in die Länge zieht.. Ansonsten rein ins Taxi. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich!!!

Just came here to have some lunch with my family, had soup and dessert and it was absolutely delicious! The presentation of the food was very pretty and the taste was very good. The waffles are also recommended!

The hotel is very nice and quiet, has both a pool and a sauna for the adults and a games room, a rabbit hutch and lots of play options around the hotel for the children. The staff and owners are nice and accommodating. There is a place for e-bikes inside and there is a lot to experience nearby. Hikes, bike tours, the Skywalk Willingen and the summer toboggan run are just some of the possibilities....

Very nice hotel. The food was great. Large selection at breakfast. Dinner was freshly prepared and the portions were large enough. All the staff were very very very friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit old but it didn't bother us. Nice and clean pool and sauna.

Nice hotel, a bit old, but everything was clean. We didn't have a big apartment. Perfect with children. The hotel owners are super nice and fulfill all your wishes. Very child friendly. Food is also very tasty. You can quickly reach Willingen or Usseln by car. Nice and quiet. Gladly again.

We were in the hotel from 02.01.24 bus 06.01.24. We had half board. The operators are great and great people. Every wish will be fulfilled if possible. The breakfast and dinner were simply great, keep it up. We felt very comfortable there as a family, children are still treated like children here and the little one really enjoyed it too. Very good hotel, extremely friendly staff and also a delicious and rich breakfast in the morning. Bowling alley and the small pub are also very good for spending the evening. WLAN connection should have been more stable (maybe a password could help for hotel guests) and the shower was unfortunately a bit too narrow. But still a clear recommendation and worth every penny.

Very nice staff, delicious breakfast and everything was neat and clean. The beautiful pool provided a lot of fun for both of our teenagers. The sauna was also great, after a few hours of mountain biking in this beautiful area. The room was spacious and fully equipped. In one word: this is a must!

I spent a weekend with family. Very nice hotel in a good location next to the town centre. The slopes are easily reachable in a few minutes by car. The owner is very kind and also available for suggestions on how to get around. Fantastic hotel! We stayed in the 6-person apartment, which is across the street from the hotel, located on a stream. It is nice and warm, cozy and very comfortable. This is a winter sport resort town and we stayed in summer so it was very quiet and not expensive. The hotel is located right in the centre of things and a short walk to the cable-cars etc. Rooms were large and fairly luxurious. Staff were functional and fine but not overflowing with cheer. In the summer the bar did not stay open in the evening when we were there. There is an on-site car park.

The apartment was beautifully designed and arranged, very comfortable and well equipped, rooms were large and we very much appreciated a proper "boxed" double bed in the living room, my son felt like a king :) It was spotlessly clean. As part of Schlagerstern Willingen we had a twin room with breakfast for 108 € per night. The price is really justified. The whole city is fully booked due to the festival and yet you feel really at home in the hotel because it is located in a side street and thus you are somewhat isolated from the noise on the main street. - Breakfast was very rich and everything was fresh and delicious - Room Clean...
