I had the pleasure of staying at the **Sauerland Stern Hotel** during the **BGHW Sifa Fortbildung**, and it was a delightful experience

Nothing to complain about everything was perfect. Nice hotel rooms very big and nice bathroom. There is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, disco,. Super friendly staff especially Damir. We will definitely come back here

Good size room. Helpful staff. I like the bathroom which has a separate toilet. Only wished they served Asian food as options. Their German food was bland and salty.

Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are of good size and cleaned daily. Sauna and swimming pool are a good addition that can make your stay more pleasant, too bad they close at 22:00

A nice new hotel. There is no bar. Only in restaurant and after 20.30 u can't buy some beer or wine

One cons is that rooms are are not so modern, sometimes with the minor defects. But still with everything you need when you have to work, including teakettle. Review written after 10+ stays there

Friendly staff and very good food. There are enough sun loungers by the pool. Sauna and indoor swimming pool restricted to people. Rooms 1 and 2 exposed to noise from slamming doors that lead to the sunbathing area

Very good service, super friendly staff and the food (whether in the evening or in the morning) was simply brilliant. We would book there again at any time. I would also give 10 points if that was possible

Rooms were a bit older but clean! Staff was very nice! The food portions were a bit small after hiking. I was rebooked here from the Waldhaus am See, which was a big detour on the hike on the Rothaarsteig

1 point deduction because we had to get out of the sauna on the third evening at 8. because the lady wanted to call it a day. Even the boss comes by personally and asks about your well-being

Today after four nights I unfortunately have to say that the black hair in the bathroom is still in the same place in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was great and we'll be back

But in winter have swimming pool is really nice for kids !! Not much hotel around there have swimming pool! For this , I advise this is a wonderful place for you to rest. A pool and sauna!! Wonderful!

This hotel in Üsseln is close to the village of Willingen where you can go skiing. The hotel knows 3 buildings next to each other with different types of rooms and views

Breakfast has a lot of options and is very fresh everyday

Just one thing they can improve is the speed of the guest WiFi, but this seems to be a issue in almost every hotel

The hotel situated next to the forest, beautiful area with a nice view. The wellness and the massage is perfect, we definitely go back in another season

When we called a couple of hours later to see if it was possible to finish our vacation we we're told that the hotel was booked and if we wanted to stay there we had to make a new booking and pay full price because the bill was already made

A very nice hotel with good service and great food. Although the wellness area is advertised to be very big, it is mostly resting area. There are 3 saunas and a sudatorium. The swimming pool is good, but not very big

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip for the company, very nice staff made us welcome and the rooms extremely large and nicely furnished. Breakfast was enjoyable lots of choices.

We booked 2 houses next to each other - this was approved but ignored when we arrived here. The houses had a high standard and the lake was very nice

And the fitness area is quite dull but enough for a run or a quick work out. All in all a good place to stay in a great central location

We selected the hotel because of location and our pleasant stay 2 years ago. The hotel has spacious parking. Our room had a spacious terrace with furniture, nice seating area and well equipped, practical bathroom

But very unpleasant that you pay EUR 70 per adult for their New Years Evening Buffet. And all drinks are excluded and cost Double the price than what it would normally cost in any German restaurant

Balcony is fitted with carpet and was quite wet due to moisture. Rooms are carpet fitted and looked clean. TV, cupboard, towels provided. Breakfast was standard and the dining area is spacious

Ok for families as rooms are quite large and designed with extra beds to accommodate a family. Small swimming pool with a sauna available. Swimming pool water was quite hot when we arrived

More than what you would expect in a children's swimming pool. Decoration inside the hotel and in rooms looks very outdated. Bathrooms are painted in green and looks quite atrocious

The room has a kitchen which can be booked at an additional € 10 per day. As the oven didn’t function properly, hotel staff offered to help us out by cooking our oven dishes in their own oven

Nice, family run hotel in Usseln about 4 kilometers from Willingen. Breakfast is included and (apparently) sometimes a buffet style dinner. However as we were visiting, that wasn’t the case

A bit remote from the bars in Willingen. We called a taxi because we were simply too comfortable to walk. But it is quiet at night, there is a pool and sauna. Rooms are clean, safe, TV and balcony available

Quiet hotel a stone's throw from the greenery, you can start going on some picnics right from the hotel. Otherwise Willingen is a couple of minutes away by car. Good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms

Just came here to have some lunch with my family, had soup and dessert and it was absolutely delicious! The presentation of the food was very pretty and the taste was very good. The waffles are also recommended!
