Great location, close to ski parks. Ample public parking available. Slightly overpriced.

Good size room. Helpful staff. I like the bathroom which has a separate toilet. Only wished they served Asian food as options. Their German food was bland and salty.

Friendly staff and very good food. There are enough sun loungers by the pool. Sauna and indoor swimming pool restricted to people. Rooms 1 and 2 exposed to noise from slamming doors that lead to the sunbathing area

Very good service, super friendly staff and the food (whether in the evening or in the morning) was simply brilliant. We would book there again at any time. I would also give 10 points if that was possible

Rooms were a bit older but clean! Staff was very nice! The food portions were a bit small after hiking. I was rebooked here from the Waldhaus am See, which was a big detour on the hike on the Rothaarsteig

1 point deduction because we had to get out of the sauna on the third evening at 8. because the lady wanted to call it a day. Even the boss comes by personally and asks about your well-being

Today after four nights I unfortunately have to say that the black hair in the bathroom is still in the same place in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was great and we'll be back

Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast buffet was good and tasty. There is a swimming pool, Sauna and kids playing room. Over all very good hotel for family.

Great location (by car), walking distance to low key slopes. Service can be improved, everything is quite confusing and unclear, dinner was sold out by 5pm

People who works there all very very nice. Nice swimming pool! Just room little old 😂 but price is fine. Around 10 minutes to the town

But in winter have swimming pool is really nice for kids !! Not much hotel around there have swimming pool! For this , I advise this is a wonderful place for you to rest. A pool and sauna!! Wonderful!

Hotel is a bit dated but still fine. Room was clean, swimming pool and sauna unfortunately not very clean

We chose for the familyroom since we wanted some extra space for our dog. When we entered the room there stood a drink and food bowl, food, candy and a dog bed. Breakfast was good, but didn't give really much choice

A very nice hotel with good service and great food. Although the wellness area is advertised to be very big, it is mostly resting area. There are 3 saunas and a sudatorium. The swimming pool is good, but not very big

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip for the company, very nice staff made us welcome and the rooms extremely large and nicely furnished. Breakfast was enjoyable lots of choices.

We booked 2 houses next to each other - this was approved but ignored when we arrived here. The houses had a high standard and the lake was very nice

We haven't been sleeping in the hotel but went to the bar to eat and the food was delicious! Also, hot chocolate I had was a lot better than in the UK

Balcony is fitted with carpet and was quite wet due to moisture. Rooms are carpet fitted and looked clean. TV, cupboard, towels provided. Breakfast was standard and the dining area is spacious

Ok for families as rooms are quite large and designed with extra beds to accommodate a family. Small swimming pool with a sauna available. Swimming pool water was quite hot when we arrived

More than what you would expect in a children's swimming pool. Decoration inside the hotel and in rooms looks very outdated. Bathrooms are painted in green and looks quite atrocious

The room has a kitchen which can be booked at an additional € 10 per day. As the oven didn’t function properly, hotel staff offered to help us out by cooking our oven dishes in their own oven

Nice, family run hotel in Usseln about 4 kilometers from Willingen. Breakfast is included and (apparently) sometimes a buffet style dinner. However as we were visiting, that wasn’t the case

A bit remote from the bars in Willingen. We called a taxi because we were simply too comfortable to walk. But it is quiet at night, there is a pool and sauna. Rooms are clean, safe, TV and balcony available

Lovely hotel with excellent service and the kindest employees. Perfect indoor pool and Sauna areas. Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Only minus is the low quality of the WiFi in some areas.

Conclusion we will be back!!! The only thing I find a bit unfortunate is that there are no drinks available on site (but you can buy them in the lounge and they are available in the fridge for self-service)

Quiet hotel a stone's throw from the greenery, you can start going on some picnics right from the hotel. Otherwise Willingen is a couple of minutes away by car. Good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms

Beautifully located hotel, very clean, great large rooms with comfortable beds and balcony. There were 5 of us and we all got our money's worth. Nice , friendly and helpful staff/owners

Just came here to have some lunch with my family, had soup and dessert and it was absolutely delicious! The presentation of the food was very pretty and the taste was very good. The waffles are also recommended!

Wir als Biker fanden es super, dass das Hotel direkt an der Bikestrecke gelegen ist. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Frühstück war ok, gute Küche auch für abends.

Wir konnten auch später anreisen, als wie üblich, und es wurde uns auch noch spontan ein Tisch im Restaurant reserviert. Pool und Sauna waren ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir werden definitiv wieder buchen

The "MeineCardPlus" gave free access to attractions in the area (Nord Hessen), free access to some cable car's, public travel and many more (documented in leaflet) local attractions

Breakfast fresh and nice, great cheese and meat, the jams are very nice as well. Diner was outstanding, very tender pork, very well seasoned, friendly service

Just 10 minutes outside of a ski area (Neuastenberg) - family friendly, super service and fabulous staff! Pool and sauna were lovely as was the breakfast buffet.

They care for you, talk to you, take feedbacks carefully. Very proffessional and elegant. After Radisson, this is our next best hotel. They made our holiday all the more special and memorable

Good Location, but not exaktes central. Rooms and Furniture were New, kitchen appliances were New and quality was okay, kitchen Equipment was a bit scarce. Overall Impression was good, but some where lacking in Details

Wij hadden een apartment achter de hoofdaccommodatie. Wij waren met zijn zessen en er was plek genoeg. Er is een ruim opgezette woonkamer en twee ruime slaapkamers. In de woonkamer was ook een slaapbank die prima ligt
