Excellent resort. Food was great animation was the best. Panda and Elvis are AMAZING at what they do!!! I’m already planing my second trip in one month and haven’t even left the resort.

Love the place !! Check in was super easy !! Room was clean great views of the ocean. Shows are fun and have great audience participation !! Staff very attentive !! Learned a new drink from the Elvis from the entertainment team !! Wine and coke bringing it back to Florida for my friends !! Beach games are a blast.

I really enjoyed the hotel and the hospitality. The events are hosted by enthusiastic people who want people to get involved. The Dominican shows are the best part because you see how much hard work went into practicing their dances.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The amenities were top-notch, and the food was delicious. It was a perfect getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

So far I have to say I am not overly impressed with this resort. From the beginning, there was no organization in terms of letting us know where things are or how things work such as the restaurants and making reservations. We check in, and I need to mention we paid for a deluxe room (which includes an ocean view) and were brought into a superior room (does not include an ocean view) so my husband went to fix that and was told “this is a deluxe suite that you have but not all deluxe suites have an ocean view. We will change it to give you an ocean view suite though” so we got the room we actually paid for. The switching of rooms was difficult because the room keys did not work and we had to go exchange them yet again. The food is not something I would call great, the buffet options are limited and some meals are better than others but nothing I have been impressed with. All pools and the beach close at 6:30 so no swimming at all in the evening which I think is ridiculous. I am here paying for an all inclusive stay at this resort and can’t go swimming after 6:30?
We went to get some towels from the beach towel spot and they were completely out, they said maybe try back in 30 mins to an hour.
The rooms are okay but nothing great, not super fancy, but they are clean and I guess I don’t have much else to say than that.
The best thing about this resort is how friendly the staff is, bartenders and staff from the buffet are all really welcoming and super helpful.
I probably won’t be coming back to this resort to be completely honest, It just didn’t give me any wow factor and I feel I can find a better resort that is more worth the money.

I went to celebrate my friend's birthday at this resort. We had such a great time. The entertainment was so much fun . I loved the sport bar environment the bartender a slender guy name Gustavo was the greatest of all he was knowledgeable of all the drinks and very professional. And so kind. I'm coming back as soon as possible. I recommend this place you won't regret it.

Beautiful hotel, staff are really nice and social. Jesus is the best and extremely friendly. I’ve been here twice and i would love to come again. The rooms are nice and cold for the hot weather and very clean and the pools are great ! love that the beach is near.

This place has been awesome. Very great services, entertainment, & activities. People are very welcoming & warming. I loved doing Yoga with Eunice in the morning. I also enjoyed the afternoon workout activities with Elvis, so energetic & fun. Wakanda was also one of my favorites from the staff. He always made sure we felt included!

I came here for a nice vacation with my family and friends and we fell in love with this resort. Really close to the capital. The rooms were nice and clean, only issue we had was with the toilet but they were quick to fix the problems. The food was delicious. The staff were amazing ,Juan the day bartender was so awesome. Santos had us entertain with his tricks he was great! The night bartender by the club bar Gustavo was amazing very professional with his work ethics,he was so attentive to my family and friends he was very friendly. The best service out of the whole night. Thank you Gustavo ! My family n friends will definitely come back to stay here.

Really good value for the spend. Very clean and attention to guests. Rooms are not super fancy but are clean and spacious. Air conditioning is cold and very suitable. Food and service are good. Staff is attentive and nice. Beach front and property are maintained. Highly recommend over other resorts in the area
