Worst resort I ever had ever been it was so bad that I checked out a day early because I couldn’t take any more, customer service is the worse, same bad food everyday the place is dirty,I paid VIP and the refrigerator wasn’t working to make reservations for restaurants you need to use an app the after 8PM but never works and customer service will tell that there is nothing they can do. I asked them what about elderly people that do not have smart phones or you lose you phone?That isn’t more than one star but guys you can go and find out by yourself.I will never coming back and do recommended at all, I was there from 7/18/24 to 7/27/24 but left one day early

The best and clean place. Good pool, beach. Rooms, restaurants. The performance of the circus. The food. The people around are amazing 👏 so nice and polite. The beds are comfortable and the air is good. The place is lovely for kids also. Play a lot of games

The hotel was very nice! Upon arrival they greet you with a nice cold beverage. The performances are amazing, the dancers and animators are very talented. They offer a variety of activities one being a bicycle tour, where Ramon was the tour guide. Ramon was absolutely amazing and patient, he took pictures and went at my own pace during the ride making me feel comfortable and at ease. Gracias Ramon ✨

My experience at this resort was fantastic. The rooms were nice and well kept. We had a swim out room which was absolutely wonderful and pool was clean. The selection of food was okay but not a lot of variety. The service from the servers bartenders and grounds staff were always friendly. Manuel in the entertainment staff made our experience exceptional. He was always helpful friendly and kept us entertained during the days.

Emotions I’ve experienced in Emotions Juan Dolio is nothing but frustration and disappointment. Starting with the fact that I have contacted them before coming to let them know that I have a child with special needs and ask how we could make our experience enjoyable and never got reply and finishing with rooms that are falling apart and reservations for restaurants are hat are impossible to make. We were giving a room on the ground floor with AC that leaks and phone that doesn’t work and the patio door that wouldn’t lock. I made a request to fix the issues but they moved me to a different room. And this one is even worse: so worn out! Please, see the photos. We forgot my kid AirTag in the previous room and we’ll never get it back. Guest Services are absolutely useless and not helpful at all. Asked them fix the phone multiple times - no success. Left to the beach and were away for three hours, the room wasn’t made up. The only thing that makes me happy is the beach: It’s great for the kids, but I guess they were just lucky to get this piece of the beach and it has nothing to do with the hotel. And by the way, you have to cross the road for it. Personnel is generally friendly.

We went for a family vacation to this resort in April 2024 . The resort is beautiful well kept clean. My room was cleaned everyday no complaints . Yes the shower leaks a bit on the bathroom floor left a towel down and it was fine. The shower pressure was amazing. Many pools to swim in all are great and clean not over crowded.
The beach was lovely had food and music. Plenty of entertainment to keep you busy if you like being involved in activities. Staff are friendly great service.
The buffet we had no complaints plenty of food to choose from . Yes at times some of the food was a bit cold but nothing crazy.
We had one complaint between a staff member and we reported it. The next day it was solved in a professional manner.
Over all my stay was fantastic would return again.

This is my first time visiting Emotions by. The service was amazing, the rooms are clean, and the restaurants were very clean, the staff was very attentive and helpful. We made a lot new friends with the guests and workers here. The best part was the entertainment and the different parties that were suitable for every age. Richie was one of the hosts for the entertainment shows, he is very nice, respectful, and very funny!

great staff, amazing buffet and restaurants (Dominican, Italian, asian and Mexican). great entertainment (Richie, Graciela and Gabriel).The beach is such a beautiful view, and clear water. Catalina island is great for snorkelling. You get to see so many fish and coral and chance to see sea turtles and dolphins. DJ was great, music was fun and entertaining. bring lots of sunscreen as the Dominican sun is very hot. Pools are clean and there is a beautiful adult only pool where it is quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this resort as a place to stay and relax.

I was pleasantly surprised with this resort for the price I paid. I up graded to the adult section. Rooms clean and immaculate and area quiet. Food was good however could be warmer. Mexican restaurant excellent.
