The property itself is really nice. The service is excellent. However, they need to work on their entertainment for it’s a bit antiquated. They are also selling vacation club memberships and because of their approach found it to be annoying.

Some staff like reservations and beach staff are meh they act like if they're tired of you but then some other staff like the one at the buffett are really exceptional doing everything with a smile

Everything was great for the family , staff was wonderful , the food was great, even know the location by the beach was Low in food. More adult entertainment will be great . Besides that 10 all around .

There are plenty of food options. Practically all you can eat. Modern place. Staff is great.

the staff and the food was great the hotel administration wasn't great and the check in process suck , wanna to charge extra for a 1:30 early check in. Our ac was broken took for ever to get another room. the beach was nice and the employees , but not worth the almost $300 a nite. my opinion.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The orchid garden is peaceful and sublime. The absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone from check in, Jose and Claudia, to check out was fantastic. Housekeeping was excellent with superb attention to detail, the wait staff were patient and knowledgeable and the beach staff was accommodating and friendly. Beautiful spot. Stayed a night on business. Would go back for quiet vacation spot. Clean well appointed rooms, friendly staff. Don’t know enough about what else to do around town but for a quiet, affordable, warm climate getaway it’s a sleeper in my book. And I travel quite a bit never make reviews as I tend to be pretty picky.

The community was friendly and easy to live with, and management was readily available for any needs. However, our room had a bad smell and was overall not very clean (our pillows smelled like mildew, the sheets didn't seem clean, the shower didn't drain, and there was broken glass/dead bugs in the living area).
