The food was very good. The room was pretty, but was not properly cleaned and stocked. Pool bar ran out of favorite drink after me getting 3 drinks and never restocked, the concierge assigned to us did not care for us as customers he just saw us as a commission, he didn’t file our complaints neither was interested in doing so. There is a kids pool which is nice.

Nice but need updating. Bar tenders overwhelmed with very small crowd. Main pool bar thatch roof is ugly with large holes (Gran Ventana Resort).

This resort is okay with a few exceptions that might make or break your experience. First of all the room is very beautiful, you have very cold air conditioning, a smart TV, and a very nice balcony to sit outside. staff communication was bad they would close things in the resort and not advise their guests till was to late. food could be better, fish not cooked well, all inclusive but have to still pay for some food example.. 100 degree weather and they make you pay for ice cream many more things but not worth me adding more will not return

This place is a must stay for this area. It is small, gorgeous, and the customer service is top notch with some of the kindest people you could hope to find. Highly recommend. You cannot beat the rooftop pool and beach area.

The staff treats you as part of the family! The welcoming coffee with milk was amazing! You will likely get entertained by cats and dogs in the lobby. Plus they cooked an early breakfast because I had to leave early to visit the 27 waterfalls. Great experience!

Great Location & service but amenities are sub par per late American Standards. Area is in initial revitalization stage by city planners. Foreign Investment, Local stakeholders involvement Much needed. Rally the light & and even the dark forces in every sector, must take notice & contribute.
